Pros: The fact that there was a full breakfast was excellent. The kids and I got to have breakfast before we went to baseball tournament. It was perfect.
Cons: The pool area is a little small and not that inviting. Just the basic.
Pros: Easy access to freeway and many restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
Cons: The beds weren't very comfortable and not enough elevators; one of the two was out of service during our stay.

Pros: It was so nice everything about this hotel was great . Has been me and my boyfriend's favorite hotel up to now . Everytime we go there we get great rooms . And there service is great as well
Cons: There wasn't one thing I didn't like about this hotel . The only thing I wish that this hotel and other hotels offered was making a reservation online being able to get the options to there guest once arriving if they want to pay cash or with a credit card but it automatically charges a credit card upon making a reservation online .
Pros: Close to the freeway, making it easy off and on. Near to other eating places and shopping.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was not that good for the price of $30 plus tip. The service however, was good.
The bed were to low, making it difficult to get in and out of the bed.
The room was clean and confortable.
Cons: Torn carpet, mold in bathroom, very low beds (typical of water beds in the 70s) noisy fan on heat pump, expensive breakfast buffet.
We will not stay again.
Pros: I had a small issue ( the room next door was having some kind of party) normally I'd go with the flow... But I'd been in Vegas all week for work and i just wanted some peace and quiet. I called downstairs, they moved me from the 5th to the 9th floor and gave me 2 drink vouchers. Great price, I stayed in a hotel the night before at 2 times the price and it wasn't half as nice. I will be staying at the Doubletree Monrovia next time I'm in LA.

Pros: Housekeeping was understanding when I asked them to come back at a later time. And the front desk was flexible when I asked for a later checkout time.
Cons: I can't say that there was... I really just needed a place to sleep, shower & keep my clothes. I wanted a more upscale stay than just your average 'motel' experience, and this Holiday Inn fit the bill.
Pros: Right next to the freeway, restaurants, Starbucks.?
Pros: Location, cleanliness and room was spacious.
Pros: Free parking was a big plus. Location was convenience; freeway adjacent.
Cons: I wish it was a few bucks cheaper.
Cons: I wish i could get my money back
Pros: Hotel is conveniently located to freeway (could see traffic, but not really hear it) and walking distance to restaurants. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and accommodative. Breakfast buffet was consistently good.
Cons: Elevators are on the smaller side (5-6 people max, less with luggage). Only two drawers for clothing storage (though extra shelving in the double wide closet)
Pros: Close to restaurants, malls.
Pros: clean, convenient
Pros: Nice room, clean and quiet.
Cons: Nice room but it had a very small bathroom and small front door. The room was almost like a micro hotel room.
Pros: There's a restaurat right in the lobby and it is close to freeway.
Cons: Front staff aren't friendly nor courteous considering this is a 4 star hotel. No hellos or welcome back nor have a great day everytime we passed by the front desk. I woke up with someone knocking in the door who is a construction worker.
Pros: Gracious and welcoming front desk staff. Comfortable beds! Coffee/tea maker in room.

Pros: Room are clean and the beds are super comfortable.
Cons: Hotel is under remodel but excited to see the new improvement.
Pros: Staff was great. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable.
Cons: The entrances are few and so you have to walk a lot to the rooms. The back elevator is really stinky from the laundry facilities gassy fumes. The main elevator takes minutes to arrive, so we took the stairs quite often, There were 3 police cars at the entrance on Tuesday, which was alarming. Our A/C unit was so sketchy on the 2nd night so sleeping was an issue. It would come on for 2 mins and go off forever. It was hot in there. 3rd day it worked fine.
Pros: Nice hotel.. clean.. comfort.
Cons: A lil old building for the price
Pros: Nice service at front desk. Clean room.
Cons: Vending machines and Ice machines didn't work. It took me an hour to get a bottle of water.
Pros: We arrived late and Martin the person on front desk was very helpful and accommodating under the circumstances. Thank you.
Pros: Staff was very friendly, location to restaurants was great, room was spotless and the mattress more comfy than my own.
Cons: Nothing negative to say.
Pros: The room were cozy and the area was nice, right near a shopping plaza.
Cons: At check-in the gentleman helping us was very rude! The next morning after check-in we realized that our sink was clogged and it took away for someone to come and fix it.
Cons: My backpack was taken from my room while I was out of the hotel room, I asked the employee at the front desk if it had been recovered in the lost and found and he said no. After 30 minutes of talking with the employee, he went into the main office and brought out my missing backpack. Our room had been locked at the time of entry, this led me to believe that it had been taken by one of the hotel staff members. My sister and I felt unsafe and very uncomfortable with our stay at the Best Western Plus in West Covina.
Pros: Breakfast, beds, pillows and blankets were all good.
Cons: Didn't like the channel selection in order to entertain kids.
Pros: - 24/7 access to amenities, such as microwave, eating utensils, snacks, etc.
- lots of parking indoors and outdoors

