Nothing, they either let me reserve a car they didn't have or they gave my reservation to someone else. I never got a car until it was too late and I bought a plane ticket.Maybe save reserved cars for people that make reservations? Or better yet, don't make claims you have zero cars when in fact you do. It's pretty stupid to have cars just for one way and cars just for round trips. I guarantee it's not a lot of people that take cars for one way. You have employees that can take cars to different locations if need be.

Quick return of car. Price.Car cleanliness. Had not been vacuumed or anything. Stains on the seats. Payment was strange and had to wait for the Hertz staff member to get phone approval for the charge from the Hertz rental's bank. It was strange and I was nervous about why it happened for such a small charge.

People at the Hertz Counter at MBS airport were fantasticthe car had mechanical issues with the tires and traction. the worst thing was the smells in the car, the car had a smoker in it previous to my rental, cigar and weed smoker and the car reeked of those smells. In addition to that the rental location has overdosed the car with liquid air freshener in an attempt to cover up the smoke. It overwhelmed my sinuses and I was unable to exchange the car it was horrible

The staff at both locations was amazing. Very helpful and on top of it.The car was awful, it was the absolute worst car I have ever driven as a rental. I will never buy a Nissan. Poor choice to put in as a rental. Car has trouble handling over 70 mph, uncomfortable and super annoying.

staff was fineThe car had just been used by a smoker, and smelled horrible. It was too late to get another rental as I arrived on the last flight of the day, otherwise I would have exchanged it. Unfortunately I had to leave the area, and there was no time to go back to the airport and get an exchange.

Car was good. customer service was fine until they charged me for a full tank of gas, even after I definitely filled it at the speedway right off of m-10.

Mark at Saginaw location was great trying to help me, But he failed. You hung up on him (your manger) twice trying o fix my reservation Hire people that can't speak Englis!!!!!!!!!!! on you reservation line. My reservation was never fixed and you overcharged me . Terrible service .Nothing you suck!!!!!!!!!!! I waited 45 minutes trying to fix my reservation never happened

Not a return customerThe Nissan Maxima the car I got for the ride home.I didn’t like The dead battery on the Ford Fusion hybrid while I was in Myrtle Beach parking lot of my condo. AND Returning car on Easter Sunday to find no one at the Hertz counter in Freeland airport. No sign, no help (not even a number to call) with lots of questions. Had to call 3 people to get help.
