Pros: Wow! This is such a beautiful hotel. So much thought has gone into each room. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The cocktails divine. The staff were superb and made you feel so welcome and could not do enough for you. We lived everything about this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was so decadent and glamorous, perfect t for a romantic weekend away!
Cons: That we could not stay longer!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: History of the hotel is very interesting. Amazing decor too.
Cons: Bigger bathroom would have been nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a converted Bordel in the area around Moulin Rouge, and done up in very accurate and very detailed 1905 style. Our 30th anniversary, couldn't have been a better choice. They knew it was our anniversary, and there were personal touches related to that. Rooms are small (they do have suites), but perfect. Incredibly friendly staff. They do the bordel thing just right, just enough to make everything interesting and like time travel, but not enough to make it seedy. We loved this hotel. Do reserve the underground pool! (hourly and free, but reservations when you are there for privacy). Their bartender is fantastic.
Cons: We had just come from one of the largest hotel rooms I've ever seen in Verona to a very small room. By day 2 I didn't notice any more.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is so unbelievably incredible. The property is gorgeous and the bed comfortable but what makes Maison Souquet super special is your staff. We cannot wait to return.
Cons: That we couldn’t stay longer!

Cons: There is a penthouse with a fab roof terrace but you are only allowed to go up if the penthouse isn’t booked and there are no drinks facilities up there. Also we asked for more coffee and water to be put in the room but they didn’t do it. Small points though!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The modern design, The soap :-), the pillows
Cons: the rooms were a bit small ...
7.0 Good
Pros: Good atmosphere and decoration Breakfast is ok Close to terminal
Cons: 1. Couldn't book a baby bed in advance. They said first come first serve on the day. 2. I booked 2 rooms but only one room was offered to me for online check-in. I was worried my booking was incorrectly processed. I emailed them to confirm, but reply came 2 days later, only a few hours before check-in. This generated unnecessary stress. Slow customer service and clunky systems. 3. Check-in process is confusing if you booked 2 rooms. You need to enter everyone's name but it's unclear if one person per room or 2 people per room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great atmosphere and concept. Great food and common areas, ideal for working (desk and equipment is super modern) or relaxing (books and games available). Walking distance from Terminal 1 and 3.

A really good value for money, a fun room, a great location and good soundproofing .We loved it, will stay again
Cons: Everything in the room is link to technology and an Ipad (curtain,lights,aircond...) if something doesn't work you feel a bit hopless..
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Did not realize that the rooms were so tiny!
6.8 Good
Pros: I liked the location and the staff were very nice, breakfast was very expensive but good.
Cons: The room was not clean - there was splatter from the previous guests in the room, the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was no hand soap in the room. The electronic drapes did not work either - this was a bit let down and I am expecting a partial refund for these issues.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very sleek accommodation, totally modern. Easy electronic check in, with staff assistance. Nice to have restaurant on premises since there is nothing else close by. Couldn’t be more convenient to airport.
Cons: Bed is large, as advertised, but in a nook against the window, requiring the person sleeping on the inside to climb over the other person.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, ad wonderful dining facility. Staff were wonderful.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Liked most everything. Interesting modern look, helpful staff

