Excellent venue for a medium sized conference or wedding. Beautiful facilities. Made you feel like you were home.

Kayak has the worst customer service
Kayak.com’s customer service people were worse than Comcast. gettig a refund for a reservation I had made 10 minutes earlier was the worst ordeal I’ve been through in a while. If kayak thinks that they are saving money by outsourcing call centers, they are gravely mistaken. That was the business thought process of the 90s that has proven to be detrimental to a company costing them well over the money they saved by moving their customer service operator over seas. The person responsible for this who works for kayak probably thinks he or she is a smart person when in fact they are slow and not innovative or creative. Time to fire someone. I’ve alreay trashed kayak on social media but I’m sure hey are already about to go out of business.
Racist managers and quite horrible to their loyal gold memembers
I have stayed here many times and the staff and managment previously would give you no hassle. It’s suppose to be “whatever whenever whatever!” meaning whatever you want you get and they kept that ideology! Up until the merger. The company has hired poor customer service close to that of concast and thier rude customer servic? “Amazing after I have stayed with SPG properties over a 100 nights and Bennett gold for over six years almost to lifetime platinum. I’m not sure it’s worth it in the last two years since the merger I would recommend staying with a Hilton property or atleast no W in Atlanta.. all the other properties are amazing. In the last year SPG has been the rudest company especially for thier elite money paying and lifetime memebers. I had my birthday in 2004 at a location I won’t discuss but the manager gave me a pair of silver W cuff links! I cried. When you spend 3 times as much for a drink, for food as well as a room! You are entitled to be left alone and not harassed. You are the boss. As long as you don’t bother another guest or in anyway offend another guest or employeee. They take notes on you during your stay so you’ll need to be careful or if you go to the “principles office.. paying your hard earned money ... Your best Be on your best behvior.” This is without any complaints from a single guest. It’s a small vacation it’s a fun time right! Wrong it’s a harassment and a racist hotel the W at Buckhead. Otherwise; they threaten you with a little black book on you, what type of girls you have and thier dresss they assume they are hookers little do they know who they are. See these hotels are to be the quality of the four seasons in vegas and they don’t touch them at all! Tyoukknever hear the Work “NO” you’ll be treated like royalty.. and that’s where royalty stay! Not at the motel 6 staffed W. The movies rentals on demand are designed so if you don’t like one you started and switch to another. They still charge you. This accounts for children movies as well. Even if you try to go back into an unlimited Movie type. Your movie/s are all charged even if you decide to return to regular Television you cannot go back to your Movie your required to reorder it! Simply stated the W has become a very racial staffed esrablishment but not only did this occur recently but recently before that at a sister property a representative called myself a “cracker” and my friend who I played football with for years a “Whop” all witnessed. I just get More and more poor customer service and it seems the W and a sister property will with be rude, argue or give a long term over 10 years client a hassle since the take over. In my life time it is some of the worse guest relations of any hotel name for the W in Atlanta. My personal life and my personal away time is that it’s either hard work or hard play and I should have smiles and “Yes Sir’s!” Especially; after all my loyalty, my friends, my ex’s, my aquantences and family. Try the Wesrin!!

The location can't be beat. The hotel restaurant is great, most of the surrounding, walkable restaurants are great, and the staff is upbeat and professional.
The bed sucks! It was flat and lumpy. The pool is the size of a kiddie pool, most shaded, so few sears even at 11am and no tables to eat at there. The street noise is loud and my room was directly over the valet area so I could hear the noise all night the the people coming and going to get to the rooftop club. The overnight fee for a car is a ridiculous $38. I live 3 miles up the street so I took an uber for $10. I still got charged for the overnight fee but they removed it later. My stay was so lousy that at 4:30am I took an Uber joke to get into my own bed and try and claim any rest in my comfortable, quiet surroundings. Also, the bathroom is so tiny that the sliding door basically brushes up against the toilet and the entire bathroom is open to the room. There isn't a privacy of partition wall. If you are just going to Buckhead to drink your face off and pass out, this is a great location. If you wanted to try and have a staycation with a mix of sun, fun, and rest...go to the St Regis.
Not good at all
Room wasn't very clean. Drywall had damage. Phone didn't work right. Shower leaked a little. Towels didn't smell fresh. Overall it was very bad and I would never stay there again.
Lovely Rooms. Convienent Location.
The staff were completely unprofessional and tacky. I felt as though I was dealing with teenagers working at Abercrombie & Fitch, instead of trained receptionists. You would have thought THEY were the guests and I inconvenienced them. Ridiculous.

Beautiful hotel w/ a 5-Star staff!
The staff was absolutely top notch, from the bellman to the front desk to the courtesy shuttle driver and especially valet!! The hotel and the room were beautiful and very clean! My friend and I booked spa services at the sister W hotel downtown and a room through the Buckhead location. I have only amazing things to say for both. A++!!
