Pros: My daughter and I stayed one night while visiting colleges in the area. The price/room was as good as I've ever had (we did get a pretty good discount from hotels.com). Property and room were clean and well-maintained and the breakfast was better-than-average. Bonus at breakfast was a nice covered patio. I will stay here every single time I am in the area as log as the price doesn't creep too high.
Cons: The free greeting cookie was a little dry -- just kidding! even the cookie was good.
Pros: What can I say but WOW! The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to make you comfortable and feel like one of the family. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet (even with guests next door). Breakfast was great with made to order eggs. The lobby was warm, inviting and decorated beautifully for Christmas. You can't beat the location either. There's a mall just across the street with a bowling alley and very large movie theatre, grocery store just across the street as well. And if you're hungry there are so many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Why would you want to stay anyplace else?
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
Pros: Perfectly clean, custom omelette at breakfast.
1:30 a.m. Staff not friendly. Morning staff much more friendly.
Cons: Breakfast omelette cooked to order. Cleanliness.
Pros: They had all of the on site facilities that I could have wanted. I did laundry(they sold single serving detergent), for example. Very nice staff. Breakfast was standard hotel food except they had 2 people making omeletts(still crappy 6-9 am hours..). Considering I'm choosing to stay at a nice place I would have liked if that was more flexible, but I'm probably an outlier.
Cons: The spa signups were not very comprehensive, mostly my fault though. I went in expecting to stay at a spa hotel where that was the focus, but I got a very nice hotel that happened to have a spa. Prices were expensive for spa stuff but I didn't sign up ahead of time and it wasn't well communicated, but that's mostly on me for not asking ahead. A small gripe.
Pros: Cleanliness. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Excellent wifi.
Cons: Not many nights open at the bar.
With a breathtaking backdrop of the majestic Box Springs Mountains, Ayres Hotel Moreno Valley offers clean, modern accommodations and an inviting ambiance. Complimentary amenities include parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a daily full breakfast buffet.
Pros: I love the memory foam mattress' every time I go that's the best thing. The Breakfast Is ALWAYS GOOD AND Very filling.
Cons: I love the ayres hotels I usually try and stay at all of them this tI me though the cleaning crew bothered more than usual. 3 x's they came to my room after the first time I had told the ladies they could come back when I get ready to check out that I would be checking out by 11:45. I was taking a nap and they continued to knock.
Pros: Our stay was perfect. Staff was awesome. Hotel was very clean!!!
Pros: Very well built. This hotel even located by a very busy highway, it's still very quite. The patio area seems relaxing! I recommend.
Cons: no shampoo
Located conveniently close to the I-10 Freeway, Ayres Hotel Redlands is the optimal destination for leisure and business travelers alike. Guests enjoy spotless guestrooms, and complimentary amenities include parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a daily full breakfast buffet.
Pros: Location was great, the hotel is very nice..
Pros: It was clean and well staffed
Cons: Air Conditioning--it shuts off the AC when you leave the room (motion sensor I believe), so when you return at the end of the day, the room is uncomfortably warm, not cool.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff gracious and welcoming. Breakfast was hot and good. Parking close. Excellent experience!
Excellent atmosphere, looks new, clean.
Cons: Staff isn't as courteous as expected. Overall fair attitude. Regular rates are overpriced. No fridge or microwave in hotel room.
If ur looking for a nice place to stay in Moreno valley Go to the Hampton inn and u will enjoy ur stay
Pros: The beds were very.comfortable and the room was a good size
Cons: Not really

Pros: The late night front desk lady was trying very hard to please everyone. But she was the only one on property.
Cons: 1) our room description stated king bed with couch with fold out bed. No couch when we checked in. Front desk stated they did not have any alternative. No room change or roll away beds.
2) We were put on a "pet" hallway. Guest across the hall had numerous dogs that barked most of the night. Front desk could not get the dogs to stop barking. We were told it was a pet friendly hotel, and we should deal with it.
Hotel has been remodeled, but bathroom is very small.
Front desk did try to offer a Starbucks $5 gift card for inconvenience. Very insulting.

