Pros: Owners are lovely. Breakfast is great.
Cons: It's a really old house and thus a bit tired. But they do everything they can to make your stay awesome.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and tastefully decorated room, very friendly owners, wonderful breakfast and great location!
Cons: Since I booked a couple of weeks from my intended dates, the nightly room rate was high.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything you could possibly need available. Great breakfast Friendly hosts Good location Nice touch with welcome drinks
Cons: Loved everything
7.5 Good
Pros: Location near downtown was very good.
Cons: The bed, the creaking floors/walls, hard to reach the curtains for privacy/light, older furniture.

Cons: Loved Gordon and Frank. Their home was beautiful and their service was excellent. We enjoyed our walk to town and all together it was a great stay. A big thank you, the Sargent. We
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location at edge of downtown in a cute neighborhood, quiet, help yourself to soft drinks, wine, cocktails and snacks, nice front porch for relaxing, lovely breakfast, friendly hosts!
Cons: Wish I could’ve stayed longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The B and B was great ! The cocktail” hour” and snacks were beyond expectations . We stayed in the master suite ( unexpectedly) and it was so posh !!!!! Cozy , comfy and romantic ! Breakfast was beyond any breakfast we had during the remainder of the trip ! Gordon was a wealth of knowledge . Love it !!!!!
Cons: Nothing !
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Inn was lovely ... antiques and quaint details everywhere ... cozy and very comfortable. Breakfasts were above-and-beyond--delicious, presented beautifully and just enough to be filling without being too much. The location is hard to beat--within walking distance of the historic downtown area with the art fair, farmer's market and evening music on the square and only a short drive to wonderful hiking. Gordon was helpful in getting us a map and making suggestions on things to do and there were menus in the lobby for many restaurants in the area. It was the perfect for a short getaway in the mountains.
Cons: The little signs everywhere (5 in the bathroom alone) exhorting us to open the windows at night instead of using the A/C, and to drink the local water, and turn the fan when showering, and only have 2 drinks at the bar and on and on got tiresome ... combined with the extensive list of "thou shalt nots" at sign in and the "you are required tos" when we booked I got a little tired of being lectured to.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts were very tasty. Owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked being able to walk to restaurants and shopping.
Cons: We would probably request a room on the first floor for another visit because my husband had some difficulty with the stairs to the Dakota Suite. The sofa in the sitting room was not very comfortable but I guess that was ok since sitting wasn’t the purpose of our trip.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was ideal, the variety of cookies in the waiting room. The bed was really comfortable.
Cons: There is a nice selection of drinks at the open bar in the waiting room. Was hoping for some mixers with the fruity liquers (ie club soda)

Pros: Breakfast was great, staff always had a smile and a friendly hello, home away from home - turkey pleased. Nice to see hearing impaired selection rooms .
Cons: Everything was great - the only issue I had was trying to find the ice machine it was not conveniently displayed from the elevator or my room. Was able to find out from the front desk.

Pros: Absolutely clean & spacious, high quality room with well-equipped kitchen. All amenities seemed brand new. Very courteous & welcoming front desk staff. The bed was super comfy & the shower was luxurious. Great convenient location by the park & walking distance to restaurants/bars in Old Town Flagstaff. Complimentary breakfast offered was good quality. We had a wonderful stay, didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, location, breakfast, room quality, full kitchen, room size
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location (cool bars, restaurants & easy access to Grand Canyon) and staff provided great information.
Cons: Had some problems with the fridge not working in my room but wasn’t too much of an issue and we decided not to change our room despite the hotel’s offer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was great. There was a youth sports team, which is always fun, however, they took over the entire area and were kind of loud. I would recommend in the future that you require these visitors to use a private room. My kids are water polo players and we always do this out of a courtesy for the other customers in the facility... keeps the kids from acting up too as there is no one to show off for. Also, keeps lots of kid hands out of the food for the rest of the people ... when it is your team that is how it goes. But it was not fun to follow these boys through the food line.
Cons: Everything was great!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful facility. Very comfortable. Made us wish we were staying more than one night.
Cons: I didn’t realize there was an extra fee for parking.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cottage was so quaint and comfy and private, and the garden breakfast was the most special and delicious meal you will ever have. Only to topped off by a forest walk to make you remember this place forever.
Cons: Could have used a small shelf in the shower to rest the toothbrush and soap...such a small thing, because otherwise it was all perfect. We

Pros: I had the best breakfast I've ever experienced at a B&B. The breakfast had organic eggs fresh from the coop, seed cake, yogurt, fruit, fresh coffee, omelets, fresh greens, sausage, homemade olive bread, and kombucha. The room décor was nostalgic complete with Archie comicbooks and a rocking chair.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Decour was very interesting. An upgrade from when we been here before. Dining service was fine and we love the new patio. The landscaping is really excellent.
Cons: my wife could not use the shower. This is because the way the bathtub had been set up with the wall around the tub too high for her to safely step over the into the tub which also was for one takes a shower. we believe that set up is hazardous for anyone. No one on WeChat DM suggested a handicap room, even though my wife was standing there using her walker. Also, the gift shop is way below par. juke. Miss the former gift shop that had quality merchandise incl. Indian jewelry & nice apparel.