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was almost like home :) The room is perfect, everything is comfortable and the stuff is great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! It is absolutely adorable, chic, wonderful looking, it smells wonderful all the time. It is the kind of luxury that we all want and NEED. We do not need anything exorbitant and extravagantly expensive like many luxury hotels in Paris charge. This one is perfect in size, in pool, in sauna, in SPA, in restaurant and it makes you feel comfortable and cozy. You feel you are with family. The most wonderful thing though, was not the building but the treatment! The owner, Anna, she is perfect. She does things to help you that you cannot believe. She goes out of her ways in order to help you and make you feel comfortable. She drove my car to the parking lot and helped me, then she went with me to pick it up and even though I could not recognize my own car for not driving it while in Paris, funny but she stayed with me and went back and forward to the hotel and parking place. The other employees are also very kind and gentle, specially the man that stays at the door and the waiter from Romania. A man from the front desk picked up the sun glasses for us they were forgotten at a restaurant. Amazing. We did not need to go. I loved the treatment. These people are not cold. PLEASE STAY THERE. I got a suite with the view of Eiffel Tower! And she loves your dog too!
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is good and the staff is very friendly. Nice design and comfy beds.
Cons: We had some bad smell from the bathroom for three days, I guess it was some issues with sewage. Didn’t feel good. Also the blocked the deposit money and promised to released them at the checkout and it’s been almost a week and the money is still blocked. The hotel doesn’t respond to my messages here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is perfect with everything in it! And the location is a bonus. Thank you!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were helpful and willing to be at our disposal as soon as we made our reservation 2 months before our stay, all the staff were super friendly when we arrived and throughout our entire stay, they helped organise a surprise for my girlfriend and went out of their way to get the things I had asked for, the room was amazing, clean, the bed hands down the best bed I have slept in, and such a great view of the Eiffel Tower, everything was nearby so perfect walking distance to restaurants and main attractions, unfortunately we didn’t have their breakfasts or eat in the restaurant, but the next time I’m in Paris I know I’ll be staying here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I cant tell enough about how PERFECT our stay was!!! From the begining of my booking- (it was a 4 day trip for my moms birthday anniversary) everything was perfectly arranged. The stuff were answering my emails very fast. The room was perfect, brand new, clean, very nice decor. Location couldnt be better-walking distance to everything!!! But the most important thing-we felt like home and everyone were so helpful and nice, we were happy to come back to the hotel every night. We also had a small dog with us, and he was also treated like royalty:) Arthur also helped us with booking a really cool tour on the boat. I will never go to any other hotel while in Paris, and cant wait to go back. Thank u very much for these amazing long weekend!
Overview Reviews
Location, as they say, is everything—and the elegant 37-room Le Roch, nestled between Place Vendôme, the Palais Garnier, and the Louvre, undoubtedly boasts one of the best in the City of Lights. As soon as you step into the lobby, the unique design scheme soothes and invites with soft light, clean lines, and a balanced pastel palette of sage, chartreuse, and milky green. Plush, expansive sofas are an invitation to relax, while the lounge and library area is ideal for a pleasant moment of reading by the fireplace. You may prefer to spend time in the hotel’s superb courtyard garden, basked in natural light that changes with the seasons, or to wind down from the Parisian pace of life in the hotel’s state-of-the-art fitness and spa area, which features a private pool and hammam. Top that off with world-class gastronomy by chef Rémy Bérerd, and it’s clear: Le Roch is your perfect Paris pied-à-terre.

Pros: It’s clean and decent size rooms., Bathrooms are lovely Pool is very nice
Cons: Workout room is tiny King bed is actually two twin beds put together and they were comfortable if you didn’t sleep in the middle not totally uncommon in Europe but a five star should have a real king bed
9.3 Excellent
Pros: a nice hotel, with excellent location, and nice spa, gym and pool.
Cons: i reserved specifically to increase my Marriott loyalty points, paying more than many neighboring hotels, but they refused to count loyalty points for the reason that I made my reservation through booking.com this was deceiving.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The court yard was a nice addition and the meals were divine! The staff members were kind and very helpful. The facility was interesting and like the fact that future growth is coming. The room were quite and a safe place to reside.
Cons: The term air conditioning is a bit misleading. Air conditioning as it is known in America refers to unit that cools the rooms/facility using Freon. A fan in the room is referred to as merely conditioned air, quite a difference during the July 2019 heat wave.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Located just about 5 km from the airport in a small little beautiful town. Property has a great parking which is free. Staff are nice, awesome people. Have a small restaurant attached and there was a barbecue buffet dinner the night I stayed. For some good restaurant you can always drive across to Tremblay-en-France across the airport.

6.8 Good
Pros: Decoration
Cons: We have not been welcomed : usually, in a 5 stars hotel, someone from the reception comes along with you to your room and present the hotel. Here no one informed us about the hotel facilities : we did not even know that there was a swimming pool, what were its schedules, same for the room facilities, the breakfast, and so on... Very disappointing hotel, but Paris is still Magic !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The hotel is located in the 3 arrondisment which is full of life and shops. The hotel itself is very pretty and convenient. The decor very pretty and the rooms bigger that the normal Parisian hotel.

