Pros: Very personal service. We were treated like family and the food and margaritas were awesome!
Cons: The office closes at 9pm. After that you are on your own.
Just 3.3 mi (5.3 km) from the airport, Los Arboles Hotel features a rooftop terrace and puts you within a 10-minute drive of Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Moorten Botanical Garden and Cactarium. You can splash around at the outdoor pool, grab a bite to eat at the restaurant, or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. There's also a spa tub, and rooms at this Mediterranean hotel offer pillowtop beds and LCD TVs.
Pros: The overall vibe of the place was great from from facility maintenance staff to the chef.
Nestled amid lush gardens in Palm Springs' Uptown Design District, Colony Palms Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Palm Springs International Airport. Guests can walk 15 minutes to the Palm Springs Art Museum, which houses works by Warhol and Picasso, or 1 block to see a show at Palm Canyon Theater.
Pros: Rooms are great, comfortable, and clean. Setting is fantastic against the hills
Cons: Smoking! Had balcony open at night, people below were smoking on their baloney at 5 am. Woken up from deep sleep by smoky room, and was in queen bed furthest from opening. Later informed front desk so not to get hit with cleaning fee, was told it's ok, No fee unless actually caught in the act. Clerk was unconcerned about the incident. Is smoking allowed on balconies? Oh no, smoking isn't allowed anywhere. Well, it ruined the night. She didn't get it...
Pros: Great service
Cons: Room was not cleaned when we checked in had to call and ask for it to be cleaned again

Cons: Refrigerator in room kept turning on throughout the night and rattled so it was hard to sleep.
Pros: The employees were some of the nicest I've experienced anywhere. From the valet, front desk, and wait staff at the pools and restaurants. We got upgraded without asking. I'll definitely be back.
Cons: I get that hotels have resort fees now, but at least tell me what it's for. The only thing I could figure out was that it included a couple bottles of Dasani. And $27 for overnight valet parking? Yikes. It's Indian Wells, not NYC.
Pros: I like the different options for dining and activities. The room service was guaranteed in 30 mins which was great. The staff were all friendly and everything was open til the late hour.
Cons: Our room was not ready and we had to wait around. The pool area needs more cleaning especially after a big rush.
Pros: My wife and I are 24 and 27 and we've stayed here multiple times. We love the fact that there is a seperate adult only pool and overall the hotel is very quiet. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and the decor is newer and clean.
Cons: The two things we did not like are the parking and prices of food at the pool. You HAVE to pay for parking whether self of valet... And the food at the pool was pretty outrageous... Very convenient and delicious, but outrageous.
Pros: The people are so friendly and accommodating! From Jonathan who checked us in to Danny at Valet and Michael the butler. They made my friend's Birthday so very memorable and had champagne for us the first night and left cupcakes when we got back the second night.
Cons: The rooms could have been cleaned better. There was a roach in the room the whole weekend, even after they came to clean that first morning. Otherwise the service was exceptional, I will tell everyone about it.
Pros: Access . Valet.
Cons: Front desk check in !!! Tooo slow. Lacks clarity. !!! Room. Smaller than I expected for 800 a night. No mini bar no real sence of luxury. Blinds fell off needed menatainance !!!!!! This was not the expected result for me. I stay in expensive rooms all the time. This one was not that great I couldn't sleep. Penthouse room 5221 .. I was there match 5th.
Pros: Great amenities and hotel restaurants.
Cons: Parking listed for free, ended up $30. Okay though considering the value.
Pros: This place is great during an off season or during the middle of the week but it gets packed like any other place on the weekend or holidays.
Pros: What you would expect from Hyatt.
Pros: room size
Cons: waterslide happened to be closed during our trip (the hotel did bring in a temporary bounce house with water though)
Pros: The several pools
Pros: Great staff. Excellent attitudes.
Cons: 107 in the shade.
Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Spa formally Hyatt Grand Champions, is newly renovated 530 room resort property located on 45 acres with a casual yet elegant California lifestyle. This beautiful resort offers deluxe Luxurious style guestrooms, Penthouse Suites and private Villas. The entire complex is nestled inside a desert garden atmosphere, which boasts a 30,000 square foot spa, surrounded by a sparkling lagoon, 7 pools including an adult pool with state of the art cabanas.
