Pros: Eventually it was great but we needed to pay extra 150 $ because of your mistake

Didn't get the car I expected
Cons: When I booked, I was looking for a vehicle for 6 people plus bags. I thought I booked a van. When I got to Avis, they said that my reservation was for a much smaller vehicle. The van I thought I rented would be more than twice the price. They refused to negotiate and blamed me for booking through Kayak instead of directly through Avis.