Pros: I stayed here with two young children when visiting family in the area. The gentleman at checkin was very friendly. He was very polite and checked us in quickly and smoothly. The pool was fun for the kids. It seemed clean and kept up. The full breakfast was good- normal for this type of hotel. Oh and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The rooms were ok. Just felt like it needed updating. The carpets looked old and a little dirty. The fabric couch was in need of a good steam cleaning or just replacement altogether. Smelled a little musty.
Pros: Location of my handicapped room right off the elevator
Cons: Lights in bathroom on motion detector and shut off every time I was in the shower.
Pros: The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, attractive, quiet, and spacious. The breakfast was robust and tasty. The landscaping was exceptional. We had bougainvilleas blooming right outside our window!

Cons: For the amount of the room the bed was not very comfortable, the shower water left a weird feeling on my skin, for how empty the hotel seemed I didn't understand why we were placed next to and below people, the air conditioning system was annoying to figure out and program.

Pros: The beds, how they had a sauna, and a jucuzzi.
Cons: The room was small, i didnt sleep well because there were no AC so it was too hot even with the window open. In the morning it was so noisy between the people leaving and the cart of cleaning people. I could hear the door from next room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even though it's a cute hotel with a great service and facilities.
Pros: It is exactly what you see on the pictures before you book the room. I wish it was a pet friendly place.
Pros: They have done a fantastic job transforming an old motel into the perfect place to stay, whether in the area for business or pleasure. The rooms were very nicely appointed, including cedar wood planks in the closet. There are nice and rare additions, including free water bottles in the room, fresh fruit available in the lobby, and tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available 24 hours per day. The free wireless worked great, which is not always the case with free hotel Wi-Fi. There is a small, but nice outdoor pool and hot tub area which includes two dry saunas.
Cons: The only negative is the breakfast area: It is too small. But that's a very small thing indeed compared with the positives of this place.
Pros: I have stayed here twice on week long trips and they always have the best price in the area. They also ahve the best environment. It feels like a little private paradise.
Pros: temperpedic beds!! so comfy! the ivy covered courtyard was so charming. a very nice room and great price!
Cons: a little tricky to get to from the 210 freeway but with gps no problem really.
Pros: They supplied a crib that was not just a pack-n-play. The fake fireplace was nice. And I liked being able to wash my cloths before we left.
Cons: The rooms were small and the over furnished, making things very cramped to put a suitcase or a crib. Yes, they supplied a crib, but they didn't have any actual bedding for it. They just gave us queen sized sheets, with matching size blanket and mattress pad, and full sized pillows. If your going to offer a crib, you should at least have accompanieing sheets for it, and leave the pillow out, it's not good to have in a crib anyway. There were two sets of knobs in the shower, which was weird and confusing. I also hated the despencers for shampoo and soap inside the shower and over the sink, it felt cheap, like I was showering at a gym. And I actually disliked the Tempur-pedic mattress, which I was really looking forward to sleeping on. The mattress seemed to sink too much and create and unsupportive uncomfortable divot that was hard to move around in. The foam mattress was also uncomfortably warm, it felt stuffy to sleep on. It was a big disappointment for the high price.
Pros: Everything was great. Was given a nice greeting for check in. The girl checked me in 30minutes before check in time started which was nice. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would recommend
Cons: That I didn't stay there for longer
Located in the entertainment district, Dynasty Suites Redlands is a great choice for a stay in Redlands. You can get a morning swim in at the outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. A sauna and a steam room are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like comfy beds with premium linens.
Cons: The Spa was not working properly and the pool could have been a little cleaner. Also, the air conditioner was also not working properly. If you turned the temperature up it stating smelling like it was over heating. so we had to leave it at 65.
Pros: Friendly, efficient staff. Convienetly located off freeway and near shopping centers. Very clean, comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was set up nicely with plenty of choices and a very helpful attendant. Would stay here again, for sure!
Pros: I loved the Cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was so polite. Breakfast was great, free internet and pet friendly, overall a GREAT experience. Will definitely book a room again.
Cons: I had a charge for 100 and then call then a lady tells me that it should of been returned and it was my banks fault then tells me there was damages to the room?
Pros: We liked the 2 queen beds and it was clean. Nice breakfast
Cons: pretty small bathroom, not much walking space around beds
Pros: Access to freeway
Cons: Plumbing noise all night. Hot room. Cold fake square looking eggs
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly
Cons: The hotel is dated and the carpets are stained. Otherwise it was just fine. The room and bedding seemed clean.
Pros: Loved it!! Very clean and nothing was outdated. Very close to many stores, an outlet, the venue (highland springs resort) we were attending a wedding at and the freeway! We had a great experience!
Cons: One of the carts has a broken wheel, not a big deal though. And slow internet.
Pros: Nice design in rooms. Comfort was there.
Cons: I wish there was more late night food options inside hotel.
Pros: The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly even when busy. Our room was not only ready but the air had been turned on and it was nice and cold (almost 100 outside!). The room was huge, the bed was clean and comfortable with extra pillows.
Cons: The pool was being fixed when we arrived and though it was ready for use that night it needed to be skimmed, which is understandable since it had just been out of order. The breakfast was lacking also, while there was a choice the flavor was very bland.
Pros: This hotel is great. It was very clean, the beds are comfy and the breakfast is great.
Cons: The pool was dirty, but in their defense it was really windy.
Pros: Stayed in a King Bed Suite. Was very spacious, felt like an apartment living room. Bed was very soft and clean, with white comforter and sheets, very different than the usual gaudy colors of other hotels. Friendly staff & nice breakfast in the morning!
Cons: It's about 30 min drive from Palm Springs, but is worth the drive when compared to the price of hotels in Palm Springs.