Pros: We enjoyed the convenience of having all the necessary amenities: lazy river' pool, rec. room, rooms had a full kitchen, grill in every balcony, washer & drier in the unit, etc... It it's definitely a great family destination!
Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was terrible. I paid for a day of Wi-Fi and got terrible reception. Too many flies...not the resort's fault; the city seemed to have a fly problem.
Pros: Beautiful location and landscape, great rooms, very friendly staff
Cons: The sprinklers went off a little after 5 PM and were spraying the sidewalks more than the plants themselves. I was effectively blocked in my path and had to take a longer route. Why in the heck can't they activate the watering cycle after midnight??
Nice resort away from city noise, perfect getaway with family
Pros: Nice pools,perfect location
Can't wait to go back.
Pros: It was beautiful. everybody very helpful and friendly

Pros: hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast in the morning was a PLUS!
Cons: the beds were very hard. No other complaints
Pros: Staff was nice, appreciated the breakfast.
Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable. It felt like two sheets of plywood with a sheet on top. :(
Pros: clean, quiet, quick easy check-in, professional friendly staff, easy access to I-10, good variety of bkfst choices
Cons: nothing - all was good
Pros: We checked into the hotel at 12:30 am on Christmas Eve and the check in representative was very friendly and accommodating. He asked whether we were traveling with small children, which we were, and he offered us a child friendly room with a bunk bed. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was excellent and well stocked. Overall it was a great experience. We will be staying here every Christmas Eve during our travels.

Cons: Housekeeping was very late, after 3, so just had her leave new towels.
Pros: Just a block away from town where you can walk, shop, eat or go to a spa. Nothing better!
Pros: Beds are awesome!!!!
Cons: Breakfast could be better, but no big deal
Selection wise, but I get it
Pros: It's very close to the shops, it's clean, it's reasonable and it has a/c. The free breakfast was pretty good - I know I got full on my omelet, watermelon and toast and the table next to us had about a zillion yummy looking waffles.
I wouldn't honeymoon here or take an extended weeks stay and live it up but for passing through for one night for the price - it's fine.
Cons: They didn't enforce the swimming after 10:30 rule as some young guys were in there after 12:30 and quite loud.
Parking was kind of limited so people were parked where they shouldn't but that's not the 'parkers' fault.
And agree with the one review with a nice omelet bar but no real side dishes - they couldn't have a side of potatoes or sausage in a catering pan? but wow, these are small issues - like my headline review states - It's fine.
Cons: I woke up with 50 bites on my legs!!! They need to exterminate in room 305!!!
Pros: The hotel is located very close to numerous shops and busy areas of Palm Springs. With all the lush landscaping and greenery it was very calm and quiet. We were within walking distance of just about anything. A quite pleasurable experience.
Only negative comment was the morning breakfast/brunch. they served hot omlettes but lacked most other things you would find at other continental breakfasts like bagels, fruit.
Pros: The staff at Las Brisas were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. I slept very comfortably in the cozy bed. Our inclusive breakfast was very nice with not only normal hotel breakfast but omletes and waffles as well.
Cons: My only complaint was waking up very early to the people next door visiting. The wall must not be very sick because we could hear every word that was said.
Cons: Online photo doesn't match room. Room to clutter with big furniture that just take space
Pros: Great breakfast

Cons: No Fox News Channel ! I was very disappointed, will not stay there the next time.
Pros: Front desk staff don't look happy working there.
Security guard that worked at pitbull concert was vet hostile!!!! Very disturbing guard and called us names. Very sad.

The hotel has a casino with 2,000 slot machines and over 40 table games, a 24-lane bowling alley, and an outdoor concert stage. Wireless Internet access is complimentary.
The 250 guestrooms have pool or mountain views and come with 32-inch flat-panel televisions with premium channels. Rooms also include coffee/tea makers, laptop-compatible safes, and newspapers. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available. Bathrooms feature slate floors, granite countertops, and shower/tub combinations with massaging showerheads.
Cons: We had plumbing issues, the toilet had a slow flow, the bathroom sink and the shower would get clogged every 2 seconds. I found it very annoying because a great hotel like Renaissance, should troubleshoot every room before booking cuz it's not the customers responsibility to worry about major things like this.
Cons: It is confusing having customer ratings showing as you bid on hotels. I thought I was booking a 4 star hotel but hat was just the customer rating that was showing. Once I paid I realized it's a 3.5. I would have crept looking at that price.
