The person needing us in San Antonio was excellent service and I'm grateful that they added me as a secondary driver without charging you more because that's how it should be. It actually makes it safer for the company to not charge extra for a secondary driver because when the primary driver is tired instead of worrying about how much more it was going to cost to have a secondary driver it was automatically assumed that I would be the secondary driver at no extra cost and my husband and I took turns all the time to keep us both safe. I think it's foolish to charge for a secondary driver because it discourages people who are trying to cut costs and they may not want to pay for a secondary driver which is not safe. And the car was very clean when we picked it up and I tried very hard to make sure it was very clean when we dropped it off.Reviewed Apr 9 2026

The longest check-in line I have ever waited on in 47 years. And they did not have anything in the class of car that I had booked, and effectively downgraded me to an suv. Had I not advocated for myself for a different model at least, I would have gotten a terrible car. Generally when the class I've booked hasn't been available, I've gotten an upgrade to something better. The fact that they bumped me to something worse is a disgrace.Reviewed Apr 8 2026

The price was great but the pickup was unacceptable. It was a 2 1/2 hour wait in line at the counter to pick up the car. We missed our dinner with friends because of the wait. There is a charge of $250 on my CC from the day I dropped off the car. Why? I 100% fueled the car, shook out the sand from the floor mat, and left the car clean.