Pros: Buffet style breakfast. Make your own waffles or pancakes.
Secluded pool and small spa.
Cons: Very small breakfast area- 6 tables max
Pros: The room, staff, breakfast and pool exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our overnight stay and would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times.
Pros: Excellent staff
Pros: I did not go. I cancelled my reservation do to health problems.
Pros: Hemet, CA doesn't have a whole lot to do for anyone touring, but we were here to visit family. After finding out how small our relatives home was, we ended up booking at the last minute at Quality Inn. I was a little nervous because I didn't get to do my usual exhaustive research, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice Quality Inn Hemet was! It looks like the bathroom was recently updated. The bed was clean and firm. The maid service did an excellent job everyday. Tonya checked us in and she was so helpful giving us a little background about Hemet and some tips about the surrounding neighborhood. Quality Inn was just 2 minutes from our relatives which was a huge plus, but also so close to many stores and eateries. I would definitely stay here again!
Cons: The carpet seemed a little dates, BUT I normally wear house slippers or shoes when I stay in any hotel/motel. Also the rest of the room looked clean and well maintained and the bathroom did look recently upgraded, so perhaps the carpets are next on the list! They weren't awful by any measure though.
Get your money's worth when you stay at the Quality Inn hotel in Hemet, CA near Diamond Valley Lake. Nearby attractions include Hemet-Ryan Airport, Soboba Casino, Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre and Mt. San Jacinto College. Get more value with amenities like free breakfast, access to a computer with Internet and copy and fax services, free coffee and an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Pet charge of 20.00/night per pet, limit one pet per room, 20 pounds and under.
Cons: Some of the staff was lazy and unattentive and the breakfast was horrible
Pros: Closer to the venue I was going to.
Cons: The room was not available upon taking it. Bed was not made and it looks like it has been use. Also the room where we are relocate was not completed as well. No towel.
Cons: The bed was broken and slanting on one side, the tv did not work and the breakfast was bad.
Pros: Location to what we had planned
Pros: Girl at front desk gave us a room with microwave and refrigerator. Grocery store across the street. Comfortable sitting chair in room. Breakfast.
Cons: Freeway noise. Didn't like location of pool and jacuzzi. Not very peaceful.
Pros: The breakfast was very good, compared to other places I've stayed.
Cons: The shower head could not be adjusted for stream; it was stuck on the most intense stream.
Pros: The location was great for in/off the freeway. Good hot breakfast with lots of options available. Good tea choices but coffee was so-so.
Cons: No, not really, everything was fine.
Pros: Breakfast was decent and the staff was very pleasant.
Cons: Right by the highway. Super-loud noise throughout the day and night.
Pros: Easy access
Cons: Black out blinds we torn and sun came streaming in woke me up 45 min early.
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: The bed was terrible. The box spring was completely broken making it look like a banana. I saw this on a review before I made the reservation. Obviously they have not made any repairs to their beds.
Pros: Kitchenette, cleanliness
Cons: Pillows said 'firm' on the case but they were in no way firm. Staff put our shower curtain on backwards and that caused the water to go everywhere one morning.
Pros: Location, Fringe in room, everything

