Matthew, Aug 2024 - Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection
The Historic Davenport is a unique and beautiful hotel that you’ll almost assuredly let out an audible wow at some point during your stay. Renovations on historic hotels are necessary and important. Unfortunately, they happened to be during our stay, which prevented us from the full Davenport experience. But it also left us with a great reason to visit again!

Anonymous, Mar 2021 - The Davenport Grand, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) Nice place. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) They charged my credit card an extra $50 without my consent nor telling me why. Just wondering is it common practice with them for this kind THEFT?

Stacey, Aug 2020 - The Davenport Tower, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) The room itself was stunning.
Cons (-) The soap dispenser was disgusting! It was one of those that’s built into the counter. It was gold and the soap was decomposing the inside of the dispenser or something. Every time I would pump the soap brown goo would come out with bits of brown chunks in it. I ended up having to use the body wash that was mounted to the shower every time I needed to wash my hands. Also the water was scalding hot....

Pros (+) Simply amazing This place is grand!
Cons (-) Value could be much greater. For Spokane, the Grand is really expensive.

Pros (+) Beds were comfortable!!!
Cons (-) No maid service. I wasn’t told upon check in that our room wouldn’t be cleaned or I would have asked for extra towels coffee and cups upon arrival.

Anonymous, Feb 2020 - The Louie, A Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) This hotel is the "Gem" of Spokane. The building is very unique and perfect for couples to get away from the larger loud and busier hotels. This property has a pub next to it and they serve wonderful dinners, drinks, and tap beers. We typically eat at the Historic Davenport Hotel, Palm Court, across the street from the Lusso, for our breakfasts and brunches. The fresh squeezed orange juice and the...
Cons (-) The room temperature was too warn, the thermostats should be unlocked to allow us to set the AC below 65 degrees. The hotel security, at night, seemed very fake, you must use your card key to access into the lobby doors, but you can just walk into the hotel, from the public pub, without a card key or being questioned! The downtown bus terminal, in the Plaza Building is only 1 block away and there ...

Cons (-) No fridge in the room.

Joshua, Nov 2019 - The Davenport Tower, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) Very nice suite
Cons (-) The customer service is horrible at this hotel. You would think for the money they would want to take care of their guests. I would never stay again.

Jason, Nov 2019 - The Louie, A Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) Checking in was quick and easy, rates were very reasonable. The gym and pool area looked awesome, but I didn’t have time to enjoy. My room was comfortable, clean, well-decorated, and had plenty of good channels on the TV. Every employee that I encountered was beyond nice and professional.
Cons (-) Aside from a broken piece of trim on the bottom of my door, I really can’t think of any negatives. It was a pleasant stay!

Casey, Nov 2019 - The Davenport Grand, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) The room was spacious and modern.
Cons (-) The check in took about 20 minutes, annoying. I have to pay to park which is BS. And how does a hotel run out of food for room service. They had to keep changing my order because they ran out of items. Not a luxury hotel other than how it looks.
