First people wished me happy birthday in the morning They put off the a/c in the lobby night time

no thing at all very baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad hotel very baaaaaad hotel its a 2 star hotel very dirty - im shocked when i saw cocroche on the bed --- very expensive rate for this level of hotel-i will not recommend this hotel for any 1

The location They call their room "Deluxe" when it should be called "standard", I had an old crappy room, the bathroom was not very clean and they used an old-fashion plastic curtain for the bathtub/shower!!! Very dark. No wireless internet, only wired in the room, with a tiny ridiculous 20cm cable, for $5/hour. It's not worth the $200 I paid. Very disappointed.

Nothing, it wasn't what I expected out of a 5 start hotel, I booked a suit and it was dirty! I couldn't really believe a 5 star hotel would be that bad, I checked booking.com reviews but I was like maybe its few people!!! It was over priced, poor staff, as a person who worked in 4 and 5 star hotels, this must be the worst experience ever!! Money isn't the issue hence the suit I booked, but a dirty suite? Come on, I wonder how they got 5 stars!

The rooms were small. Rooms you get at the lower rates are not sea-view (they have no view at all). Breakfast is expensive.

friendly and cosy. helpful staff but poor housekeeping . The room was a twin and not the double we booked. terrible views

i liked the room,the view,the location and the food was good,whenever we ordered from the room service,the food came on time. the lobby is horrible,so so small and so close to the main entrance,you would feel the chill of the wind as you check in and out sometimes the doors don't shut properly becouse of the wind.one resturent was closed all the time.the health club was poorly equipped,i had to go some where else to exercise for what they where charging for the suite,i expected much more,can find better places at that rate.

The room service is good for its value. All hotels as acomplemantary put kettele for tea & cofee, here they did not.

There are a hotel role says its not aloud to inter the pool area at night for the restaurant there because am wearing my abayah (a traditional dress women wares in gulf country) that I can except in a non Arabic country but not in an Arabic wish know our culture

The hotel ambience and facilities Yes, fiirst of all, the front desk service is very poor and the staff is totaly unqualified for such five star hotel. Secondly, I've never seen a hotel that charges its guests for the valet parking.

location was excellent This hotel was a disgrace to the five-star chain. Not a single customer service smiles when he meets you. The carpets are stained in rooms, and furniture is exhaustedly old. The TV looks like it was bought from a backyard sale. Hardly anyone speaks English. Motels have better and friendlier services. As for the so-called swimming pool, it was a 3x2 meter which a dog would not want to jump in!

Nothing at all Essential services like TV, air conditioner and Hot water were not available all the time due to various reasons.

the breakfast was good yes, the Wireless network was limited at the lobby only, I couldn`t reach the network at my room

Reception staff friendly. Had a nice terrace which allowed city rooftop views. Central location. The breakfast buffet was poor.

The service

I liked most the central location, friendly staff and the breakfast which is quite good price for Beirut. And it is very similar to Turkish breakfast, an important reason for me to like it! They are not good at some details such as the carpet in the room (it smells bad), toilet paper (we paid great effort to get a toilet paper..)

The hotel is situated in a nice quite area. Good price, clean rooms. I wish I had an access to internet in my room however the free internet connection in the lobby was fine.

Breakfast buffet was not as expected. also furniture seed to be too worn for a hotel