Cons: I didn't like what they washed their stuff with or possibly not clean sheets. I broke out with a rash on my arms and neck. I didn't like that they didn't have much options for Vegans for hot breakfeast.
Pros: The staff was friendly, the rooms were modern and nice looking (at the time of our stay, they were remodeling and we got to try one of the newly finished ones,) and there was a complimentary breakfast for a decent period of time, 6a-10a with a nice spread. In our experience, other hotels in the past offered it for short times or had like, bagels and fruit and that's it. Here they had a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, potatoes, juices, coffee, etc. The night before, they also had a list of restaurants in the area that would give you a discount on your meal when you presented your room key. Many options available within walking distance.
Anyway, we'll stay here again. Very happy with our stay.
Cons: There was nothing negative about our experience.
Pros: The service and staff were very nice. Great Peruvian restaurant close by with 10% discount from hotel. Comfortable room.
Cons: The air conditioning was too loud.
Pros: Staff was very nice. Hotel rooms and beds were clean.
Cons: Wifi was slow.

Pros: Clean and neat, the Garden Inn was a nice stay for our get away to the LA area. The property was nice and quiet and we had no complaints.
Cons: The continental breakfast could've been better, offering more selection of hot items. But, for the price of the stay, it was still good to pick up a few bites of assorted pastries before we left for the day to explore.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. They offered a better rate than the site did. I could have saved $50
Pros: I stayed here for a night; expected to have terrible night but it turned out to be a decent stay. I would certainly recommend to my friends.
Pros: Cheap room, free wi-fi, easy check in and out, easy to get 5 dollar deposit back
Clean room mostly, fridge and microwave included. Bed was fine for a hotel
Someone brought ironing board and iron on request
Cons: Shady motel area and other guests were shady.
Wi-fi speed and reliability very poor.
5 Dollar deposit for entry card is silly
Soft pillows with no support.
Didn't come with ironing board and iron originally
Pros: Location is very nice
Clean and open area. There are no electric kettle to make water hot
Situated in Monrovia, this motel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Duarte Sports Park, Monrovia Historical Museum, and Recreation Park. Monrovia City Hall and Tryst Kiteboarding School are also within 3 mi (5 km).

Pros: It's next to the freeway
Cons: The carpet in the room was extremely dirty and the man on the phone was not helpful when I called regarding an issue I had over the phone.
Pros: We liked the size of the room and locaion and price.
Cons: Our last nite there were small ants in the bathroom and we forgot to tell the front desk.
Breakfast was not very good. Food items were hard and seemed to be a day or more old.

Cons: Television satellite dish kept going out to the point we had no television for a whole day. The pool is very small barely enough to fit a family of 5. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The continental breakfast was disappointing.
Cons: The sink leaked. The bathroom had a terrible moldy smell, so much that I had to keep the bathroom door closed. The electrical outlets would not hold the chargers in and kept falling off. The toilet didn't even flush properly.
Cons: The front desk lady snapped at me for no reason. She needs to control her moods.
Pros: The interior of the room was very nice for a 2 star hotel.
Pros: I did not like anything about this hotel. DO NOT STAY.
Cons: The room/floor/restroom was dirty. Tub had ALOT of mold. Door was smudged with red substance. Booked hotel for 3 days and left after the first night. I know there's no refund but I should be given a refund! People were loud and fighting outside the door.
Pros: There was no room for parking, there was hair in the bath, price overrated
Pros: complimentary breakfast
Cons: The bedding had holes. outdated shower. Blood stains on the shower curtains .
Pros: The air conditioner was fantastic because the Heat in LA that weekend was unbearable. The room was large and had a refrigerator as well. The room cleaned everyday with new towels. Our car had a carport and was kept out of the sun. Price was reasonable.
Cons: We had to go upstairs with our belongings and suitcases. We should have told them when signing up that we were seniors.