Pros: Staff, as always, is fantastic. Great value for the price point, all the small extras, ( full breakfast, dinner, drinks) add up to a smile and relaxation.
Cons: As stated before...Not much you can do about location, 100 or more properties along route 66 and the main drag. Maybe, put it into the next budget to sound proof the window, balcony doors? Also, maybe save your staff time dealing with card reader issues? Not sure of it's the age of the reader, or the magnetic strip over all?
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Pool was cold. Could not use pool.

6.8 Good
Pros: Size of room was nice and room was clean. Housekeeping did a nice job.
Cons: I complained about the people upstairs from me twice for running around and jumping at all hours and it never got resolved. It was hard getting a good night sleep with them upstairs. Very annoying. After 1st complaint front desk said they'll move me if it happens again, well it did happen but why inconvenience me when I wasn't the problem. In other words they were ok with them making noise just put someone else under them and let them keep bouncing around up there. So much for restful nights at this hotel.

Pros: Bed and breakfast
Cons: Room internet didn't work was unable to use during my stay and staff were no help fixing.
7.0 Good
Pros: I liked the location. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: The laundry facility. I was disappointed that there were only 2 washers/dryers. Considering people are traveling from state to state and need to wash their clothes. I called to see if they had laundry facility but they did not mention they were out of supplies. So when I arrived I had to walk across to the gas station and of course they were also out so then I had to go over to the other hotel that was next to you to buy supplies, thank goodness they had some and they were really nice !

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place and definitely would recommend this hotel
Cons: Everything was great
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Love the breakfast, love the staff, rooms are nice, love the decor, the fireplace, and can't beat Flagstaff. It's nice to have a hotel that "feels" like Flagstaff and not your "typical" boring decor.
Cons: Would be nice if the rooms were a bit larger, and when we stay more than 1 night, we put our clothes in drawers. The rooms are not big enough for even 2 peoples suitcases, and things without the room getting cluttered and things get in the way. As well, there are few places available to put things. One thing we've always had a problem with there has to do with the TV. Because it's mounted close to the wall, and the speakers are in the back of the telivision, we have to turn the volume WAY up to hear voices, like in a movie. So we have to keep turning it up and down. One night my husband was asleep and I was trying to watch a movie, without waking him up. I gave up half way through because I had no idea what was going on.

Pros: This is a new hotel so it is in very good shape. It is very clean. The staff is very helpful for what ever you need. I would stay there again. July 2019.
Cons: I didn't like the window coverings. It has a roll down shade so the curtains don't cover the window so some light gets through. But that's it which is not to bad.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room and Breakfast
Cons: Front desk service was below standard for Marriott

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and room were new or like-new. Clean and high-quality, and professional and courteous staff. Loved it!
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Didn’t have my correct name from you. Had dennysmith one word That’s not my name
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room we stayed in was very well designed and functional. For example, there was a clean shower with glass. The shower was fast and so was the drain. The hook was just in the right place for towel. The breakfast was high quality. Chobani yogurt!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
6.3 Good
Pros: The rooms are nice and clean. The parking lot is big with plenty of room for larger vehicles.
Cons: When I first arrived at the front desk, I was ignored by the two staff members for over 3 minutes while they had a private conversation. Neither acknowledged my presence. Next I was put in a handicapped room and the phone system didn’t work and the shower had broken handle. I’m not sure why they would choose to do that.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: See below for breakfast. We like the location. The service is good but was excellent for our earlier stays. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Since our first stay in late 2017 or early 2018, it has been our favorite hotel in Flagstaff.
Cons: Breakfast needs work! On our stays before the last 3, the breakfast service was outstanding. Fresh hot and cold food was always available and a young lady was in attendance to make sure the service was excellent. On our last 3 stays, we had to wait for almost all of the food and on one occasion we just gave up. Another time after waiting for more food and drink to be brought out, we made a complaint to the manager, a young man who was only interested in making excuses which made no sense. I suggested that if they couldn't manage to serve breakfast properly, maybe they should stop and not advertise it. To which he answered "That's what I would like to do"!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast. Nice comfortable and spacious room.
Arizona Mountain Inn And Cabins - Flagstaff - Bedroom
10
9.1 Excellent (139 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Flagstaff, Arizona Mountain Inn and Cabins is within a 15-minute drive of Northern Arizona University and Lowell Observatory.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our place! We built a fire and just enjoyed it that evening in the living room. The bedrooms are very cute, with beautiful quilts on the beds. You have a great view of the forest. It really gives you a "country and rustic" feel. There are some basics dishes in the kitchen to make some simple meals, fix breakfast, etc.. It's close to town, but you feel like you are deep in the woods. A lovely place to relax, take walks, etc... The receptionists were very friendly as well.
Cons: The bathroom is basic and a bit old, but very clean, so really no complaints there. It might help to have a few more items in the kitchen. Paper towels would be nice too.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Jacuzzi!!! Also the bed was incredibly comfortable with some of the softest sheets I’ve ever felt.
Cons: There wasn’t a lot in terms of lights which made it really dim in the room.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Wi-Fi was actually free the week we were there.
Cons: I booked the property and paid for it for four people through booking.com. When I arrived they said I got the two person price I needed to pay for two additional people. It increased the price to where I would’ve gone somewhere else for the amount of money I spent. They had also called me earlier and had me pay for half of the cabin I had of time. All very strange. Also the stairs up to the loft had nails or staples sticking out of the carpet at the top and my 13-year-old son ripped open his knee on it The first time he crawled into the loft.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Small but super cute cabin, perfect for 2 slim people.
Cons: I could not sleep, it was very warm at night and is not A/C . Cabin number 19 is not for people over 50 years old or if you are overweight. You have to croll to bed and the latter is very dangerous to get to the 2nd floor. Everything also was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful place, it felt like we were living right in the middle of the woods. Very cozy.
7.5 Good
Pros: This hut is really nice, quiet and clean.

