Pros:Easy to find. Easy to leave airport. Easy to drive. Good mileage. Easy to park in tiny places. Easy to return. I'll rent with them again in Mallorca.
Pros:Process was fast and staff were very helpful
Cons:The car has very awkward ergonomics
Pros:The rental was had at a great price, which is unusual for Avis. The wait was minimal at the rental counter, they gave me minimal hassle for not taking extra insurance and the car was nice and had little damage.
Cons:Nothing, it was a good experience.
Pros:The service at the desk was quick, their wasn't any additional charges (I did look after the car and returned it full tank)
Cons:The car I booked a SEAT Leon was not available and so I was given a Fiat 500L which I didn't like very much. For me the whole point of going through comparison is to select the car you want.

Deceptive pricing
Pros:Staff was extremely helpful. The queue at the airport for pick up was efficient with the ticket system. The allowable upgrade to a convertible for a reasonable price was a HUGE bonus and I really appreciate it - you guys made my vacation. Big thank you!