Pros: Location is downtown, near all attractions
Cons: Come on man! It's Palm Springs, it's a hundred and ten in the shade and your room ACs do not work...unacceptable! Six hours to get a tech to the room to tell me the condenser is inop...is that why the room is hot? Duh.
Pros: location and amenities
Pros: The best kind bed I have ever slept on. What kinds of comforter do you guys use!?
Cons: Not enough self parking. Reckless driving through parking lot.
Pros: Bed is comfortable, big pool
Cons: Can hear everything in the hallways and need more attentive pool staff
Pros: The hotel has a luxiourious ambiance.
Cons: The facility needs to provide its guests with fresh towels daily. The parking should be free to all guests.
Cons: Kids in the adult pool
Pros: Well appointed
Great pool area
Very friendly, courteous and accommodating staff
Not luxurious, but quite nice
Cons: Parking was very lacking especially in the self-park area. We came home from a late night at the casino and there was literally no where whatsoever to park. Not in self-park or in valet park. We had to leave our car in the fire lane of the reception drive through area and leave the keys with the front desk so that they could move it if necessary. The valets moved it in the morning and we were not charged for valet parking which was thanks to the great staff.
Pros: This was my first time staying at the Renaissance. What can I say besides WOW!! It was 3 blocks away from the main strip. Everything was great! Beautiful pool, lovely room. They even have a FREE shuttle that took us to a local pub and back. Will be coming back A LOT.
Pros: Very nice Lobby area, pool area and food, room, bed. Staff were very pleasant
Cons: Shortage of pool-area cleanup and horrible shortage of towels.
No available loungers, but I'm guessing over half had been abandoned.

Pros: This place was so clean! I am so picky about my rooms and pools and Hilton didn't disappoint. We traveled with kids and the pool had a lot of them during the week (not sure about weekend), and they all had such a fun time. Also, so conveniently located by all of the shops and food. Great and accommodating staff. No complaints here!
Cons: Nothing ;)
Pros: Staff was great and extremely helpful. Pool was relaxing. Food was okay but breakfast was better than lunch and dinner. The bar at the pool was good, but the drinks weren't strong or worth 9$.
Cons: The alcoholic beverages at the pool bar were the biggest let down.
Pros: Close walking to shoppimg and restaurant's.
Pros: This hotel is really in need of a major rehab.
Cons: The pool had scum floating in it.
Pros: Everything was awesome, from check-in to check -out! The hotel was built in early 50's, but was updated while still maintaining the mad men classy feel. Everyone in our party loved the hotel. The views were spectacular at day and at night. Cannot express enough how wonderful this place is!
Pros: Service was fast and attentive, even at the restaurant and even on a sold out weekend. And they didn't nickel-and-dime us for every little thing, such as the toothbrushes we forgot and the room towels we accidentally left at the pool. Not sure why people complain about the expensive parking because there is a free self-park lot only 100 feet away with plenty of spots.
Pros: Our reserved room with two queen beds was unavailable upon arrival. The other room offered had one huge bed, but the other person was on a couch made into a queen. The suite was very posh, the Presidential Suite, with two rooms and a shower ten feet square!
Cons: The service in the hotel restaurants was horrible. But it is a clean hotel. Not really worth the price.
Cons: Nightly parking fee on top of room rate, excessive charge
Pros: The grounds, pool area, hallways and the rooms were very clean and well maintained.
The rooms were large and the beds comfortable.
There was also plenty to do within walking distance of the hotel.
Pros: The room was clean and the furniture was updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The parking was terrible, plus they charge a daily fee of $18 which I was not aware of. The pool area was great and it was clean but the pool itself had tons of dead bugs and the water was so dirty and cloudy which was a really a shame because it was almost 110 degrees outside!

Pros: Price was great for what you get! Very comfortable and extremely friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast before check out on Sunday. I booked same day for a last minute getaway with my 10 year old Daughter and we both enjoyed ourselves, wouldn't change a thing.
Cons: My only suggestion would be larger towels in the pool area.

Pros: Location was ok, about a $13 Uber ride from downtown Palm Springs and did have lots of parking.
Cons: Booked this hotel last min for a getaway and figured how bad could it be since it was a resort and all the places I would choice typically were booked up for the holiday weekend. That was not the case, the hotel claims it's a resort just because it's connected to a golf resort and community. It's a super old room with worn out furniture, gross carpet and cheap decor. Randomly the bed was comfortable. Pool looked ok but was packed with families with kids. Nothing about the hotel made it resort like.
