Cons: Found a left over cup between the bed and night stand
Pros: Free breakfast and dinner
Pros: Room size and comfort
Cons: Barking dogs.
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast came in handy, and the kids loved the waffles.
Cons: The hotel is pet friendly and allowed all sizes of pets. There was a dog that kept us up with it's barking. And another dog that jumped on my daughter when we entered the elevator.

Pros: Good sized room that was very clean. Quick check in and check out. About 1.5 miles from downtown.
Cons: In room coffee was flavorless and the one cup machine leaked water. Would be fantastic if breakfast was included.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice hotel.
Cons: The rooms at this property have not been updated in years. Should have stayed at a Hampton Inn for less money and a free breakfast.
Pros: Great for the family, spacious and clean.
Pros: The staff were very good, helpful & professional. The rooms are quiet, large, and very clean. Very nice pool, there's a nature trail out back (walking or running) , good restaurant. Nothing to complain about here.
Pros: Nature trail on site
Cons: Furnishings were good, style was a little "period"
Pros: Extremely clean. Huge grounds with hiking trails on the property. Kids playground. Large pool and spa. Great Resturant. Cocktail lounge. 250 rooms. Manicured grounds, grass looked like a putting green! Lots, again lots of trees. Great staff.
Cons: It's a little dated. Pricy.
Pros: Love the view of the pines and being able to take a short hike right near the hotel. The staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms are large and give you plenty of space to relax.
Cons: My bed wasn't as comfortable as it could be. Maybe needed a new mattress. The decor is getting a little dated. They were prepping for repairs, so there were tarps in some of the areas, but the staff alerted me to this. It wasn't noisy while I was there (due to repair work), but would have been a good time to offer reduced room rates. The dining area was also being renovated--which I was unaware of when I booked. The new dining room will be beautiful.
Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Many amenities, onsite restaurant was nice. Attached gas station. Close to many things like NAU, downtown and other places.
Pros: This is only the second time we've been to Flagstaff, AZ, but we stumbled across this place last year & knew we had to go back.
This is a very charming hotel with an old school feel. The rooms are large, suite type rooms & the bathrooms are absolutely wonderful.
The beds are very, very comfortable. The surroundings (hiking trail and all) are great! If you've got energy to burn, the trail behind the hotel is wonderful.
Cons: There is construction going on right now, but it's not really a big deal as it only really affects the front lobby.
Pros: Fast Internet
Cons: A little outdated, but they are remodeling.
Pros: We loved the clean large room and view of the trees. The room was quiet which made for a good night's sleep. Easy access to freeway, restaurants and tourist attractions.
Little America is truly Flagstaff at its best. From our 500-acre private forest to our friendly, knowledgeable concierge staff, Little America exemplifies the adventurous spirit and hospitality of Northern Arizona. Whether you're headed for the rugged cliffs and breath-taking vistas of the Grand Canyon or the groomed runs of the Snowbowl ski area, Little America puts it all within your reach. From a scenic stroll to the breathtaking colors of fall, it's no wonder so many travelers view Little America as the perfect four-season escape.
Pros: Everything was wonderful! The room was devine, all staff was kind and wonderful, breakfast was delicious and the grounds were gorgeous!
Pros: We love that we felt like we had our own little apartment. We were pleasantly Surprised to find a very contemporary suite with every ammenity you could want.
Pros: Great location across from golf course. Very minimal train noise. Check in was a breeze. Staff was helpful. Check in is at 4PM. Staff was willing to check us in earlier when a clean room became available. Breakfast was average. Beds comfy with extra in room sheets & pillow. Big size studio room w/full kitchen a plus.
Cons: Moderately thin walls-could hear college party next door well into the night. Air filter could've been changed sooner and/or checked more often. Twin sized pullout bed was not comfortable at all. Minor issues but will definitely be back.
Pros: Was very surprised by the room and how comfortable the bed was for the price! Was driving cross country and after a long day that bed was just what I needed.
Pros: Nice modern design
Cons: Our 14 yr old son didn't get a good night sleep on the pull out bed.
Pros: Great value for the money. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Would absolutely stay here again.
Cons: Property is under construction which limits access to some of the amenities.
Pros: The rooms were very clean and had all the basic amenities. The check-in was smooth and the staff were nice. Had some options to order food for delivery and the lady at the check-in desk gave us some nice options for restaurants.
The pool and the hot-tub along with a nice breakfast in the morning were definitely a plus! I would stay again if I visit Flagstaff.
Pros: Rooms were just updated, staff was professional. Bedding was very comfortable and HDTV's in all three living areas. Breakfast included.
Cons: Decor is very plain, basic. Bathroom was small with very low ceilings. Bathroom light not flush mounted, easily hit while drying. Hot water only luke warm in shower.
Vanity area outside bathroom, part of bedroom area.

