Pool area and the continental breakfast
Where do I start ! Not normally one to complain but here goes: Standard bedroom. Dark, musty smell and no view. Corridor leading up to the room looked shabby and not a pleasing sight. Asked to be upgraded at a cost of $40 and the next room was very pleasant. Had to ask for a coffee machine and no free water in the room but you do get complimentary toiletries which were of a good make. Pool area nice and clean with attentive staff. Woken up at 0820 hrs in the morning by cleaning room staff asking what time would we be vacating the room. Considering check out is 1200 and we were in bed a sleep. You can imagine how annoyed we were. Checking out we complained of this and was told that they would look into it and get back that afternoon. Still no response other than the bill. Disappointed