Pros: Rooms were clean, pool and golf course looked nice. The hotel was large. Lots of parking. Starbucks across the street.
Cons: For being such a huge hotel it was oddly unoccupied on a holiday weekend. There's huge ballrooms throughout the hotel and no events. No open cafes or pool bar. The gym is a hotel room turned into a gym. We barely saw anyone at the hotel. The hotel is huge and I think we saw maybe 3 hotel staff people of whom were quiet and melancholy. It seems like a scene out of a horror movie.
Pros: The hotel and surrounding golf course was beautiful! My boyfriend loves golf and he played as soon as we arrived.. While I watched & drive the cart. The people he played with were both out of towners and local... Both very friendly and nice. Hotel is in a convenient location... Starbucks & grocery store right across the street for morning coffee and snacks/food for the day. Room has a refrigerator... However, no microwave.. so don't bring back left overs unless you eat it cold.
Cons: The first night, we were woken up by a STRONG smell of cigarettes. We thought it was coming from outside but we never opened our patio door for our whole stay. It was strong in the bathroom too... So it had to have been coming from the vents. I have really bad instant allergies to the smell of cigarettes smoke... So, that coming thru the vents had a bad effect on the rest of my day.
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, very nice pool
Pros: Tennis courts and golf course were nice. Some of the staff members were great; others not so much.
I was told the place was about to undergo a complete remodel; I hope so!
Cons: The whole interior is in desperate need of a makeover. The room was fairly clean on the surface, but it was dusty, the carpet and upholstery were stained, towels were thin and scratchy... the little touches were completely absent -- they provided one bar of soap we had to use for both the sink and shower, cups were flimsy plastic and not restocked every day, the pool area was barren and hot. The restaurants were depressing -- empty, with little natural light and no reason to want to go in. Some staff members were unhelpful, disinterested and didn't seem to care. All in all, worth about half of what we paid.
Pros: Great view! Lots of potential. People at the front desk were great.
Cons: Dirty! Had a smell due to a leak in the ceiling on our floor. Pool bottom was dirty. I realize it is the desert but here was dust everywhere inside. Paint was old and dingy. Looked as though at one point was very nice and just not kept up.
Pros: The bed
The entrance of the hotel was nice, maybe it was because it was beside a golf course.
Cons: They don't have anybody to help us with our things and they keep telling information to the customers that was misinforming.
There was no pressure in the shower
When we first got in our room, the fridge was located in the bathroom, and the plug keeps falling off, the phone was not working, so i had to call in for the operator through my phone and our tv was dated and its buttons was pushed in. They gave us another room, it was the same but the fridge was working and tv was okay. They only have maybe 13 channels and the rest is ppv.
Pros: The location was perfect. We were close to everything. We got there at night, so we didn't see anything till morning. It was a beautiful area, well kept, and the staff was very nice.
Cons: Down side was it was outdated. The mini fridge in our room was on it's last leg, the tv was an old box, the decor was very Outdated. Over all the place needs a good renovation, but I felt like it was well worth what we paid for the room.
Cons: Was given a room key when I checked in, when I got to the room it was already occupied. When I told frint desk she seemed shocked and asked if I inew who they were. then wanted to put me on first floor. When I said no decided then to move someone that hadn't checked in yet. That should have been first option.
Pros: They let us do late check out to 1pm. The resort few was included in the the kayak charge. No hidden fees. At request upon check in they gave us a room with pool view. Would for sure stay there again when coming back to Palm Springs.
Cons: No music at the pool most days. Large clump of hair in shower not cleaned. When they made our beds they took the earphones that were laying in the bed. Maybe they blended in. Phone didn't work in the room.
Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Basic guest internet access; self parking; putting and driving green usage; golf bag storage; transfer to Desert Princess Country Club; preferred green fees; $10 spa credit and 15% off featured spa treatments; local/800 calls. Pros: Clean with microwave and mini refrigerator. Really great breakfast.
Pros: Building was older but well maintained and clean.
Cons: Breakfast dining area was too small and overcrowded.
