When the hotel is renovating the pool but you advertise how great it is, I feel like you lied to me and I’ll never trust you again. I choose hotels based on pool and gym. This was a huge disappointment to say the least.
Pros. The Palm was open. The proximity to shopping. The staff I interacted with were friendly & helpful.
Cons. CLEANLINESS!! 1. Enforcing elevator masks during Covid. 2. Refilling the hand sanitizer stations. 3. Of the 5 blankets on the bed, one had dried blood on it. 4. Previous patrons Hair found often on my bathroom floor, meaning the carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed, I wore flip flops inside the entire time!