Pros: The location for our trip, the amenities for the family, price and cleanliness
Cons: I was totally bummed the night we stayed the pool was closed so my older kids didn't have anything to do when we went to the casino.
Pros: staff friendly, rooms luxurious, wi fi, food good
Pros: We don't normally stay at casinos but this location provided us with easy access to Grand Falls. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The room clean and well-appointed. And the food! Well done!
Pros: Very beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms in room were wonderful.
Cons: Casino is too smokey wish there was a non smoking section and the public restrooms were extremely dirty
Pros: I like the fact that there was a handful of food merchants on the grounds.
Cons: The smoke that I inhaled each time I walked into the Lobby. As a non-smoker I do not want to breathe in the stench/toxins unless I choose to go into the Casino.
Cons: Location was a bit off.
Pros: Clean Quiet
Pros: The hotel is still new and clean after being opened for over two years. Rooms are large and comfortable and nicely decorated.
Cons: The staff, view, and comfort.
Pros: The property is new...or new enough that makes no difference. The rooms are aesthetically appealing and clean.
Cons: The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Traveling frequently, the bed rates among the worst I've ever experienced. I attribute my absolute inability to sleep to the quality of the mattress.
The staff did not show any courtesy or interest at any point during our stay. During check-in, the associate had a laundry list of policies and rules that he rattled off in a monotone voice at lightning speed as if he were giving the terms and conditions at the end of a radio advertisement. He stopped halfway through when a maintenance employee interrupted him. The desk associate then proceeded to have a separate conversation with the maintenance person for several minutes, before continuing his speech without apology or inflection, as if nothing had distracted him in the first place.
Pros: Room was clean and well kept. Quiet.
Pros: Love the accommodations. the room and bathroom facilities are beyond comfortable..
Cons: Have stayed at the casino several times. rooms are gorgeous. but, this time there was a pulsating "noise" that kept us from sleeping. probably the location of the room
Pros: The valet that greeted us was stellar, positive and patient.
Cons: Discarded at Lobby Desk! I was amazed! The valet was the best supportive person to assist us. He welcomed us and took all or bags right on to a cart. I walked to the lobby to check it. They said you do not exist in our data base. Good bye. I was like excuse me? Anyway after this they pointed down the hall and told me to look up my reservation on my own. My cell phone had died in the long drive, so I walked down the hall expecting a bank of computers for guest? No I was sent to a gaming room and told to pay 5 dollars to use the computer!!!!! I then looked up my reservation number and proceeded back to the lobby. (THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS AT THIS TIME) The same clerk took my reservation number and walked away. No explanation, No apology, No Service. I then asked for a manager. After 15 minutes they returned and said your booking date is incorrect, we cannot provide you with this rate tonight, 220 buck is all we have. I was blown away. The manager and the clerk were unfriendly, no supportive and obviously did not want to deal with us or any customers. They obviously do not desire kayak.com customers and they did not desire my business. We as a family will never return to Twin Arrows Casino. The advertising also stated non-smoking this is not the case, the only casino area they had was all electronic slots and all smoking and very dirty.
Located in a rural location, this family-friendly resort is within 20 mi (32 km) of Walnut Canyon National Monument, Flagstaff Mall and The Marketplace, and Fatherwolf Designs and Gallery. Meteor Crater and Lowell Observatory are also within 25 mi (40 km).
Pros: breakfast was great. heated pool and hot tub were very nice. everyone was super friendly.
Cons: rooms were smaller than most holiday inn expresses. no newspaper.
Pros: This was an older hotel remodeled. However rooms felt dirty, especially the carpets. We were traveling with small children called in and explained the situation and arranged for the two rooms we reserved to be adjoining. We explained we would be arriving late and that we had small children we absolutely needed adjoining rooms at 1:00 pm that day the front desk person said they had it arranged. We arrived and no arrangements or notes were made and our rooms were on two different floors. The front desk person at that time tried to get us close as possible but not adjoining. My husband and I had to split up and each be in a room. I really did not like the idea but it was all we could do on a prepaid room that late. I was very disappointed.
Cons: The carpet in the halls and room needed cleaning.
On New Years day they ran out of everything at breakfast and MANY families had to WAIT 20 minutes for all hot food. Who forgot to check occupancy to plan?
Pros: Very professional and Friendly.
Cons: Parking lot was dimly lit.
Pros: Clean, nice staff, comfortable beds, up to date facility
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: Cold showers and long waits for the elevator.
Powder eggs for breakfast were not tasty.
No evening food specials like we have had at other Holiday Inn Expresses,
Pros: Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and did everything they could to make sure our stay was a great one. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Bathroom didn't have a fan or vent so it turns into a sauna when you take a shower
Pros: Check in was quick and pleasant. Every staff member, we encountered, was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of.
Cons: Construction on rooms near by started at 9am. I understand that they were in the process of a remodel, but noises like that should not begin until check out time. When we called the front desk to complain...they could hear the noises over the phone!