Pros: The grounds were beautiful

Pros: The staff at the hotel is phenomenal! The hotel is beautiful and really allows you to feel like you are in Palm Springs. Located in a very walking friendly area near restaurants and shops and set against the backdrop of a majestic mountain this was truly a great experience. I loved being greeted with a cold glass of champagne upon arrival and check-in and it was wonderful that the amenities were included in the hotel fee (wifi, valet, etc.)
Cons: We did have an ant issue in our room while we were here. When I called the front desk, they seemed as alarmed and upset as I did and I appreciated that. They sent staff right away to spray and took care of the hotel fee because due to the inconvenience.
Pros: I always enjoy the pools and the spa services. This hotel is centrally located so that one can walk to restaurants and shopping.
Cons: The music at the pool wasn't as good as it has been in the past. I don't care for the new hotel room products (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.); the George Neil products were better. The hotel no longer offers rafts to float on in the pool, people were bringing there own. This was a sad discovery. In addition, it looked as though the hotel had changed their menu again, although they were able to accommodate some of the our old favorites. The hotel rooms could use some freshening up as well.
Pros: Hotel rooms are run down. This place has beautiful grounds, it's to bad the rooms are run down.
Cons: Didn't have hot water almost our entire stay. Rooms need an overhaul. Hotel Price doesn't match What you get for the money.
Pros: Location and service staff is great. But you can tell the lustor of the property is fleeting with ways they could cut corners.
Cons: Broken furniture in room, odd odor in room, unclean when first entered and returning customers are not acknowledged or rewarded.
Pros: This is one of my favorite hotels in Palm Springs for my husband and I. The grounds are amazing and it's location to downtown is excellent.
Cons: The hotel is amazing, but the beds needs to better. We moved rooms twice because our bed was squeaky and very uncomfortable. The furniture looks very nice at night, but during the day you can see all the imperfections; it's worn. I can almost put up with the worn furniture if the beds were more comfortable.
Pros: Property has old school Palm Springs charm. Pools, spa and weekend morning yoga class were delightful. Bar cocktails were great. Calm, stylish vibe was exactly what we wanted. Convenient location to walk to downtown Palm Springs shops and restaurants.
Cons: Rooms need to be updated - furniture was worn and tired. I'd like to see more small snack options on the Bar and Pool menus.
Pros: Warm jaccuzi, pools
Pros: Esthetically it is beautiful & peaceful ....Service is Welcoming and attentive. It is my FAVORITE place to be while in Palm Springs!
Cons: I love everything here.
Cons: The facility is poorly maintained, old and tired and in need of a gut renovation.
Pros: Loved the calm and stylish vibe. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There are 3 pools which was great! I did see a couple of kids there but I don't think its a family hotel. It has a very quiet, relaxing, chill feel. Food is very well made and delicious, I would definitely recommend and return. Beautiful place.
Cons: The only thing I can say regarding the room was that there was a dead insect in there, I'm not sure if the room was not thoroughly cleaned or if it got in after but it was dead so I'm assuming it was overlooked by housekeeping. I guess it happens and I didn't make a big deal of it.
I know most people love the convenience of valet parking but I would prefer if the hotel also had the option to self park. I asked and the valet attendant who told me I can self park anywhere on the street where available, that is not really an option. Its just better to have access to my car if I need to get anything from there anytime I want. I just think its a hassle to have to be going to valet if I need my car or something out of it.

Pros: I liked the pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. The area was relaxing and well maintained and open in the morning and evening so you could enjoy it. The location is prime, just a block from the shops and clubs. The staff let me keep my car parked for a few hours after check out and they kept a bag for me for a few hours. The staff were friendly.
Cons: The room smelled moldy and musty and there were a few ants on the floor and ceiling.
Pros: Great location, easy to find and walk anywhere. Huge rooms, pool hot tub (under construction but looks like it will be nice).
Cons: The room was a little unclean, not bad but not awesome. It looked like when they came to clean they only made the beds. Things are a little out dated but the price and location make it worth it!
Pros: Beware of the $20 resort fee. It allows them to advertise their rooms for less. It's BS.
Cons: There was a huge cockroach !!!!!
Pros: Location was the best. Never used the car, which is good because parking was a challenge unless you're willing to walk a bit.
Cons: Not enough parking in the premises. Fitness equipment is not at the hotel but over a mile away. You don't get breakfast. I don't call coffee and toast continental breakfast. That's all you get, oh and orange juice. Plus you have to walk to Rudy s Diner for it.
