It would be great if Enterprise wouldn't let me book a car if they don't actually have it available. Wasted over an hour of my time for absolutely nothing.

The overall experience was amazing! The two ladies who were providing the services were amazing & we’re so friendly & helpful in answering my questions and concerns! One of the women was Emma while I forgot the name of the other woman.

Luxury

It took almost an hour from when we arrived to drive off in a car. The cars are never cleaned well. It’s a frustrating experience to rent a car here.

The rental car office is literally steps away from the airport. San Bernardino International Airport and Hertz Rental Cars make a quick trip to SoCal so convenient and affordable. We can finally fly down and see friends from Loma Linda to Beaumont without costing and arm and a leg or risking life and limb driving out of LAX or Ontario.
