Pros: Mary and James were lovely hosts attentive to every detail. The delicious made to order breakfast was included in the rate. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable bed and the best shower! But my favorite was the very soft robes! We were welcomed like family and can’t wait to return.

Pros: Property was fantastic, homely and welcoming. Spotless clean. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was the breakfast I have seen in a hotel or B&B. Close proximity to all the amenities we were interested in. Great value for money. Bed was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend it.

Pros: This B&B was top class. We got a very warm welcome from our hosts Mary & James. Felt very much at home here. Breakfast was excellent and we had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I loved the pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. The price quoted included breakfast and was very reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends.

Pros: Oh my word! Seashore B&B is fabulous. Our spacious room was immaculate, very comfortable with good quality furnishings and the bathroom was spotless. The house itself is easy to find and overlooks the sea and our host Micheal was helpful and very welcoming. Lots of parking too and we were able to put our motorcycle around the back of the house. Tea and coffee making is provided in the room which pleased my husband no end!
Cons: Honestly, There is nothing to dislike about this lovely B&B.

Pros: From the moment we arrived David couldn't do enough for us. Although we didn't meet Doreen it is obvious her and David work very hard to offer their guests the best of everything. The rooms are very spacious andextremely clean. The breakfast is exceptional. There is use of a very comfortable lounge and lots of parking. It's a great location for Ballybunion or access to Listowel and other towns in Kerry.

Pros: The room and bathroom was very nice. The shower was awesome! The owner was welcoming and helpful. It felt more like staying at someone's house as opposed to a hotel. We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast because we slept in, so not sure how the food was. We were just passing through, so no idea about the local town. The owner was a golfer and said the local golf course is really nice and the main attraction of the town.

Pros: David was a fantastic host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He organised a taxi for us and gave us plenty of recommendations of things to do. Our twin room was quiet, immaculately clean with comfortable beds and everything we needed - including a fridge for our wine! En-suite bathroom was immaculate with a bath and a great shower. Breakfast was delicious - good choice and nicely cooked. We felt very welcome and we will definitely be coming back.

Pros: Breakfast was good, plenty of choices from 'Full Irish' to, whatever you liked. The house is convenient for all things in the town. The room was clean and bright, made up every day. The WI-FI was quick enough to be able to watch the BBC on my computer. There is good car parking. The Land-Lady, Mary, was helpful with local knowledge and advice on places to visit.
Cons: If I have to be picky, the shower could have been better, but it was adequate.

Pros: Tremendous stay and great location. Staff at the restaurant/bar were personable and helped us find other attractions (pubs) we wanted to check out. Ballybunion is a great town and the Cliff House was perfect for our stay.

Cons: No hairdryer and only decaf coffee in the room. Room facilities could had been a little better but the view by far compensated all else.

With modern, wood floors, each room provides a TV and lovely views. The famous golf course at Ballybunion was once played by former US President Bill Clinton. Ballybunion’s centre can be reached in 1 minute by car. Listowel is just a 10 minute drive from Cill Chiarain Bed & Breakfast.

Pros: Very clean, and a clean, light bathroom as well, not poky as b&b bathrooms can be. About a fifteen/twenty minute walk into Ballybunion. Beautiful beach! Very friendly hosts.
Cons: Not at all their fault but the bed was a little small, which is only an issue for us as my husband is quite large! Not all the way into the village has footpath, but we found we could cut through the mobile home camp which made the walk a bit safer.

The Hopper is located on the main Ballybunion to Ballyheigue road, and the famous Ballybunion Golf Club is a 15-minute drive away. Listowel and the N59 road are less than 20 minutes’ drive away.