Pros: The staff were great. Very helpful and polite. They make a great cocktail. Room was very clean and chic. Great shower room, large and comfortable bed.
Cons: The surrounding area wasn't exactly the prettiest place in Paris and there is a lot of work taking place in the area. It doesn't affect the hotel which was great. But easy to get around and plenty of local facilities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: nice hotel clean good food
Cons: nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great! Pool and sauna were great.
Cons: As an Accor Plus member, I was not offered a single thing! In Melbourne, a Mercure (Accor) hotel gave me a glass of wine, a bottle of wine and additional discount off dining. I was shocked not to be offered a single thing. Admitedly, I was unaware when I booked the hotel that it was an Accor Hotel. Be that as it may, the fact that we stayed 9 consecutive days should have prompted some small discount or something like one free cocktail each.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable hotel in a nice part of town
Cons: Cab rides can be a bit far to the things you Want to see

Pros: A very nicely remodeled old farmhouse
Cons: The room was very hot
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location in of itself, minus the lack of stores and restaurants It is a quiet town and the building is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious and filling
Cons: I didn't like that it wasnt mentioned that the location has no stores or restaurants anywhere near it I understand they don't need to, but if one expects to walk out and eat dinner or run to the store for something You have to travel a distance in order to get anything.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic ambiance, spacious rooms, tastefully decorated so as to preserve the original farmhouse feel. This ain't your average airport hotel!!!
Cons: Not really a dislike, but be aware that there is no free shuttle service to/from the hotel. Instead, the hotel works with a local private taxi company. Their service is classy--top-notch, really. However, the company charges 20 Euros each way. Again, just something to keep in mind.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well, nothing to add. If you are looking for great location for morning flight - you have it. They offer airport transfer. 10 minutes to 2F. Village is quiet, nothing to do there. Cons: Staff in restaurant were a bit overly friendly with our kids, making us uncomfortable. Perhaps asking for a hug from children you just met seconds before is culturally ok there but it seemed a violation of privacy to us.

Cons: Not a thing

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location - easy asses to RER and CDG. Very quiet considering you are at the airport. Hotel lobby and common areas are wonderful.
Cons: We booked adjoining rooms for our family. The room my husband and I had was spotless, however our daughter's room still had garbage from previous guests in the bathroom (with a used feminine product), the robe was dirty and there were empty wrappers from used bathroom toiletries. In addition, the coffee supplies has not be stocked.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Small but efficiently utilized space within clean and comfortable rooms. The rooms are equipped with the most delightful air conditioning, which was an absolute godsend during the heat wave. Convenient location to the Metro and walkable to restaurants and bars as well. Lovely breakfast buffet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is very clean, friendly staff very good location
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Good WiFi speed, quiet room, albeit small, as most Parisian hotel rooms are. Overall lovely.ac
Cons: Ac didn’t seem to work, but the windows were able to open, so it was very nice
6.8 Good
Pros: The frontdesk staff was super helpful and nice to us. They really lived up to the expectations of a 5 star hotel.
Cons: The restaurant was absolutely horrible. Our waitress did all wrongs a waitress can do and the food was under all critique for a 5 star hotel.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location was amazing. Took shuttle from CDG Terminal 1 to parking PR then an easy walk to hotel.
Cons: Toilet would not always flush. We awoke to water dripping from ceiling at 4 am apparently due to condensation from air conditioner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was awesome during our stay. They were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choices and the price was very reasonable.
Cons: Nothing really. But I couldn't give it ten stars for the location because it is not located in a luxurious location. I think that nine stars out of ten is just
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere, the location
Cons: The restaurant menu
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Awesome room. Small but with all amenities. Comfy beds very quiet. Great breakfast.
Cons: A bit of queue at check in
7.5 Good

