I needed to extend the car rental for a day. Neither Avis nor Kayak would allow me to do this. Kayak said I needed to talk to Avis and Avis said to talk to Kayak. I will not be using kayak anymore. Sent up to garage with wrong car parked in the spot assigned to. Told to get in line all over again. Then told they didn't have the car we paid for and reserved.