Cons: We loved everything
Pros: The staff was super friendly. Its close to many restaurants. The hotel had plenty of snack and beverage options for late night cravings in their store.
Pros: Close to everything in flagstaff
Pros: The facilities were nice. Staff great. And food pretty good. They were very accommodating with early check-in too.
Cons: We could here everything in each room on either side of us. At all hours. Bring noise canceling headphones if you to actually sleep.
Pros: The staff was nice, they took care of everything. I got there a bit early before regular check in time they weren't any rooms available but they got on it quick. In 30 minutes I got a call back from them telling me they had a room available already. Very nice hospitality .
Cons: I didn't like the beds and pillows not really comfy.

Cons: Made reservation over a month in advance, even calling to speak to supervisor/manager to ensure specific room. She assured us that we had the room. Called the morning of the reservation, as we were driving from some distance. Was told that not only did we not have the room we were promised, we did not even have the type of room. Instead we were told we were "downgraded" but that we would save money. Seriously. Who downgrades someone -- you upgrade if anything. Huge disappointment. Hotel did later email to apologize and offered Hilton Honors points, which was nice. But trip was ruined.
Cons: The room felt dated. Frayed carpet, etc/
Pros: Front desk Lauren terrific.
Cons: Bar over priced. $20 for two drinks with tip.
Pros: Clean, updated rooms, nice gym and fitness area.
Cons: Half of the parking lot was blocked off for a private venue and guest were forced to park off site both Friday and Saturday. The staff didn't mention this until after checkin. Also both nights that we stayed there was very loud music over powering the volume of my tv in our room. I called twice each night and complained about it but the music was loud until almost midnight both nights. Double Tree did end up giving us a free nights stay but only after dealing with it for 2 nights.
Pros: It was cozy, clean, and located centrally to outdoor fun. NAU campus is conveniently down the street. Frisbee Disc Golf course is just around the corner. Sakura is located in the hotel.
Pros: The cookies at check in. And breakfast.
Cons: The parking lot was very icy. It really needed some salt. Also parking was limited. And they did not have any rooms with a view.
Pros: The Manager straightened out a mistake of mine on the reservation. Thanks Kristen!
Pros: Grounds and hotel are very well maintained.
Personnel are friendly and courteous.
Cons: Shower drain was slow
Pros: The entrence was very cozy and the bar was great.
Cons: The room was nice, the bed was very comfy. The only thing it the A/C was pretty bad and dust was all around the vent area.
Pros: The staff was outgoing and went out of their way to be helpful. Twice I went looking to get some milk to have with my cookies and on both occasions they got me that milk without any request of payment. A small but meaningful gesture.
Cons: Some overly noisy children that's poor parenting not poor hotel staff.

