Pickup was fast, nobody was at the desk for drop off.Cons:
I reserved a large SUV (Tahoe) and got a medium sized SUV (Traverse), was not compensated for the smaller vehicle and had an uncomfortable trip. The “oil change” warning came on right away so I worried about the vehicle maintenance during my entire 11 day trip which was stressful. The vehicle was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I don’t think I’ll rent from enterprise in the future.9.6 Wonderful

really disappointing that this location could not pick me up like enterprise advertises. Yes I didn't read the fine print when booking but was stranded at another location trying to find a taxi or uber with no luck for 2 hours.10.0 Wonderful

I reserved a 7 passenger vehicle online and when I went to pick it up, there wasn't a 7 passenger vehicle available. My credit card was still charged for the insurance I purchased and has yet to be refunded.Easirent

Mark at Saginaw location was great trying to help me, But he failed. You hung up on him (your manger) twice trying o fix my reservation Hire people that can't speak Englis!!!!!!!!!!! on you reservation line. My reservation was never fixed and you overcharged me . Terrible service .Cons:
