Pros:Service and car were amazing
Cons:They charged us because the car smelt funny.
Pros:I had some problems with my reservation and the staff member there (I think her name was Gri )?)) went above and beyond to help fix them. Ultimately it didn't work but her excellent effort is what I remember.
Cons:The rest of the staff appeared busy but I'm not sure if they were as helpful to the waiting customers - yes there was a line. Also the location is not so easy to get to unless you're aware of the metro lines.
Isak's customer service was exceptional. When I told him it was my first time driving an electric car, he told me how I could charge it. He even hotspotted his cell phone so I could use his data to download the app required to use public charging stations. Unfortunately, some of his information about charging stations was incorrect, such as every gas station has them. I went to 3 Uno-X gas stations, as recommended by him so I could use my credit card to pay instead of the app, and none of them had charging stations. It was a bit difficult for me to exit the car rental parkade and find the correct drop-off spots, but that may be due to my lack of experience with European parkades.

Cons:Drop off was terrible. Avis sent us to an unmanned office without any warning. That cost us hours of our time.

Cons:Left a jacket in the car came back to claim it but it was gone.
Pros:The car was perfect for the traveling I was doing. Comfortable and clean. Was nice being able to rent a wifi device for the car. Pick up went well
Cons:The price I was quoted in my booking was WAY different than what I ended up actually having to pay... about $200 more! Be aware for all the fees and ask for clarification.