After a busy day exploring Flagstaff, unwind by the fireplace with a glass of wine in the welcoming Lobby Lounge before enjoying continental fare in the casual Woodlands Restaurant or Japanese delicacies in Sakura Sushi & Teppanyaki.
Pros: The staff was great but the hotel's proximity makes road noise impossible to avoid. Even with ear plugs and a pillow over my head I was woken constantly throughout the night.
Pros: Everything was ok except for we didn't have a fridge in our room and we had our baby with us and needed to keep the babys milk cold. We ended up buying a little foam ice chest. My girlfriend liked the juccuzi but the temp was a bit cold in the pool room but overall our stay was nice though.
Cons: Smell of wet carpet
Pros: This hotel is by far one of the better places to stay. I've been a resident for over 50 years but currently don't reside there and know Flagstaff hotels and motels well, this one I will stay at again if the need arises. Worth the money, and very comfortable. The parking stinks but that's a minor drawback. Everything else was good.
Cons: My wife and I had a terrible night sleep. All of the pillows in our room were flat.
Pros: Very clean good breakfast
Pros: Quiet and safe. Staff was very helpful and kind.
Cons: Thought the price was a bit on the high side.
Pros: Staff was super friendly, whirlpool tub in the room was great, location was great, breakfast had cheese omelette, sausage, toast, yogurt, and more! And they gave you to go lunch bags with apples, water, breakfast bars, and mints! Was so pleased with this hotel :)
Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: Didn't end up staying at the hotel.
Cons: I made this reservation after traveling 16 hours one day. My sister reserved the room at $65 over what the Kayak advertised price was (she called the hotel before I could tell her the price). I told her to call back because it was only $124 on Kayak. While on a three way call with the front desk, the guy told us to book through kayak to get the good price, and he'll cancel the current reservation. So I did. Then, 30 minutes later I got a call from booking.com (who I booked through on kayak) and they said the Hampton Inn called them and cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. This was 30 minutes after the front desk guy told me to book it online. Obviously, something was a bit shady about that. On a positive note for Hilton, booking.com directed me to the doubletree hotel in flagstaff which was awesome. Very clean, very accommodating. Needless to say, I'm a bit concerned about the integrity of the Hampton Inn in Flagstaff.

Cons: Dirty, loud AC and construction next door, dogs barking in room next to us, breakfast not good
Pros: I liked that the hotel seemed to be in very good condition--nothing appeared worn out and the parking was adequate so that we didn't find ourselves hunting for a space.
Cons: The price or the room seemed out of line with what we paid for a stay at another Marriott of comparable size and quality. It was 40% more to stay here than at a Courtyard in Abilene, TX and a Residence Inn in Albuquerque, NM.
Pros: The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The location was next to anything you needed.

Pros: Close proximity, updated, rooms, beds were comfortable
Cons: A/C smelled like it was burning up when we turned it on so we had to sleep with the window open. Hotel is right off the highway so it was extremely loud at night
Pros: The front desk staff was very accommodating. The room was decorated with a contemporary edge. The room was very clean. The hotel makes every attempt to stay "Green." The rooms do have a microwave and mini refrigerator. I had a room with a king bed which was perfectly sized for me and anyone traveling with a guest.
Although there were a lot of guests at the hotel, it did not seem noisy or disruptive. They are in the process of putting in an elevator. Close to NAU, Flagstaff airport, eateries, and the I-40.
Cons: breakfast lacks options and are of poor test/quality.
Cons: Bathroom was the size of a closet. The room was small, there was not enough space. The TV was the size of a picture frame. The bed was uncomfortable. You can hear other guest from the floors below you and on the same floor.
Pros: I have stayed at Sleep Inn before and have had a great experience every time. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the hot breakfast is delicious and very convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
Pros: King bed but not enough space to move within the room for 2 people
Pros: Room decor was quite nice and modern stylish, looked recently remodeled and upscale. Odd round spaceship-style shower was pretty great with good pressure. Staff went out of their way to be very friendly at the desk on check in and out. Internet worked well and surprisingly fast. Fridge and microwave were nice touches. Very convenient to restaurants and Walmart across the street.
Cons: Room was quite small with little room to unpack (or even set down) bags. Heater didn't put out much heat on high but we were just barely warm enough in the end. Would have been nice to be able to control it though. We even asked the front desk to look at it but nothing was done to fix it. HBO didn't work at all. The free Breakfast eggs (besides being powdered junk) were burnt brown and bacon was inedible. The breakfast was about on par for a cheap free breakfast but barely passable given its overcooked condition. I've had much better continental breakfasts. No elevator at all made lugging our stuff upstairs pretty tedious and tiring, couldn't use a luggage cart. I would stay again but would look at other options first.
Pros: Room was great and people were excellent!
Pros: Great hotel. Good customer service.
Cons: TINY indoor pool.
Pros: Clean, well maintained, nice decor, polite staff, minimal frills, great for cross country stopover. Unusual indoor heated pool. Nice breakfast. Microwave, fridge and flat panel TV are nice touches. We liked it so much, we stayed there on the return trip.
Cons: Rooms are a bit small but clean and fresh housekeeping and nice amenities compensate.
Pros: The room was clean and comfy. We had a fridge and microwave, looked remodeled. Nice pool and hot tub.
Cons: Pool hours were short. No bahtub in room and bathroom fairly small.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and kind.
The room was clean.
Cons: The mattresses were firm to the point of discomfort.
The room, and the bathroom (shower only) were very cramped feeling.