Pros: Good smell in the rooms most of the motels still smelling like cigarette
Cons: You guy give out coffee will be good to add some muffins or fruit
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: I honestly thought the room was bigger and that a kitchen was part of the room, which I thought I read in the description.
Pros: I like that the location was close to where we were going.
Cons: The room was VERY SMALL. There should not have been two queen size beds in that small of space. In the bathroom there was graffiti writing on the base board. The hotel maintenance tried to cover it by painting 1 coat of paint.
Pros: It was inexpensive. Also, it is located just across the street from a wal mart which makes getting supplies easy
Cons: They did not provide any shampoo! I had to wash my hair with the soap bar
Terrible. The room smelled like mold and urine. The bed was too hard to sleep on. The linen was threadbare and there were cigarette burns all over the bedspread in a non smoking room.
Pros: it was awful from start to finish
There were cockroaches in the room.Gross!
Pros: Location & the pool. Lots of shops around.
Cons: I asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. There was cigarette burns every where including the tub. The nastiest thing about the room, there was COCKROACHES!
Smelly rooms, itchy sheets, lumpy mattres, noisy.
Is good :)

Pros: Room was comfortable and mostly clean. Bath tub needed replacement as it was scratched/stained
Cons: Breakfast was a carbohydrate feast! No meat, eggs or protein with exception of cold yogurt. Fruit was limited to debatable edible apples. If you crave carbs, then this is the place for you
Pros: The only thing I didn't like was that there were some people smoking around the facilities.
Pros: Hotel was ok for a quick trip visiting family. It was clean, which is most important.

Cons: The owners were the rudest people I have ever met. We were staying here because of funeral services for my grandfather and aunt. The owner started yelling at us for having too many people in one room as we were all trying to get my 97 year old grandmother from the wheelchair to the bed. He didn't believe us when we tried to explain that we had booked 4 rooms and each room would have 4 people. We ended up getting a refund on 2 of the rooms, but the other 2 were used and could not be refunded. Due to the holiday weekend, we could not find any other hotel to stay. So we ended up driving an hour to go home. It was the worse night to end such an emotional day. These people have no compassion. I Understand that they are trying to enforce their rules, but show some compassion when you see an elderly woman and little kids. Worse encounter with a hote ever.
Located in the heart of West Covina, this motel is within a 15-minute walk of Del Norte Park and West Covina City Hall. Glendora Square and Baldwin Park City Hall are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: It has recently been updated. Priced too high for area and oldness of hotel
Cons: Little things make hotel seem dated & 'seedy'. For example broken bricks in the sidewalks & dirty corners. Breakfast was pretty skimpy. Sign out front old fashioned. Parking situation really weird; one way in & out. And yes the price paid for the room
Cons: Booked a non-smoking king size bed but the staff gave us queen bed room. I corrected him, e change my room to king size room. However, he assigned me a smoking room. We are so allergic to smoke but they just ignore it without any care. It's discrimination
Pros: big room，clean room
Cons: breakfast too simple
Cons: Long black hair in the 'clean' towels
Pros: Located across from strip mall
Cons: Pool was not available as stated as well as the hot tub or spa was down the entire stay it would have been nice to have known this as would have went somewhere else. Some staff didn't speak English or understand you. Not what I expected for what I paid.
Pros: Good for one night stay
Cons: Lift too far
Pros: I loved that my room had a bath tub it was very beautiful and clean
Pros: The fact that it was clean!
Cons: The parking lot was way too small for its occupancy capacity. The pool was down and the building was dirty on the outside. Plus the front desk attendant was a bit rude and sarcastic!
Pros: That the female staff person that assisted us in check in allowed us to check in earlier. That was very kind of her. BAD: The male staff person refused to give us wash cloth towels. Said they had no more. ???
Cons: It is under major construction. They should wait until the renovation is complete before charging the rates they are. The electrical outlets do not work. The sofa bed cannot be opened because the King size bed takes up too much room.
Cons: The bathtub was a little clogged and the water went down super slow. While it leaked too. The floor would be all wet even though you put the shower curtain in the bathtub. The guy at the front desk was rude!
Pros: Good staff
Cons: Entrance to the room from the back (walking all the way outside of the hotel
Pros: The room and the hotel were very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was very convenient.