Cons: Breakfast was a bit chaotic, no staff to assist.
5.5 Okay
Cons: Waited too long to buy something from vendo No free water in room
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Dinner options limited.
5.0 Okay
Pros: nothing
Cons: Breakfast was a disaster area very unclean and no cups, plates or cutlery available A fire alarm went off at 5:30am and we had to evacuate the hotel transfer from the airport with 2 children and 4 suitcases was a challenge and much further walking than expected. A return taxi to terminal 2 the following day cost 25 euro even though its just a few km's
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient location. Clean, simple hotel, ideal for airport.
Cons: Evening buffet and breakfast were both a bit low standard. I don’t expect great restaurants at an airport hotel of this kind, but this one was a bit worse than expected.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel in my trips.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cool room, space she shower, neat controls for lights etc.
Cons: They said there was a free shuttle. They didn't say it stops at night, plus the stop is really hard to find.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, Room was nice and clean. Beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Nice stuff and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for my friends and family. Close to the Airport and available shuttle. Perfect. Glad that I choose this hotel. Thanks again.
Cons: More space for desk and chair. Other than this was perfect.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Shower and TV are awesome!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern , quirky, hi tech , early breakfast available before early shuttle. Projecting tv image onto large wall was neat.
Cons: Air-con has been very very efficient at reducing the room temp for arrival on hot night but very slow almost impossible to reverse and warm the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Futuristic, highly recommend with teens
Cons: The shower is in the middle of the room, a very spectacular solution indeed, but less practic
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Really a good quality-price rate ! The beds were really comfortable and the buffet of breakfast was very good. The shuttle service is excellent: I did not have to wait neither at arrival nor at departure And although it is very close to the airport we do not hear the air planes !
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very efficient CDG airport transfer service. Convenient restaurant for informal dinner. Novel room features.
6.0 Good
Pros: On-site parking and a comfortable bed.
Cons: The staff member who checked us in was rude. We asked no questions; however, he acted rushed and bothered to have to check us in. We were the only people checking in and there was no line. As a result of his own abilities and rushing to finish, both keys for two rooms worked for just one room. In addition, the tables were not clean in the "buffet" area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Looked like the room was designed by IKEA-our favorite store. Modular Furniture was great-move to suit your preference. The tablet controller gave us no problem and the shower was fun with its many spray options. Both dinner and breakfast were well presented and tasty.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great high tech modern hotel. It was interesting using a tablet to control everything in the room but was easy to use. Bed was comfortable & shower was huge. I stayed one night to catch a flight the next day. The free shuttle was great. They have a buffet or snacks. Room was clean & quiet.
Cons: I bought a snack & the breakfast buffet. Food wasn't very good so I'd suggest bringing your own snacks.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good value for money for a short stay close to CDG. Dedicatet transfert to airport every 10 to 20 minutes.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was good in the restaurant.
Cons: Location wasn’t the best, small town nearby with a couple food options but hard to get anywhere without a car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was super clean, very efficient and food excellent, if a bit pricey. The shuttle was a real bonus, on time and very convenient.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location is great
Cons: We have stayed here in the past. It was never great, but was at least clean and convenient. This hotel needs a major renovation. missing tile in bathroom, mildew, electrical outlets covered with tape, lights burned out or not working, extremely slow drain in sink.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: We had lunch at the hotel and did not think the food was very good and was expensive for the poor quality.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Sound proof windows. No noise of aeroplanes, close proximity from CDG airport. Shuttle bus helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel made us feel comfortable and relaxed: the large and open lobby with high ceilings, friendly and attentive staff, excellent food, large room, big comfortable bed. After making our way through the chaotic CDG airport, the tranquility of this hotel was refreshing. We spent 1 month on vacation in France eating excellent food every day, and I have to say this hotel's restaurant was better than most of the highly-rated restaurants we visited during our month in France. The frequency of the airport shuttle was also good.
Cons: There is high demand for the shuttle in the morning. On the morning that I departed, there were more than 10 people waiting for the shuttle, but the shuttle can hold only 8 people. One small improvement would be to put up ropes so that guests can form a queue, so that the guests who arrived at the shuttle pick-up first can board the shuttle first. People from many cultures stay at this hotel, and in some cultures, waiting in line just isn't a thing.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Check in took over 30 minutes
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Last minute booking due to flight cancellation. Even through I checked-in at 1:30 am the staff were warm and welcoming.
Cons: Long queue for shuttle to airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All
Cons: Everything
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Service and rooms were excellent.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: the shuttle bus is very convenient and quite often btw hotel and airport (every 20mins)
Cons: the food in the bar is not my style.

