Pros:Honestly.... nothing!! I’ll never rent from Avis again.Cons:To much to list!!! But I guess the most frustrating thing was the fact I was downgraded to a vehicle because the original vehicle had a cracked windshield and I wasn’t compensated, I should have been UPGRADED! Or offered a major discount, after driving 10 hours in a lesser vehicle that was extremely less comfortable, I was furious.Reviewed May 1 2021