Pros: I liked how clean the room was, and the Free Breakfast
Cons: Rooms are smaller than expected for the 2 queen beds. Very small area to eat breakfast. Only 5 small tables for the whole hotel to eat.
Cons: Terrible breakfast service. You are lucky if you can find all dishes. Each dish or food item is brought to the dining room at different times. People wait for an hour to get scrambled egg or oatmeal, for example. Front desk staff is very unfriendly.
Pros: Staff was very accommodating when I asked to desist from hammering , breakfast was offered, room was clean and bed was firm.
Cons: Took SEVERAL calls to get REAL # to hotel 928-526-1878 so that I could warn of late check-in.
Phone in room didn't work. In spite of checking out reviews for all hotels I still ended up picking the one that is renovating, I arrived in evening and was up most of night, would have enjoyed some rest until checkout.
Pros: I've never wanted to sleep naked in a bed that wasn't mine, however, I did at this hotel. Wonderful chain!
Cons: I didn't like that We had to leave after one night.
Pros: Checking in the night manager, Sky, was professional and helpful. She recommended a great restaurant. When she was told about the condition of the room we were moved to a better room.
Cons: Even in the better room the lamp shades were dusty and it took a while for my hay fever to settle down so i could sleep.
Pros: Clean room and good breakfast.
Pros: The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. We told the maid that she didn't need to bother with our room but she went in and cleaned it like someone new was coming in. Which my wife and I thought was awesome. The young lady doing breakfast each morning was right on top of everything. The food was hot and delicious and keep very clean. The warm chocolate chip cookies in the late afternoon and early evening was a real hit hit us and our grand kids. Both my young grand daughters said, "Grandpa, can we stay herr again next time we come to Flagstaff. (We met our daughter, her husband and three granddaughters in Flagstaff for a mini-vacation.)
Cons: None...I did not read the guest reviews for your web site.
Pros: The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered hot and cold items.
Pros: The staff was always very nice and attentive! We loved the freshly baked cookies in the afternoon, my youngest loved having cocoa everyday, and the room was very comfortable.
Cons: The pool temp. was too warm. On our 2nd night, the pool was hotter than the spa!
Pros: Everything you would expect from a good budget hotel, plus a decent pool. Not in the center of town but Flagstaff is small enough that a 5 minute car ride gets you anywhere you would want to be. Location well worth the price.
Cons: The railway is very near and the train horns can grate after a while. They supply ear-plugs for the overly sensitive or for those for whom the sounds no longer conjure up the excitement of childhood. Also, the hvac units start/stop frequently in cold weather and can disturb sleep if you are sensitive to that sort of thing.

