Pros: The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, the pool was very well maintained, the play area and docks for our daughter was a good way for her to burn energy but could use updating, and the food at breakfast was up to par. The lake views were def breathtaking.
Cons: This is a remodeled motel. They tried very hard to make it nicer but missed the punch in a few areas. The rooms need new doors, there should be a vent in the bathroom or the room gets musty, the gym is a little hole in the wall with far beyond old equipment, parking is VERY minimal, weather you are lake side or street side the cars can be heard from anywhere as they pass, OVER ALL, great for an outdoors man or truck stop. Not for business travel or for a family.
Pros: Best place to stay if you are a fisherman that doesn't like taking your boat in and out every day . The dock is attached to the hotel and has charging stations every 10 ft
Cons: All Good
Cons: Lack of parking on busy nights for both trailers and cars.
Pros: Right on the Lake !
Cons: Wasn't told about 11am check out. At 11:20 Sun morning, house keeping knock on the door (came in ) and said oh check was at 11 5 mins later another lady knock on the door ( I had my suitcase in my hand) she looks at her watch and said oh checkout is at 11 I said I'm leaving now,she said well leave the curtains open so the girls know they can come in ! Also on Sat night you can not find a parking place ! Better places to stay for less money and cleaning crew not so rude ! Will not stay again !

A bar/lounge and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer pillowtop beds and LCD TVs.
Cons: The no smoking room smelled like stale smoke. There were crumbs on the chair in the room, which means it wasn't cleaned properly. The breakfast left much to be desired.
Pros: The outside appearance is deceiving.
Cons: If you like stains on walls, floors and ceilings and dirty bathroom then this is the place for you..The linens had holes and the blanket had large amount of blood stains. I asked for a change of linen, she brought me yet another blood staiNed blanket!
Cons: No phone had to get another alsrm. Problems with payment hopefully is resolved.
Cons: First room assigned was filthy. The floor was stained, the bed sheets had cigarette burns, the ceiling plaster in the bathroom was steadily falling down and worst of all; the food garbage from the last occupant was still on the table. Second room not muc
Pros: We stayed for 1 night the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: We were on the front of the building and our room had alot of road noise. The pool look like pond water so we didn't get in it. The coffee was the only thing in the continental breakfast that was fit to ingest.
Pros: Hotel staff very friendly . I requested an early check in and it was granted. Very nice comfy stay.
Cons: The only negative was at breakfast time they run out of eggs and sausages. They don't put enough out and you have to wait for them to cook more so don't wait until the last minute to eat breakfast
Cons: the carpet was not clean and wet
Pros: FRIENDLY STAFF WILLING TO HELP. MANAGER VERY NICE. BBREAKFAST WAS OK
Cons: ONLY WISH I COULD RESERVE CERTAIN ROOMS EARLYIER.OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS GOOD
the front desk staff, especially the daytime manager, not sure if there is more than one, has always been extremely nice and accommodating, that was why the incident at check-in this time was so unusual, however, I had not seen this staff member before, & I stay quiet often, which makes me think he was new. Not only the front desk staff but all of the staff members have always been very nice and accommodating to me.
Pros: location & friendly staff
Cons: the staff member that was there when I arrived, around 6:00 PM central time, charged my credit card for the room, even though it had been paid for already, it was frustrating & took 3 days to credit back, although I have never had problems in the past
Pros: Staff was great.
Cons: Walls are thin so you get a lot of noise if someone loud is next door. Only happened one of the four night stay.

Cons: It was not a Super 8. I was very disappointed. I cancelled my reservation as soon as I saw the room. It was dingy and had a terrible musty smell. You should look into the hotels you promote much closer. There is no way this is even a -5 star hotel.
