Lovely, spacious room. It was farther out from our destination than we had wanted. Made the ride longer.

So this hotel met the location I needed and it is just a walk away from a great bar with good food. Hotel was really nice and staff was awesome. It was a 15$ uber ride from downtown. The walls and ceiling seem thin so I feel that you would be able to hear people walking around. If you had someone loud next to you it could become an issue. Outside of that is was great
Everything, room was huge, and clean, the front desk man was so nice and very interested in our stay. NOTHING!
Rooms,staff,in general everything No

Good staff, location, and excellent breakfast
What I nice hotel! It feels very high class. It's very clean, bright, comfortable and elegant. Breakfast wasn't free, but there was made-to-order choices on top of the buffet.
Beds are great and the room are very roomy Need to include breakfast with the room
It is described as being two rooms and we had no privacy
Nice property and amenities in general. Room was misrepresented when I was informed it was a handicap room. Was told it was last "king" in hotel but I would have taken a nicer queen or full room. Shower curtain liner was dirty with mold and soap scum. Comforter was thin. Room was far below my expectations given the price I paid.
Nothing over the top, nothing down in that would prevent us from staying here again. It was consistently average and that is good. It was a room that was clean, no loud noises to speak of, there was a restaurant next door even if we never ate there. N/A
Front desk staff was wonderful! Made us feel welcome and important! Shuttle driver to airport was not friendly - not even a good morning! Offered no info or offers of info on how to get to gates - which at an airport under construction would have been helpful!
Close to the airport Breakfast Buffet Pillows were excellent Downstairs meeting rooms were nice (though I wasn't there for a meeting) Couldn't find my reservation and had to wait 20 minutes for a manager to come down to work on some computer issues. My card was charged twice for the stay The photos for the hotel do not match the actual condition of the hotel. It appears that nothing has been upgraded/refreshed in > 10 years. Pealing wallpaper, missing baseboard molding, musty smells were prevalent in the hallways and in my room. My room had drywall next to the air conditioning unit and the door to the hallway squeaked like it was 200 years old, The room was not cleaned during my two night stay For the money this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at hands down, and I am a frequent business and leisure traveler
It was ~$60/night cheaper than the Hampton's across the street, but it's immediately apparent why. The check in and out was super simple, checked in an hour early and checked out an hour late with zero hassle. Staff was great. Room was spacious. Old building, not far from being run down. Took several minutes to call the elevator and ride to the 2nd floor. 2 double beds that seemed small, one of which was very creaky and worn, would have preferred a single queen. Pillows were not that good at all. Fire alarm went off like an old school bell for several minutes at about 1am. Location is not easy to get to, but nothing seems to be around here
Clean room for a low price. Location, location, location! (Not to say the area was beautiful, because it certainly wasn't. Just that it was easily accessed from the highway.) Place is a dive. Common areas old and musty. Didn't feel 100% safe. Pool out of order. Restaurant closed. 2nd time I stayed here though. On both occasions, vacant room next to me, door was ajar (creepy). Hotel side doors not locked at night.
Rooms were dirty, elevators didn't work
Convenient location, great value right outside Cleveland. Eggs could have been better, but the orange juice was great.
The employees were helpful and gracious. The ongoing construction makes getting to the hotel next to impossible. The parking lot was always full in the evenings and there are many large trucks in the spaces making it hard to navigate. We were left to park in the far back portion that is not well lit. The HBO was not working and the employees were not able to fix the problem.
Clean room, hot shower. Late-night front desk staff member was a bit brisk.
The location is great except the whole area around it is under construction (all the roads). The noise of the room above me was horrible obviously the people had young children running around until late at night.
I just stayed for one night on my drive from the northeast to Chicago. The hotel is in a nice and quiet location. I had my car loaded from moving and I felt comfortable leaving my belongings in the car overnight. I didn't do much in the room besides sleep, but the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was decent and in line with what I have had at extended stay hotels like Homewood Suites. There are some restaurants very close by which was nice when you are a weary traveler. No complaints.
