I wasn't able to go thru with my rental because i didn't have a major credit card and it was never told to me that they did not accept chime credit cards, so I wasted an entire trip to the location all for nothing.Reviewed Sep 21 2023

I booked a dodge challenger but given a ford escape. The ford interior had not been vacuumed and had dirt and food debris in the console/gear shift. The staff at Gladstone Ottawa Avis were wonderful. I did have difficulty figuring out the Avis drop off place in Toronto was actually at the airport. It would be nice if they somehow could convey that since it had a street address. Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short and was only charged for the days I rented.
