We tried to drop off the car a day earlier than it was due, on a Sunday, but the business was closed after 12:00 p.m. noon, so I had to come back a second time to return it.
Great job
The staff and the pick up / drop off was really good. But the choice of car and the state of the car was bad
Staff was rude in person and on the phone.
No hidden fees or charges.
Got charged more than what was said for a regular clean of a car
I liked my car. The Avis employee in Greenville SC was very pleasant. The experience took less than 5 minutes. I returned the car after hours in Mandeville LA which was extra convenient and very simple. A wonderful experience all around. Thank you
The car I got in the beginning was smaller than what I booked and I had to go back to the office to change the car The car key was broken and I had to take a picture of the car key to protect my position
Car needed a oil change wasn’t the car I asked for at all
Disorganized and incompetent agent at desk.