Cons: We stayed there in April and it was very nice. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. This time the first night a group of people who weren't staying there were scoping out the parking lot. The stairs were dirty with the same stuff for 3 days in a row. It just wasn't the same place.
Pros: Directv, free Wifi that wasn't too slow. Room and bathroom clean. Good size bathroom.
Cons: Small room. No courtesy check-in parking. Breakfast area too small for size of hotel.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, good sized kitchen area, bathroom and vanity. Beds and pillows comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing! Pool was perfect!
Cons: Not informed of remodel, smell of paint off and on in the lobby and hallways. Stuffy in the hallways, no air.
Pros: The fact that we were on a floor with access to the outside grassy area for pets was great. The kitchenette had a fridge and microwave. Nice stay.
Cons: The shower could have been slightly cleaner or updated faucets.
Pros: Spacious room, would return if I need to go to the area. Complimentary breakfast was nice, good price.
Pros: It was clean. Staff was friendly.
Pros: I stayed here for 3 nights while looking for a place to move to in the area. I checked in very late and being a woman traveling alone I was hesitant to see what floor I would be on but the gentleman at the front desk put me on the secure 3rd floor without me asking so that was much appreciated. My single king room was extremely clean (even smelled great), bed was very comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks. Very welcoming place and for an awesome rate. Not the more picturesque location as it is in an industrial area but I had no issues with security or safety.
Cons: Room was tainted with cigarette smoke smell, claustrophobic, 88 degrees in hallways, AC in room was like an icebox, temperature extremes and horrible front reception rude as heck.
Pros: We arrived earlier than expected and Janice was very helpful and welcoming to accommodate us. I had stayed here before and was very pleased to come back. We Loved the room. Was well cleaned. Bed was comfortable. The room was a great size.
Cons: The only thing we had a problem with was that they put us in a handicap room and the shower was extremely hard to use being as the toilet area and shower were one big open area and the was no shower curtain to divide or an easy way to use it
Pros: Large rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. But the extra that put this hotel over the top for us was their complimentary happy hour from 5:00-7:00: 2 free drinks and tacos in the cozy dining area. After being stuck in snow traffic for hours, this was just what we needed to unwind!
Pros: price, location, amenities, parking, all good.
Pros: Did not like the light switches, coffee pot was in a very difficult to operate, and very awkward to use in that place, good coffee. Good sleep, Good places to eat near by.

Pros: It's very close to Morongo Casino. They have a cable TV system (Charter Spectrum) with hundreds of channels and DVR functionality like pause, rewind, and fast-forward. Their continental breakfast has delicious scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, bagels, and lots more. The room (mine anyway) is very quiet. The shower head is wonderfully wide. Ample parking.
Cons: The bed sheets were rough. My view was the neighboring building's brick wall. It won't impress anyone.

Cons: That I ran out of money and had to leave
Pros: Very clean for an older motel. More than I expected.
Cons: Maybe a little close to freeway
Pros: Nice location, room is clean and good space,
Cons: Breakfast was very minimal. No access to vending machine or Ice machine.
Cons: It is next to highway 10, hard to get into sleep at night. Also, the internet is very slow, was told the antenna is not working.
Pros: People are very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and usefully arranged. The chair height worked with the table, the outlets were near the table and I could watch tv and use my computer at the same time. Bonus.
Cons: I am travelling with coolers and there is no freezer compartment on the fridge.
Pros: The hotel was good.
Pros: We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay in the area overnight. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking.
Pros: The directv.
Cons: Cannot change input on tv. The breakfast is awful. The basketball court is too close to the vehicle entrance.
Pros: clean, modern rooms we'll kept
Cons: too close to freeway
Pros: The room's cleanliness, new carpet, new TV, nice bath towels and gracious person at check-in. Motels closer to Palm Desert & Indio were almost 3x higher in price

Pros: This is the only location I stay whenever I'm in the area. Very much a bang for my buck
Pros: The price
Cons: There were stains on the sheets, the walls the bathroom and the room itself were disgusting. There were cockroaches and the staff was extremely rude.
Pros: Comfortable beds.
Cons: Being on the second floor, we are in our 70's so not fun carrying suitcases up the stairs.

