They seem to be struggling with having cars ready for reservations. I think my agent tried to give me at least two or three cars and by the time they got to finalize it the car had be taken by someone else. Others did not which made the lineup very slow (took about half an hour to get my keys), especially with one person working at an airport kiosk.
