Cory, Jul 2020 - Hampton Inn & Suites Spokane Downtown South
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) I have never been in such a poorly run hotel. Our first room had broken air conditioner. Did not realize second room didn't have a box spring under bed, until my 5yr old was already sleeping, so the bed bowed very badly in the middle. Also very loud helicopter taking off/ landing ALL NIGHT LONG per the hotel is directly adjacent to a VERY busy hospital! Ambulance sirens.... I could go on.... To to...

Damian, May 2018 - Hampton Inn Spokane
Pros (+) Spacious room, clean, nice on-site amenities like Pool and jacuzzi. The staff is really nice and there's coffee tea and cookies in the lobby almost all day. The indoor pool and spa are really nice for family's or adult Travelers. The exercise room is on the small side.
Cons (-) Breakfast was inedible each morning, 4 mornings in a row. One of my co-workers said he got sick from the runny eggs. Usually I stay at Hiltons and expect to be fed really well but we had to go down to Frank's Diner two of the mornings to get a good hearty meal. Even for Buffet, this was on the low end of the quality scale. The pillows are horrible. The down like pillows are too flat and the foam p...

Anonymous, Nov 2017 - Hampton Inn & Suites Spokane Valley
Pros (+) The location was convenient and the rooms and hotel were very clean. And the staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The TV systems are very outdated. Limited channels and no TV guide channel. Like watching TV in the '80's. Not cool when your stuck turning in early and there is nothing fun nearby. Literally had to wait til a commercial was over to see what was on the channel. Hell on earth.
