Pros: The apartment was very quiet, clean and centrally located. Small but very cosy. And the kitchen fully-equiped!. I really recommend it for a short visit to Berlin.
Cons: The only problem I had is that the doorman didn't speak english, and we didn't speak german at all, was a bit difficult to explain him a problem we had with our keys. But everything was solved with good intentions and a bit of sign language

Pros: The apartment was very close to checkpoint charlie and many other attractions in Berlin.We liked being able to make our own breakfast.Great to have wifi at low cost.Good security.
Cons: Providing an extra pillow would have been helpful as they were not very deep. The blinds and curtains in the two rooms needed fixing or replacing.

Pros: Excellent accommodation.Fantastic location.Excellent transport links within two minutes walk.
Cons: No towel change (perhaps owing to the time of year) - probably my fault for not investigating properly before going; but easily remedied by taking a spare next time!

Pros: I liked the stay at Checkpoint Inn because it felt like a home and not a hotel room. I would certainly recommend it to people who wish to have a relaxing time after their busy days on business and who do not make fuss about buying coffee and cereal for breakfast.