Pros: Staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was extremely comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome little location off the road in the hills, in the trees. Great little feel of the place. Cabins were well spaced out. Nice field for the boys to play in. Quiet, comfortable. Also had laundry!
5.5 Okay
Pros: There was coffee maker but no coffee, sugar or cream. Something that is supplied in inexpensive motels & cost was $135.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The surroundings & the cabin!
Cons: Would have been nice to have a sofa bed or an air bed.

Pros: Perfectly adequate kitchen, comfortable bed, good access to trails, quiet
Cons: Internet issues
7.0 Good
Pros: I only ate the breakfast one time as I don't like over cooked scrambled eggs. The fruit seemed to be canned fruit. However, my husband ate the breakfast every day and seemed satisfied.
Cons: We only had a settee to sit on and watch TV. It was very low and a two-seater and was very uncomfortable for us. Thought that could've been a sleeper couch or something much more comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, and very large room. It looked just like the picture
Cons: The pool and hot tub were very dirty
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Room was not cleaned properly. There were shards of broken beer bottle glass on the floor, one of which that my daughter stepped on and got embedded in her foot. Needless to say, we didn't stay. There are also a lot of single men who stay there for work milling around, which makes it a less than family friendly location.

Pros: Our room was clean, roomy, and cozy!
Cons: Nothing! I would definitely stay here again! The staff was so friendly too!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I think the setting of this property was really great. It was conveniently located for entertainment and for restaurants, etc. It was nice and quiet. There were a lot of extras, but we were here too briefly to take advantage of all the place had to offer.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very accommodating and responsive. The property was also very clean
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a great location
Cons: We had car trouble with the snow and we were kind enough to let the staff know we would be leaving our vehicle in a parking spot until we could move it, the assistant manager was giving us a hard time and kept telling us to move it even though we said 3 times our back wheels were locked up and we couldn’t move it anymore it took us an hour to just get it in a spot because we kept sliding everywhere. The gentlemen that assisted us was nice but we could hear the manager telling him what to tell us and there was a point where we heard her say “they probably just don’t want to move it”. Extremely uncalled for to say.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room is excellent with lots of room. Updated bathroom. Lots of amenities (pool, gym, club house). Check-in staff friendly.
Cons: Check-in took 45 minutes. Approached 3 times to come to their time share meeting. General manager put-off when we declined the third time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The follow up verifying we received the additional coffee.
Cons: If we did not get a follow up call to check out at 10:06! We were on our way out the door and I had a $20.00 tip in hand when we got the call. I left a tip for the house cleaner but not the front desk!
6.8 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: They couldn’t find my reservation and teied to make me pay 2x
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location to relax and get away from the city. Premises are well kept and comfortable.
Cons: Gas grills instead of coal ones.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location. In the woods, but close to town.
Cons: Front desk was not helpful. It was hostile-tality, not hospitality! They really stick to the 4 PM check-in and are downright rude about it!!
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything. Great setup.
Cons: I wish they took pets
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great cabin style condos. Close to town.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: No daily maid service. You are on your own after you checkin. There is a washer and dryer in the unit so i suppose you could do your own towels and sheets. Only enough coffee for one day. Hotel try's to sell you a time share.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast was available to my knowledge.
Cons: I can't complain because the location offered many opportunities to visit unique sites.

