Cons (-) The very first night we had all separate rooms and my son was threatened by a man staying on his side of the building so we had to move him immediately. The rooms has such a nasty order to them as well. Next issue was the doors would barely lock. Then we had to switch another room due to bed bug issue. Pros (+) I chose Ramada West because it was near AC at a relatively cheap price (got one night for $60). The check-in/checkout process was seamless, and I always add in brownie points for hotels with pools and continental breakfasts.
Cons (-) I should have known that for $60, I would be getting a $60 hotel. Even though I was in a non-smoking room, my room (and the entire hotel for that matter) smelled like it was saturated with smoke. The furniture was scratched, chipped, and hasn't been replaced for 20 years. The beds had no support on them, and even with the air conditioner at full blast, I had a film of sweat covering my entire body...
