Service representative was the least helpful person I've ever had at any rental car company. Pickup document showed full gas tank but was actually one quarter full. Luckily I took a photo before I drove off with the odometer and fuel tank level. When dropping off, told the same rep about the tank and he asked me to take a photo of the odometer and fuel gauge. The representative also had a proper conversation with a prior customer who is likely from the same geographic region as himself but did not provide that same level of service to me. I don't need to be pampered, I'm just saying bare minimum service levels need to be had with everyone. Gave avis a try but won't be renting with avis again after this experience.Reviewed May 13 2024

Car had soft tire. You could tell there had been previous problem because valve stem cap was missing. After refilling it with air twice, I had to take it to a tire shop in Stevensville and wait for them to fix it. They found a screw in the tire. When I returned the car I told the clerk that I should receive some kind of discount and she said I would have to talk to the manager. I was flying out so it’s my loss. Not having an electric vehicle. It was very stressful finding charge stations and the time needed to complete a charge. We had one weekend to enjoy a wedding. 13 hours of it was sitting at a charge stations. There are very few level 3 stations - so HOURS are needed at a level 2.Reviewed May 10 2024

There is no AVIS in GIG - only Unidas, which was never mentiond. Even the last Mail said go to "AVIS Counter".. the signs in the Airport for rental car lead everywhere but not to rental car, needed help from 2 airport employees to find it. Even after traveling really often... Drop Off was the same, signs on airport leading to an Unidas Station opposite side of the street from airport, which we thought it is correct, but its not..Reviewed May 9 2024
