They gave me the wrong car and forced me to pay for an upgrade when I should've had a gas car from the beginning, not an electric car. They also had me sign the wrong rental contract designed for another person!Reviewed May 11 2026

They seem to be struggling with having cars ready for reservations. I think my agent tried to give me at least two or three cars and by the time they got to finalize it the car had be taken by someone else. Had a great car at an excellent price, no problem with speed since I checked in online. Others did not which made the lineup very slow (took about half an hour to get my keys), especially with one person working at an airport kiosk.
