Alamo overbooked their vehicles and we never got our rental. We were stranded and ended up paying $250 + tip for a car service to take us to our destination. There was no apology and no compensation for our time.10.0 Wonderful

I traveled for business and processed this reservation online through Kayak with a business card. When I landed at the airport to pick up my rental car, the woman at the counter informed me it was not paid for just "reserved" and they couldn't charge the same card. A rental car for an entire week is A LOT of money to pay when you are under the assumption it is already paid for. This was definitely not communicated clearly in the booking process. I have rented cars several other times at a variety of places and this was not the process previously. When I returned the car to the airport, not a single counter was manned. All counters had signs pointing to each other saying "if no one is at this counter please go to the (insert company name here) counter".....but nobody was there. I finally settled on putting the keys for my National rental in the Enterprise dropbox on the counter because it was the only safe way to return it.6.0 Okay

There was some sticky mess on the dashboard like syrup. Paid $90/day for a simple 4-door and felt like I was getting a really bad deal, Especially since my friend rented a car for that same weekend out of MCO for $25/day7.2 Good

I pulled up to the resort where National was located and walked in, got my receipt and left.Cons:
The office was so small, they had the door locked when I got there only to find a girl at the computer when she unlocked the door and the guy sitting there. After the transaction, I had to walk to the opposite side of the resort to try and locate the car. Not very professional nor good customer service.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