Pros: The location of the hotel is the only thing we liked about. Close to 210 freeway, shopping mall, and restaurants.
Cons: The room is VERY dirty, ants are found on bed and bathroom. The desk/table/A/C/bathroom counter top is covered with a layer of dust (I use tissue paper to wipe and is all black and dusty). Breakfast is not provided, staff said only energy bar is given.
Pros: Have a microwave and frig.
Cons: Only 1 laundry staff runs the entire facility (also act as front desk clerk) after 10PM. He or she does not stay at the front desk due to multi-tasks and role play. In case of emergency or urgent needs, it's totally helpless.
Pros: Location is near restaurants
Cons: Room smell like cigarettes/ cigars
Pros: Location was easy to find
Cons: Smelly, ants in our room
Pros: The location is convenient
Cons: No housekeeping, bugs and ants inside the room, leaking faucet, vinyl flooring peeled off
Pros: The room was clean/spacious and the staff members were friendly. Hotel employee is the best!
Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We stayed here 2 nights and couldn't get any sleep because of the discomfort. Mattress needs to be replaced. There were springs sticking out and cut me twice. The mattress was also lopsided. Room smells mildewy.
Pros: Read reviews that were bad, but turned out had a great stay. Full kitchen, plates when we asked, comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff.
Cons: Not really
Cons: Breakfast and room readiness
Pros: Price was right.
Cons: There was no shampoo or conditioner.
Pros: Location, and style of room.
Cons: on several occasions has poor customer service. Hotel employee talked to me very condescending and belitting on several occasions. does not make customers feel welcome, and a guest that is spending money to be a guest to leisurely stay at Extended Stay

Pros: We had 2 rooms and could spread out. We had plenty of room. The service was excellent. The rooms only came with 1 TV. They offered to move the TV into the other room. Someone from maintenance quickly came to move the TV. It was too difficult so he brought us another TV. Very kind, very quick.
Cons: The toilet paper was the cheap kind.
Pros: The location was close to my testing center. I did like that they provided breakfast.
Cons: We did not realize until the morning after but the room had bed bugs. I woke up with three bites on my leg and my boyfriend with one on his foot. We saw one bug crawling on the sheet once we had woken up and gotten out of bed.
When we first entered the room, the first thing you noticed was the water mildew smell and the water stain on the floor. The smell stayed in the front room but didn't reach the bedroom. We also noticed black mold in the air vents and in the bathroom. While the bed was large, it was very lumpy and had stained sheets but still looked clean. We wanted to go the jacuzzi but from our view from the second floor, it looked very green so we decided against it.
I didn't want to complain because I was already stressed about my exam but my stay was not comfortable.
Pros: Close to freeways.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
Cons: Room was not clean.
Toilet seat was not attached to toilet.
Carpet was dirty.
Elevators had bad odor.
Could hear construction in the late evening.
Pros: Grounds are nice and very well kept Staff is very helpful Room was clean and nice but my room faced the 10 freeway so I heard traffic all night Overall a great deal for thr price and the free hot brrakfast was very good
Cons: When I turned on the TV the sound came on but no picture While I was waiting for the maintenance person I decided to order room service which would probably have been very goid but no menus in the folder When I called room service ext She said she would have a menu brought to me but I never got it Ended up ordering pizza delivery
Pros: The grounds are nice
The rooms are large
Beds very comfortable
Cons: the only way to get internet is in the lobby, it is said to be in all rooms
the a?c did not work
Pros: Continuance easy in and out of freeway lobby clean and well maintained
Cons: The room was dirty the carpet disgusting I dint even wan to steep on it bear feet
The restroom in the shower was bunch of hair from the previous guess it was disgusting the bed it was hard as rock I ask for soft bed is that is soft wow ! I have a bed back I dint rest all night I ended up sleeping in the couch it was just bad experience
Pros: This hotel has a great location, easy excess on and off the freeway. Grounds are kept up well.
Cons: I was excited to stay here again, great price for a weekend getaway. When I got to the front desk at 4:00 to check in, they told us that the room was still not ready and we would have to wait a half hour (check in time is 3:00) for the room. So we did, when the room was ready the young lady asked for a credit card for a $50.00 deposit, I handed her my pre-paid debt card, she then told me to read the sign. In so many words it states you MIGHT get your deposit back. I find this totally unexceptable that you can take someone's money for a deposit and can't promise it's return even if you meet the requirements for its return is stealing. No other company that takes cash deposits or takes additional deposits for having a pre-paid debt card has ever done this.

Cons: No hot water at 6:30 am on 3/28. Reported problem to front desk clerk and was told management would call me, but no call received.
Pros: Really nothing... it should not be called the 5 star... it's maybe and that's a big maybe a 2 star...
Cons: There was nats in our room and we informed the staff but they really didn't see a problem with it... the ice machine was broken and no plans of fixing it... they say continental breakfast but all they offer is toast, bagels n old donuts... never again...
Cons: Room was bad, floors were cracked. Smelled like cigarettes would not allow us to change room. Room was old. Shower had mildew. Window blinds in bathroom was broken so people could see inside. Main window curtin had a bunch of holes also.

Cons: They had cockroaches , black mold in the shower, holes in the blanket the guardrail on the fourth floor was only held by one hand screwed screw
Pros: It was dirty, filthy, dangerous and nasty and not worth $50/night!