My son and I were just traveling through , but the hotel was nice. Our room great and bed very comfortable
The hotel was clean and quiet in a nice location. The staff was nice and professional. The breakfast was also good as well.
The clean room. That the hotel was a little outdated, I stay with Marriott frequently and I feel the professionalism of the staff was non existent. They did not even thank me for my stay upon checkout.
I loved the bed and the room was the perfect temperature. It was quite. Perfect for anyone that just needed a place to sleep and are much more active than we were. Their is no room service that we found. The sink being outside the bathroom was weird. The restaurants nearby closed pretty early leaving fast food as the only other option.
Fast. Clean and quiet
The power went out for awhile and the air conditioning went out for several hours through the night making it impossible to sleep. The air didn't come back on until 2 in the morning. It was not a good night of sleep at all. If that didn't happen, the stay would've been great. Unfortunately, it was miserable.
I felt like the hotel was clean, and staff was fantastic, going out of their way to accommodate, always with a smile on their face. I don't feel like it was worth the money. Everything is ala carte, and for a pretty short window of time when you can order breakfast. The couch in the room was weirdly shaped. Really deep and awkward to sit on.
the toilet flushed and the door to room locked. only if your car is not comfortable to sleep in.
Good price, easy to get to off the highway. Front desk person was super friendly and fast. It was 1 in the morning and the check in was quick and easy since all I wanted to do is sleep. They got us a room close to the door because we had to carry in our sleeping kids (she didn't have to do that). The hotel and the rooms had a weird odor. The beds were only full size not queen. It was tight when you are used to king sized beds. Breakfast was minimal.
Great, friendly staff. Great breakfast options. Hot and cold items. Very clean facilities with plenty of space. Large rooms.
This was one of the friendliest places we've stayed. Everyone, from the front desk to the service staff, was welcoming and cared about our stay. Within minutes of checking into our room, the front desk called to ascertain if all was well with our room. The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The next morning, as we were headed to breakfast, the service staff asked about our room and if it met our expectations. The breakfast area had plenty of seating and a separate space for the food. It was easy to navigate around, although there were a fairly large number of people in attendance, and it didn't make you feel like the area was an afterthought that was just stuck on with a couple of boxes of cereal and lukewarm coffee. Breakfast included fresh, hot eggs, choice of meat, fresh fruit, bread choices, and wonderful coffee. We usually stay at the Express place, but my experience here may definitely change our preference. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it!
great breakfast!! the location was great for me while my son visited BW. booked online and my reservation was ready, no problems. had a few cookies and was offered a bottle of water while checking in.
Booked online and received a booking confirmation, upon arrival was informed by the manager of a glitch. He did a very good job of helping get us to an alternate property. What happened between booking, confirmation and arrival? This was very frustrating as we were coming for out of town.
The Hotel rooms were decent and had the normal amenities. The location was excellent as it was mins away from most things around. The staff was polite and courteous even to us out of state fans. Only thing was the pool area could use a slight make over. There was chipping paint and water marks around. Other than that, nothing really else.
There was some work done and i was surprise to hear construction noise at 9 am
80% of the front desk staff were wonderful. The rooms were disgusting. I drove 17 hours straight from Florida to this hotel and was extremely exhausted. I checked in, and was handed the key to a room on the second floor. I lugged my suitcase up the stairs, opened the door, and discovered a room that was not yet cleaned (it was 6 pm). Dirty towels all over the ground, trash cans over flowing, bed sheets were torn from the bed, etc. I lugged my suitcase back down and went to the front desk. The front desk woman was extremely apologetic and handed me a key to a separate room. The second room appeared okay at first glance, aside from a bug that was left squished on the wall. When I removed the bed sheets to lay down, they CLEARLY were not cleaned. Hair all over the bed, small stains, and the pillows smelled like hair grease. It seems like the housekeeping staff don't clean the sheets, they just make the beds. I was too exhausted at that point to find another hotel, so I had to curl up with my own pillow and sheets which I luckily had in my car. I would NEVER stay here again.