Pros: Tea and coffee available in room. Good shower.
Cons: Noisy refrigerator. Hot uncomfortable duvet.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were comfortable, and roomy. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Cons: When promised early check in by 10am with a 50 euro charge the rooms were not ready by the stated time.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the room is really nice and big, very comfortable, and even has a pillow spray
Cons: all good
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious, modern rooms. Large sparkling clean bathrooms. Separate room for toilet. Nice kitchenette. Great towels.
Cons: Very unfriendly/rude security guard at front entrance. Beds and pillows were just ok. Hair dryer not great.
6.8 Good
Cons: Staff didn’t hand back my passport after checking in. When my husband phoned and asked if they had it, he was told it was not at the front desk. We then went down to reception and were once again told they did not have it. When we said they would have to check the security tapes as we were flying out the next day, one of the staff members found it at the desk we checked in at - he had to bend down so we wondered if it had been put in a draw. Very unprofessional as they could have called our room and told us it was at reception or sent it to our room instead of causing undue distress! We will never return to a Crowne Plaza with this standard of security of guests personal belongings.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
6.0 Good
Pros: The beds were great and the staff were helpful
Cons: Our bathroom smelled like sewage. We had two rooms and the balcony door on the one would close. Our issue was it was a shared balcony with another room. So after calling for assistance and nothing be resolved, we had to jimmy the door ourselves and make sure we ran the shower alot to keep the smell down.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was perfect .we were 3 of us but in reservation predicted only two people for breakfast
Cons: Everything was good
6.3 Good
Pros: Took too long for the shuttle- won’t stay again
Cons: Shuttle
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
5.8 Okay
Pros: location to airport was nice and the shuttle running every 20 minutes made getting to the airport easy. The actual hotel accommodations were good.
Cons: Hotel did not have an ATM or any way to get me cash to give to our cab when we go in late and night and we had to drive to an ATM 10 minutes away with the cab driver. Check in line was then 45 minutes long and we had a long travel with two really tired kids. Put in a room that the pull out bed was broken (which they said they knew when I called down to them) Had to then switch rooms. In the new room, no extra pillows or blankets for the pull out bed... and we requested the pull out... Crazy. They had to then be brought up... so from the time we got initially to the hotel till we were able to sleep ( our flight was super early the next morning) was 2 1/2 hours. Unacceptable! We stayed there for the convenience and got nothing but inconvenience multiple times.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: big bed. the room had nice furniture. very nice pool and spa area.
Cons: room shower smelled mouldy.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and friendly staff-they tried their utmost to get us in earlier. (before check in time)
Cons: we had great room but no space for all our suitcases to set them down. We had two and small one. We had to set them on the floor-we then struggled with space
7.0 Good
Pros: Room
Cons: Check out more then 45 minutes Room service could t make a toast with cheese and ham at 2 in the morning. Almost news channels on tv
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very comfy bedroom and huge shower, a bit silly that they offered bath salts, but with no bath. The shower room was quite cold too.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very good staff, helpful yet professional. Great location for shopping, nightlife and historic landmarks within walking distance.
Cons: Small rooms. Among the smallest I have ever stayed in for a boutique luxury chain. Almost too small...and I am more relaxed about these things.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff, good location, comfortable and clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean quiet well kept
Cons: Too Small room too big bathroom
5.5 Okay
Pros: it is a well designed (exterior) hotel in a great location
Cons: -poor view -small beds -poor bathroom design
3.6 Mediocre
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: The room was terrible, no operable window, flooded bathroom from roll in shower. AC ran non-stop, room was too small with nowhere to sit, set luggage and the rate was ridiculous considering. Nowhere near four star accommodations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The polite and personal touch by all staff members ever helpful in guiding your way around town. Warm greeting from the dooman ,to check in deck every time you passed by . The personnalised informative walk around the hotel with a long standing history .
Cons: A kettle in the room to make tea, although this was supplied when requested at no extra cost , it could be considered as a standard operational procedure.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: The twin beds were super narrow. When I asked for a paid upgrade he said the beds were bigger-they we’re not. Lovely hotel but I couldn’t stay with someone again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble at all. The room was fantastic and the location perfect.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Stuffs are so nice and helpful, we've received some chocolate and a bottle of wine with a hand wrote card as a surprise gift which is really sweet. The location is wonderful, it only takes you 5 mins walk to the Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, and all kinds of restaurants just few blocks away.

