Overall, this location is Okay. Hampton inn was very top notch, but that was a few years ago. It seemed to me that they have taken a few steps down. For the money, I expected the the way Hampton was in past stays. I like that they still have coffee, microwave and fridges in the room. The staff was very nice and professional. I was surprised by having to pay a $50 per night security deposit. If we stay at Hampton properties again, I will search for much lower prices.
Pros. Asst mgr went out of his way to correct my miscalculation with # of days I was supposed to stay. With kids at Disney, I made a mistaken of under booking my stay but asst mgr fixed it
Cons. None, great facility with clean and friendly staff
Pros. Bed was comfy.
Cons. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Made room very humid.
Pros. Everything was so easy from check in to check out. Overall for the price this hotel is great. Starbucks right next door a cafe a Denny’s I mean this location was perfect for our stay. I never felt like the staff was slacking. Even the breakfast was amazing and that’s a lot to say because hotel breakfast isn’t always great.
Cons. I don’t really have anything negative for this place. Maybe just housekeeping letting the doors slam and waking me up rather then lightly shutting the doors.