Pros: Location is great.....breakfast was good. There is a weird way to get around the property. I personally think that it is a bit confusing. There are 2 separate elevator systems which do NOT go to all of the floors. Parking is a little tight & I wasn't sure where I should actually park according to which elevator system to use.
Cons: elevator system & parking

Pros: Easy to book, friendly staff and clean rooms. Booked last minute late into the evening and had no problems checking in for the evening. They had both hot and cold items and made nice to eat there and get back on the road to continue our road trip.

Pros: Location was perfect for our needs, staff very friendly
Cons: Room key didn’t work to let us in the out side door of the building near parking, had to call front desk to let us in. At breakfast- 15 mins after opening- was not adequately stocked, bacon was low and seemed day old, and we were only the second couple to come in.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: First impression of the room was that it was clean and comfortable. That impression was accurate. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and was relatively quiet. Room was clean, well-appointed and quiet. The desk staff we dealt with when checking in and out was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Good coffee, juices, breads, pastries, waffles, bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereals, fresh fruit, and more. The attendant was present to assist as necessary and ensure items were stocked and fresh. Easy access to I-40 and I-17, as well as downtown. We didn't get a chance to use the inside pool or spa but they looked inviting. Reasonably priced. This will be our choice when we stay in Flagstaff again.

Pros: The rooms were great, the bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water. All the staff was very friendly!
Cons: Carpet was showing a little wear.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was advertised as continental, but had hot portions too. It was very good, clean, and staff was attentive.
Cons: the carpet was wet near the bed due to either rain or the pool right next door. I put a towel there and it soaked up right away. The desk chair is too large for its space and the arms are ratty.

Cons: All good!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, great bathroom, good location
Cons: Air conditioner was very loud, TV didn't work.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean. I specifically looked for a hotel that was not pet friendly. The pool area was clean. The staff was very welcoming.
Cons: The beds are a bit hard, making it difficult to get a good nights sleep.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff member Bayliegh was fantastic at the front desk. So much elegance within simplicity. The designers of this property kept everything simple and elegant. From beautiful blackout shades, to neo-modern bathroom hardware. Per the price point, this property should be high on one's list.
Cons: Well, location, location, location... right off a very busy thoroughfare. Building experts made sure to keep the rooms relatively quiet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and had a wonderful breakfast. The location was close to food and shopping, as well as easy access to the highway.
Cons: The furniture on the walls was slanted downward and our personal items kept falling to the ground.
9.3 Excellent

Cons: 2 full size beds instead of 2 queens. And beds were not the best
6.8 Good

Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and staff was very attentive to our needs.
Cons: I get it - people love their dogs and some treat them like their kids. However, they should not be allowed to impose their lifestyle on others. Those with dogs should be forced to be mindful of contaminating others with dog germs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hilton never disappoints!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location, the truly amazing and helpful, friendly staff and how clean and comfortable the accommodations are kept.
Cons: There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property, per se. I might just make a suggestion. My wife and I have severe, chronic back problems and she likes to utilize the hot tub in order to help alleviate the pain. She went once to do just that and because the pool and hot tub are in the same location, just feet apart, she had to endure kids yelling hysterically, jumping in and out of the pool and running around with very little supervision from their elderly grandmother. She attempted to read her newspaper and because of the proximity of the two pools and no supervision from the grandmother, her newspaper and phone kept getting splashed wet. Needless to say she was unable to get relaxed with the noise being unbearable due to the acoustics of the room. It was truly miserable for her. My suggestion is possibly to build an additional pool designated as a “Family Pool” and make the other two pools as preferably adults (16 and over). She mentioned she had seen other adults leave the swimming area after only a few minutes because of unruly, poorly supervised children during our week long stay. I understand it would cost money but I believe in the long run the payoff in customer satisfaction may prove far better and longer lasting.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was great. Some of the staff were lovely, especially the restaurant staff
Cons: The rate was high and we had to book 2 rooms for the 5 of us because they had no suites. Then they told us because of the rate we’d gotten we could not have free breakfast
6.3 Good
Cons: The shower door was not hung correctly, The tile was poorly played (not even) The ceiling was not finished eell. Walls are thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking. The house keepers kept slamming doors.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds. Rooms were quiet. We couldn't here any noise in the hallway or (more importantly) any of the 100+ trains that pass through Flagstaff daily. Most of the hotels in town parallel Route 66, which follows the train tracks. Close to Sizzler, Olive Garden, and Coco's. The breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. This is our favorite place to stay in Flagstaff. Chupa Chups at the desk.
Cons: Not a thing.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing, its decent but definitely not a 4 star
Cons: 1. Took over 30 mins to check in 2. Valet is absolutely the worst, they are rude, the lobby tells you $50 for the stay but its $50 per day, per car!! The valet tells you that you absolutely cannot self park but can! Rooms are very small & hot!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location
Cons: Excessive surcharge of $83 for one little dog
