Pros (+) The whole atmosphere from walking in was just happy. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The view of the city was great, and the room was phenomenal. Loved the decor and the pillows. The pool was awesome and that was the best temp in a hot tub I've felt in a long time.
Cons (-) Paying for parking. They clearly own the garage I think they could include parking for their guests.

They claimed booking thru a third party was no guarantee. In the end we got the handicapped room but it was totally aggravating. Cons (-) There was a mistake in our reservation dates. The front desk staff was so rude and apathetic about it, we cancelled our return stay with them. Neither one said they were sorry about the mix up, never smiled, kept saying they were totally booked — we had been walking in the rain from the bus and obviously needed help. Customers ultimately decide who receives their money!