Pros: Location!! Ease of check-in. Computer available for check=in. So quiet!
Cons: Charging for breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: We could buy breakfast for a reasonable price at the Marks and Spencer store just outside the front door.
Cons: Breakfast very very expensive.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We arrived at 1 am with two children and were very poorly received by the hotel reception, where the staff were extremely rude, arrogant, ignorant. I can't understand how people like this are hired to work with the public. The morning stuffs were very polite and attentive but unfortunately it's always the first impression it gets. Especially when we got tired of a long dawn flight with two kids.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Profesional staff and very nice. Well located and clean, close to all terminal by airport shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel
Cons: Nothing to say
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very easy to reach. Comfortable and clean room.
Cons: Nothing that I don’t like.
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff were efficient but very not that friendly.
Cons: Staff knew their job but when I asked a question, the lady kept on doing her work without looking at at all. And answered.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Being able to relax before a 24 hour flight, without the hassle of getting to the airport in peak hour traffic is an essential reason for choosing this hotel.
6.2 Good
Pros: The location.
Cons: The food during dinner was terrible. I was expecting Fresh vegetables over frozen and limp ones.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, reasonable, nice rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was awesome! Right at the airport. No shuttles, buses etc. Perfect after a long trip with just one night lay over
Cons: The room was a bit small for our family. We were in the family area which was great but my kids are 14 and 16 so the pull out couch provided for their beds was a bit small but worked
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The train is practically located in the lobby - so convenient!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was a good location for being near the airport. I found the room very comfortable.
Cons: A lot of hotels don't seem to have shampoo separate from body wash, and I am not a fan of that.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Having a pool. Very comfortable mattress. Friendly staff. Games in main lobby family friendly. Lift useful for heavy baggage.
Cons: The room was advertised as "superior," and suitable to sleep four. The space between our beds was insufficient being less than a hand span, not providing space to walk out comfortably in the night. The size of the room in general was extremely small, and all the photos online are misleading. I'm not sure how the camera shots were achieved even with a wide angled lense. We can't understand why the bathroom didn't have a normal wall between it and the bedroom rather than a changeable glass wall, which was entirely inappropriate for a family space. Continually we were left two cups for hot drinks (which are paper!!!) not an adequate number for four people. The cups were not thick enough for hot drinks, not being an insulated material. We continually prompted reception staff about the issue (who were always polite) but this situation continued throughout our 8 night stay. Complimentary water was meant to be two small bottles, and often we were left one. The pool again was photographed by the same deceptive technique. It was good to have, but when my son dived down for his glasses he touched a mesh grid full of hair, which was there again two days later. I noticed a small coffee ring was not removed by the bedside and again remained more than one day. The bathroom and toilets at Novotel were adequately cleaned. All in all quite disappointing. In many ways Premier Inn and Travel Lodge in Britain beat the standard here.
9.5 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: location is excellent. Close to train station and public transportation.
Cons: Room is a little small.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful, located next to Gare de Lyon with very good Metro and RER conections, indoor swimming pool perfect after a day in town in summer, breakfast for free for children

Cons: We found everything good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable. Initially, the room I was assigned had a phone that was not working. When it was established that it could not be repaired, the hotel receptionist immediately upgraded me to a better room. Staff was friendly and courteous at all times. The breakfast was good. Large shower with hot water that lasted a long time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: big room ,big bed ,I even needn’t use the coach for my kid .... The reception is in a bar .... :)I almost missed that Staff are very nice!
Cons: Parking fee is expensive
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The decor and vibe is really nice. Very modern and comfortable.
Cons: The restaurant food is OK. We ordered the chicken but it had been frozen then fried. Very dry and no flavor. The sides of potatoes and vegetables were not seasoned and extremely small portion.
7.5 Good
Pros: We’ve stayed in this hotel before and we really love it’s convenient location and funky decor.
Cons: The hotel accepts dogs with an additional cleaning charge of 20 Euro per five nights. We were only staying one night so it was an extra 20 Euro for the one night. Although the hotel accepts dogs we really didn’t feel like he was very welcome. You are very restricted in terms of where dogs are allowed and we couldn’t even have him with us while we ate in the outdoor restaurant area. Given that he’d been in the car for 12 hours I really didn’t want to have to have to cage him while we ate but had no choice. A staff member was also extremely rude in asking us to take the dog out of the outdoor eating area. He was meeting no resistance from us so this attitude was completely unnecessary. The bar staff also refused to give us tap water for him (we had a bowl) which we ordered with a hugely expensive drinks round so it’s not like we were just asking for water for the dog. We were told there were told there were dog bowls he could drink from in the outdoor patio area - there wasn’t! If the hotel is prepared to accept the extra money for dogs then I feel it should really be more welcoming and accommodating of them or just simply have a no dogs policy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!!
Cons: Nothing !!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So comfortable, modern, great service, clean rooms, great scent...everything was beautiful and delicious food and drinks. Succeed my expectations. Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Not all that clean (fingerprints everywhere!) fine but not “4 star”

6.3 Good
Pros: The modern feel and the fact that they are different. The room had dam good Ac, i was freezing ast night during the heatwave of Paris. Liked the fact that my room had no tv.
Cons: My bill, they charged me an extra 600 euros Gore no reason... still trying to get it back.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: The hotel charged me twice for the breakfast and when I explained the situation at the reception desk showing the double charge on the bill, the receptionist tried to say that it was a problem between me and booking.com and nothing to do with the hotel. Clearly this was not the case. I have to wait to see if they will reimburse me the 75.11 euros overcharge, 64 of which is for breakfast and the remaining 11.11 euros, I assume, is tax.
