Don’t expect help
Arrived early and my room was not ready. No problem. They said they would call or text me. They did not. They gave my room away, even though I tried to check in. Had to go to another hotel. Had to find my own way there.
They do not follow through on what they said they would do. It was a massive pain.
I like the location and the staff were very pleasant.
I didn't like that the rooms were not clean good enough my room had hair all over the place.... that was disgusting... And parking was too expensive. I had to pay additional hundred dollars for parking .
Could be more thorough in cleaning the room
Found a sock under the bedsheet from another hotel guest. Hair in the bathtub that wasn't mine.
Charged too much for daily parking and that wasn't mentioned until arriva.
Comfy bed, good shower, nice staff, totally clean, good location, good deal. Be aware: Valet is only parking option at hotel: $28 per day.
Not worth the $28.00 a day parking fee
Great water pressure & hot water
$28 a day for parking Hotel bar closed at 9
Location is right off the highway.. Very convenient
Parking is horrible & they shouldn't charge guest...visitors maybe
