Our reservation was denied and no alternative was offered, rudePros:Did not have time to see the rental reservation completed.Cons:They were discriminatory, unprofessional, a young guy and a young rude girl. They left us with no car in a foreign country with 2 kids. We had to rent with a competitor. Sound unbelievable but it is all truthful. The mismanagement, totally unprofessional, disregarding for the customer, we felt discriminated - we can go on and on. How difficult was for them to give us another vehicle. I hope this was just us.Reviewed Aug 7 2017
