Pros (+) Great stay for price we paid. Parking was hard but we paid $10 extra for the parking garage. Well worth the $$.

Pros (+) The hotel itself is in a great location and the staff are so amazing and wonderful. It's a clean hotel with modern touches and the included breakfast is SO GOOD. Rooms were large and clean and quite comfortable.
Cons (-) There was one day (out of 4) that room wasn't cleaned, but we brought it up and they addressed everything. The parking garage was great, but not much space so be sure to get a spot while you can. In all honesty though, there wasn't much that I didn't like or bothered me.

Pros (+) The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. Everything was in great condition. The location felt very safe.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and the location is good.
Cons (-) The rooms are quite small and in need of an upgrade. They gave us a room on the second floor with a view of wall. Although the room was tidy when we arrived, there were signs of wear: stains on the chairs, hole in the shower curtain. For the price, I would go somewhere else.

Pros (+) Breakfast staff were exceptional! Front desk personnel were cordial. Pool area was very clean. Walking distance to gas station Subway and Dennys. Nice breakfast.
Cons (-) Shuttle took 45 minutes and two phone calls. Beds have soft edges, which meant it was easy to roll off bed when reaching for light.

Pros (+) Great fitness room. Was able to watch kids swim in the pool while getting a workout in.
Cons (-) When I asked for more complimentary items, they only had available what was in the room. In the room was not enough for 4 people. The breakfast room was set up in a way that was unsafe and not efficent for the number of guests. The plates and plasticware need to be set up at one end away from the hot waffle maker. The waffle maker and plates were set up in the corner and a lot of crowding occurred...

Pros (+) Staff was awesome. A little disappointed that our room didn't get cleaned the first day, had even left a tip for the housekeeper as I have done that job for many years. Desk staff and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros (+) Easy access on foot to all the major stores, sites, and facilities in beautiful downtown Spokane.
Cons (-) Parking is a bit challenging small outside lot and indoor parking garage is great but, small spaces!