Pros: The Palm Mountain Resort & Spa was in a central location and is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and night life. The room was spacious and we had a great view of the pool area.
Cons: The continental breakfast included only orange juice, coffee, and a choice of a bread selection.
Pros: The bed was comfortable, walking distance to downtown, very casual rules at the pool.
Cons: We had no shampoo/ conditioner, lotion, and ice machine was out a lot.
Pros: The pool was beautiful and the room was spacious. I wish I had more than just one night there to enjoy the grounds!
Pros: Loved the ambiance of the hotel and the room itself with balcony overlooking the pool. Very pretty setting. It was off the beaten path for traffic, parking and noise, but through one parking lot and a pass-through of a building to N Palm Canyon Drive and all the action! The room had a great fridge with a freezer and a microwave! 2 free waters each day. Maid service was late morning (perfect). We were on third floor, but next time I'd like the ground floor around the pool (a little shadier in the afternoon). Pool was busy but not noisy. It is an older hotel and could use a little sprucing up, but the linens were lovely and tv large. We found a parking space on the quiet street just below our room. There is sufficient parking with the lot across the way if needed, but for Thursday night's street fair, get back to the hotel by 4 p.m. to park close. Overall 4.5. Expected a noisy Coachella crowd, but the pool was quiet. They should have a notice about noise after 10pm...can close pool. Just a thought though it was not a problem for us mid-week.
Cons: Both mornings of our stay there was a clogged toilet. Maintenance was VERY fast getting there the first morning, and we reported the second morning at our early check-out. There was NO wakeup call as promised - NONE. We had a reason to be up early. When reporting these 2 things to the desk at checkout, there was NO reply.
AND they took my key card and cancelled it! I said I need to get back into the room! Have you cancelled my card? The young man said NO. On getting back to the room, of course, it didn't work. Luckily my friend was still in the room and opened the door.
Pros: Some 20 years ago I used to stay at the Holiday Inn in Palm Springs... Now 20 years later I booked this mystery hotel on Kayak. I checked in and said "I feel like I was here before" I asked if this was a Holiday Inn at one time? The great staff said years ago. It has been very updated and very clean... I felt like I was home again...
Pros: Close to town
Cons: Thin walls, very noisy
Pros: We loved the view, the pool, the free bottles of water everyday, the short walk to many good restaurants and shops, the street fair, and the location as related to hiking activities. There were a few hiking trails we could walk to from the resort. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had a great view from our room with a nice balcony; however the carpet was pulling away from the wall and some of the wood was pulling away from the wall on the balcony.

Cons: Valet stood and talked to each other for five minutes before coming to take our car, only one front desk agent with a line of 10 people, rooms weren't clean, listed as a mountain view and our view from the balcony was two big trees and a run down business in the back. Hallways smelt like marijuana.
Pros: The staff was great, friendly and sweet
Cons: I have stayed here before a couple times. I feel that the rooms have seen better days, it was dingy and I didn't care for the way it was kept up. mildly disappointed.
Pros: Pool party
Cons: Small resturant and less staff for holiday
Pros: Great location to all downtown shops and restaurants. Can walk from hotel to all of the local shops. Staff are always on queue and ready to help.
Cons: Rooms are nice but not very sound proof. Had to change rooms after next door family made so much noise. But staff handled it very professionally. Can also hear outside noises a little too well.
Pros: Clean and well designed. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Cons: The only complaint is that the bathroom has glass doors. They're fogged so you can't see too much, but it's still super weird pooping with your loved ones walking by. I don't know why anyone would design a bathroom like that!
Cons: YOU MUST change the SMALL pillows on the bed....it makes no sense..the pillow cases on your pillows are normal size, tucked in to accomodate what esstenially are decorative pillow size.... NOT sleeping pillows....the bed itself was not to my comfort...but PLEASE CHANGE THE PILLOW SIZE AT THE VERY LEAST.
Cons: Music from the club until late at night prevented us from sleeping. The valet parking attendant smelled of alcohol, so we parked on the street. Accidentally moved M&M's from their perch, was charged.
Pros: Great hotel
Pros: The room was spacious and the staff was beyond amazing
Cons: Room was old, dried up gum in the carpet and just didn't give me what I expected to receive for my money
Pros: They were each amazing but altogether made it an amazing stay, can't wait to return!