Pros: Comfortable size of room.
Lobby and parking lot clean and well kept
Cons: Bathroom had hair.
Bed sheets had dirt under top cover, found a penny under sheets at check in.
Spill stains along wall inside entry to room
No sheets for pull out bed.
Room had strong chemical smell even with window open while stay (33 degrees outside).
Pros: Our room was as expected, clean, neat with a lovely view of the San Fracisco Peaks.
We love Courtyard and have stayed in other locations for up to 3 months.
Cons: It snowed overnight so we asked for the lobby fireplace to be turned on while waiting for friends. We were told they only put it on at night (It's wasn't on the previous night so maybe it's broken?)
The lobby was in need of a thorough cleaning during the 24 hrs we were on site. There was thick dust on coffee tables' iron crevices. There was a big pile of crushed croutons crumbs in carpets within 20 ft of front desk that were there in the morning.
Pros: The room was very nice and clean.
Cons: Their pool and hot tub were closed. It really makes me angry when hotels don't put that right up front on booking sites and/or make sure the hotel desk people tell you first thing. The hotel desk person did NOT tell us the pool & hot tub were closed until AFTER we were all checked in and gave our credit card info. We are from Alaska, so an outdoor pool is a real treat for us. My husband was having back problems and really needed the hot tub soak that night. We would not have stayed there if we knew they were closed. I should be common curtesy to let people know that up front!
Cons: - pool was in renovation. I went there with my kids and the pool was the only reason I booked this hotel.
- we were sent to a diff hotel. the pool there was very small and there was no air flow in the room (it was an inside pool). I had to go in the water. We left after 15 min with skin and eye irritation from too much chlorine in the water and in the air.
Pros: Nice clean and affordable . Free shuttle to downtown.
Cons: Not walkable to downtown -
Pros: Staff where friendly, room was very clean, excellent view of Flagstaff, perfect location, and comfortable beds.
Cons: The staff. The original room I was given had the door propped open, the top door of the bureau was on the floor, and a dirty hand towel on the bathroom countertop. The desk clerk gave me another room but never really apologized. At check out the next morning, the desk clerk acted annoyed that I was even there. He barely even made eye contact with me. I guess he decided that Marriott already has my travel dollars, now move on and don't bother me. Pathetic customer service.

Pros: Loved the wide assortment of complimentary tea! Also, the heater and A/C is strong. I slept in the bed farthest from the window and still felt nice and toasty. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is clean. Good restaurants in the area. No frills about this place, but definitely recommends for a night or two on your way to somewhere else.
Pros: Clean rooms
Great value for the money
Pros: The the place was nice and clean and really close to downtown and the university. Both within walking distance.
Pros: Rooms were clean. Great value for your money. Nice and friendly staff.
Pros: The location was in a nice spot. Like most motels along this strip, you are close to the mountains and down town.
Cons: The sheets were very stiff both nights. The room felt damp and the towels were damp when we arrived. The floors have stains and the walls have unpainted drywall repair. The toilet leaked randomly and it just felt dirty overall.
Pros: Very clean and convienently located. Beds were comfortable. Very good value for the price. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: TV remote didn't work. That's the only negative.
Highland Country Inn puts you within a 10-minute drive of Lowell Observatory. You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: The hotel is located perfectly for any activity associated with the NAU campus. The included breakfast and complimentary drinks make it a really affordable hotel for the area.
Cons: The room was decently kept but the shower would clog up after running the water for a short period of time. The pull-out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and was not even an option to sleep on. The mattress provided little to no padding. The beds were actually much smaller than a normal hotel room and they were equipped with very uncomfortable pillows.
Pros: They overcharged me!
Pros: Best Value - incredible free made to order breakfast and free cocktails and apps in the evening.
Pros: Nice facility in a convenient location.
Cons: Was woken up by a loud screeching noise from the air handler at 0530 AM. Staff tried to have me wait until morning for technician. I had to argue and the demand another room. The staff member told me he would give me a discount to the rate which I never received. I brought this up with the front desk upon checkout and was again told they would take care of it but again, it never happened. I will be complaining to Hilton corporate.
Pros: 1. Breakfast bar featuring omlets to order. 2. 'Social hour from 5:00-7:30 PM with free well drinks. 3. Helpful friendly staff. 4. All the amenities you could want.
Cons: Great location, but heavy traffic made it hard to enter at times. This is not a new building so some of the features are dated.

Pros: Sleep was quiet. Other guests were not vagabonds
Cons: Way too expensive but ok for finding somewhere at the end of the day. Ran out of coffee at breakfast. Put in decaf instead hoping no one would notice. No big deal except for the cost. Don't give a two or three star stay at a five star price
Pros: The kids and I liked the pool, spa and the breakfasts

