The AVIS in Picton provided the truck we expected given our reservation via Kayak even after the central booking customer service POC told us we would not be getting a truck. The staff in which I interacted were helpful and friendly. The truck was super clean and ran perfectly. One of the best car rental experiences we've ever had.Reviewed Jan 16 2025

This rental car was not clean. It was covered with water marks outside and the glass had large smudge marks on the inside. We were behind and had to go so we went otherwise I would have gone back in to get something else. After our first stop I took a bowel of water, a wash cloth, and a towel and washed the inside windows and dash. So much for being a President's Club member.Reviewed Jan 16 2025

90 minute wait on a Monday at 340pm. Three workers taking up to 10 minutes per customer with about 50 in line. To make matters worse, I looked at every single other rental car agency's line at ATL and most were just walk right up to the counter, or literally 2-4 customers in line vs Avis' 50. But the Avis system would not let me cancel the reservation ("free cancelation" that I could not use via their website). Absolutely pathetic and would not use them again if the car was free.Reviewed Jan 11 2025