QUITE AND WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN FOR A DAY OR TWO BUT WOULD BRING TOWELS.
Cons: MINOR DEFERRED MAINTENANCE. BROKEN SWITCH PLATE ON OUTLET FOR MICROWAVE . MIS -FUNCTIONING OF STOPPER IN SINK (I REMOVED IT). NO STOPPER IN BATH TUB. ONLY ICE MACHINE WORKING WAS IN POOL AREA. OTHER MACHINE HAD OUT OF SERVICE NOTICE ON IT. JACUZZI WATER TEMPERATURE WAS EQUAL TO ABOUT AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURE OF 93 DEGREES.
2 BATH TOWELS, 2 HAND TOWELS AND 2 WASH CLOTHES AND NO POOL TOWELS.

Cons: We checked in earlier but didn't actually go to our room until 1:30am we had to meet family for dinner; when we got to our room exhausted their was a trash can under a large leak in the roof dripping it was right next to the bed. It was a good thing we had a king size bed so we could sleep in the middle and right side of the bed. The sofa pull out bed was dirty stained and the blanket had not been cleaned. So we stayed in the bed room and dealt with the dripping noise and went to sleep finally. I did complain the next morning to the manager why they would give someone this room knowing it was raining and having the trash can their. She gave me her card and offered a 30% off stay another time. I would never stay at this Comfort Inn again
Pros: Staff was helpful and friendly. Facilities were recently remodeled and clean. Affordable rates.
Cons: Housekeeping uses some sort of deodorizer, the room had an overpowering odor. I had to open window to air the room out.

Pros: Hotel location is near the freeway. Located near resturants, grocery stores, and gas stations. Room was clean, had refrigerator iron blow dryer TV flat screen.
Cons: The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. The pillows way to soft, had to bundle them together to get support.
Pros: locatiin is super convenient
Cons: The main desk people. My sister xame to pick me up with her kids, and the guy at the front desk wanted to ivercharge me becausae he suspected me to have squeezed 5 people in a 1 bed room
Cons: The gave me a smoking room instead of an non smoker , keep in mind I have asthma and my son. The night we check in decided to stay two nights they guarantee the same rate but in morning different staff charged us more.
Pros: 1st of --the owner&his family--need to take some classes in business &hotel!i know they own the place, but if it wasnt for hard working Americans, like myself--without customers --no hotel..&;i was really upset before i checked in,because that wasnt the#1
Pros: The location was good by everything
Pros: Big Room. Visibly Clean.
Cons: Spiders!! Breakfast is Coffee and those gas station donut things.
Pros: The lady in office and TNT channel to watch playoffs.
Cons: The man in office rude.My boyfriend is in a wheelchair, after his bath we needed more towels they would not give them.We paid with a credit card and still had to put $50 holding fee.The blanket had holes. The heater smelled awful. There was a bug in tub.
Pros: Price was ok
Cons: The phone in the room did not work at all, could not get a dial tone or call the front . The remote volume buttons worked only sometimes and the volume buttons on the TV were locked so when the remote decided not to work you could not use the TV buttons.
Pros: Close to the freeway
Cons: They don't tell you that they charge 50 dollars deposit.
I would definitely stay there again if I am looking for a low rate in that area.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The fridge did not seem to work. It was not important enough for me to bother calling the desk about it. The location is not stellar but it is very convenient to the highway.
It is located very near to the 60 Freeway and to many restaurants. It is not elegant by any means but is a good spot if you want a nice clean room with no extra frills.
Pros: I needed a room for one night. I need only a place to sleep without any amenities and at a reasonable price.
Cons: Nothing of particular note.
I ALWAYS USE PRICE LINE AND I DO NOT BLAME PRICE LINE. I JUST NEED TO LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS INDIVIDUAL SCAMMING, NOT ONLY THE CUSTOMER, BUT THE REGENCY HOTEL CHAIN ALSO.
Cons: THE MANAGER TRIES TO POCKET THE MONEY ON A CASH ONLY BASIS. FIRST REFUSING A CREDIT CARD THEN OFFERING A REDUCED RATE IF YOU PAY CASH. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME AND THE LAST TIME WE WILL DEAL WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST.