Cons: Do not accept room 151... i called ahead, i got there late, i booked it that day after calling, they had no record of my call, the gal i spoke with said she'd make sure i was in a dog room and my check in time but didnt tell me there was a fee and didnt do any of it anyway. they put me in the same hallway right across from the ice machine. there was a 2" gap around the door to my room, so my dog would bark every time someone went by with their dog or every time someone used the ice machine which had no kurfew. i shoved a towel in the gap between door and jam and bottom of door to floor to no avail, i tried to turn the tv on for white noise for the dog but it would automatically turn itself off. i kept waking up to find it off and turn it back on. i was sick, I had driven 6 hours to get there, and I really just needed to sleep. they gave me $20 off my bill. it still wasnt worth the $56 it ended up costing me.
Pros: It is clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Great central location for our explorations of the area. The Village Inn next door has good food and great pie.
Cons: The wifi was intermittent and the last day the shower water was cold (it was full up and 12°F, so this may have been the problem).
Pros: Excellent staff! Very clean room. Great deal for the low price
Pros: Awesome staff
Free Wi-Fi (good connection)
Close proximity to everything
Mini fridge and microwave in the room
Easy and fast check in and check out
Best value by far!
Can't say enough good things about this place
Cons: Blow dryer doesn't work
No complimentary lotion in the bathroom
Breakfast can use some eggs and bacon
Room had some odor that my Mom didn't like (she's asthmatic)
Pretty small complaints

Pros: I really enjoyed staying at La Quinta with my family. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Pros: Our room was very clean. People were friendly. It was quiet.
Pros: I stayed here because of their incusive pet policy and because the rooms do not smell like smoke. It is also safe and the hallways are interior to the building.
Cons: People are not picking up their rubbish or dog poo outside. There should be more dog dirt bags as well as better lighting. The cleaning staff didn't do a good job vacuming under the edges of the beds or around the edges of the room. I wish they also provided paper or plastic cups and plates rather than styrofoam as styrofoam is very bad for the environment. Other hotels in flag also have a recycling program for plastics, cans, and newspapers. Why can't you do that? I also do not like the breakfast as there are not organic whole grain choices, sugar free or even decent coffee.
Cons: Too many dogs...pee and poo on snow all around entrances. Unsanitary. Did not enforce pet area
Pros: Quiet location (NO TRAIN NOISE!), the room was spacious and clean, and the location was close enough to allow for walking to nearby restaurants.
Cons: Parking is a bit challenging, it get's very crowded in the breakfast area and the breakfast items get wiped out faster than they can be restocked.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, close to interstate. Nicely laid out! Good to have a laundry.
Cons: No variety for breakfast. Too many carbs. Many machines broken.
Pros: Free breakfast. Wifi.
Cons: No elevator.
Cons: Pets allowed, some barking dogs.
Pros: The location to restaurants nearby was nice and the room was a decent place to get warm as a home base before venturing out into the snow. Now getting a room on time as reserved and the services paid for is another thing.
Cons: When we arrived an hour after check-in our room was not ready. We were told we would have to wait 30-60 minutes and then check back in to see if one was available. The same was said for at least 10 others as we waited. When we finally did check-in we had no soap in the room's bathroom and had to request this. The beds were lacking on the comfort and in the morning it was a mad house for breakfast. Little to nothing was available. I grabbed two of three remaining yogurts and a few mini muffins for our family of four. When asking at the front desk if anything else would be put out we were told they would make a final attempt to refill. this was 45 minutes before the end of breakfast and it never was re-filled. Besides cereal, muffins, a waffle maker and yogurt I saw nothing. No protein was offered only carb options. This was a big let down. The following morning we skipped it and went across the street to Coco's. I booked partially for the included breakfast which was a joke and mostly non-existent. It may have been a busy holiday but that is no excuse. You staff for those situations and plan ahead. If you are looking for a place you can probably do better.

Cons: Stained carpet, one of the staff was a little rude when filling out paperwork. Beds were pretty hard, had issues sleeping. Next time I will swallow the extra costs at a better place
Pros: Beds were comfortable, room clean and spacious, nice TV.
Cons: Shower water pressure
Pros: Visitors to NAU which the university is right accross the street.
We walked to the corner Walgreens, and just steps in the opposite direction through the parking lot, to one of our favorite eating places, the Galaxy Diner!

Pros: My kids liked that there was an indoor pool.
Cons: Everything was so old. Nothing has been replaced for decades. All doors and furniture were scratched up. All blankets were faded and rough. It was on of those places I wouldn't let my kids on the carpet with out at least socks.
Pros: I liked it that it had a indoor pool my son loves to swim
Cons: And the free wifi wad the best
Pros: Ease of access
Cons: Terrible breakfast, uncomfortable beds.
Pros: The staff was excellent and always friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was a nice feature. Also, the included hot breakfast was good
Cons: The proximity to the railroad tracks. The train came by about every 15-20 minutes and was very loud.