Cons: The hear
Pros: The valet staff was AMAZING!! They were friendly, fast, and provided us with advice on where to go. They were down to earth, joked around with us, and did not hesitate to carry out luggage to and from the room. Always greeted with a smile.
Also, the man at the front desk Gabe was awesome. I felt welcome when checking in, and when my awesome bachelorette picked up every single item in and on the mini bar, Gabe fixed the charges without hesitation. All staff was awesome!!
Cons: I'm not much of a valet girl, I'd rather self park so I didn't like that it's all valet. But like I said, the valet guys were awesome.
I also didn't like that for my future sis in laws bachelorette party I couldn't bring in an ice chest or more than 12 beers. Those rules made me feel like maybe next time we'll suck it up, endure the prices and the crowd we don't want to be around and head to Vegas.
Pros: I liked the decor in the entrance. It was pretty awesome
Cons: Pool was waaay too small, for a birthday we were put in a room with a bunch of noise next door of garbage trucks and construction, a little over priced.....not as good as vegas to be such a high priced facility

Cons: The beds are not queen but fulls... Very small.
Pros: THIS IS AN AVERAGE MOTEL.
Cons: DESPITE THE FEE, THIS IS NOT A RESORT.
CARPETS WERE FILTHY.
Pros: Thank goodness we were only there one night.
No local channels in the room tv's and the NFL playoff games were on tv so we couldn't watch.
$28 resort fee on top of hotel fees.
Front desk person seemed so put out to have to check us in and I'm pretty sure hates his job.
The room had no bathtub.
The room was so overly perfumed with air freshener.
The air/heat barely worked.
The free breakfast was typical freezing cold almost stale breads and muffins that everyone handles and touches.
For the price of this Hotel we were very disappointed.
Cons: See other review.
Pros: The front desk staff was friendly.
Cons: The resort fee was more then stated. According to the email I received the fee was for entertainment, deluxe continental breakfast, valet parking, ect. Unfortunately the entertainment was geared towards a much older crowd, the delux breakfast was a health department nightmare, and there was nothing deluxe about it, kinda see where this is gong? Outside of the desk staff the others we encountered were rude. (Maid, waitress)
Now for the room...the bathroom sink was cracked, one of the pillowcases was obviously dirty, the carpet was dirty, the people above us must have had elephants with them as it sounded as if they were about to fall through. This is not a place I will stay at again.
Pros: Pretty much everything! Friendly staff, beautifully clean room, and that bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in!
Cons: Only thing is that the menu for room service wasn't correct and should be updated. Also I didn't have a remote in my room for the Tv and
Pros: Everything that they offer free breakfast
Cons: Nothing negative to say
Pros: Resort fee a bit high
Cons: Resort too expensive for what is offered.
Cons: The room was dirty, there were bugs in the bed, stains on the sheets, wallpaper was peeling, pool was dirty and disgusting, hotel was hot, the breakfast was disgusting. Cold egg-o waffles and no selection. This place is a joke. The staff couldn't be more clueless either.
Pros: Classy decor, very nice sized hotel rooms. Older crowd friendly. Beautiful pool. Just o.k. dining area and food , free continental breakfast. Floor show in the lobby in the evening was great. Staff was very helpful and nice.
Cons: Carpeting in public areas needed to be redone. Christmas decorations should be replaced. Noise level in first room was unacceptable, but hotel staff changed rooms for us. Anytime you book on a Kayak, Hotwire or other discount site, you are given the worst room in the hotels. You have to be proactive to get a better room.
Pros: Clean room
Cons: Room on first floor right next to lobby and the music was so loud I could hear it over my TV which I attempted to turn all the way up until 9:30. The walls were thin and I could hear a neighbor coughing all night and every person leaving the lobby talking as the walked to their room. Would not recommend for a bussiness stay but maybe for a vacation where you didn't have to be up at a certain time.
Pros: As soon as we walked in we felt welcome and taken care of. We were given an early check in and late check out no problem. The hotel is the right size to give it a homey feel and the layout also gives it a lot of charm. The room had a little balcony and patio door which I love (I hate hotels where the windows don't open). My only complaint was that the coffee maker in the room didn't work but it was easy to just go downstairs and get coffee from the full spread complimentary breakfast. I will stay here again!
Pros: Late night check in extremely easy, Eli was very pleasant and helpful! Rooms very clean, big. They offered us a quiet room which was great because we were there for desert international triathlon
Cons: No charge for late check out
