The front desk staff was amazing, extremely friendly and willing to help with the area! The tavern was okay, but great because it's attached and you didn't have to go far! The breakfast was what I thought it would be, just a few breakfast items but good!! We came back as the cleaners just finished our room. We only got new towels, garbage wasn't changed nor were our beds made.

They were having a fund raiser.every room was booked.and I thought..this is going to be a mad house.I was pleasantly surprised.not loud .well organized and it seems everything went well.
Big comfortable rooms, even though we didn't get a chance to go swimming, the pool area looked nice The only problem we had was that we were too close to the tavern, and my wife got woken up at 3 am. Next time we'll ask to get farther away from the bar
The location and a accommodations Too much money!
Close to destination. No elevator.
The hotel was very easy to find off the Bourne bridge. I did not realize it was being renovated. The tavern was not quite what I expected it to be. A little dingy. However, the staff at the hotel were wonderful. For one night it served the purpose- a nice bed, TV & a clean bathroom.
Staff was excellent as always, room was great. Beach and amenities cannot be beat for an oceanfront location! We were not able to have our room until after four o'clock. Checked in early to get to beach and then at four needed to stand in long line for room key. Seemed like a very busy day and others had same issue.
Great access to the beach, staff friendly and polite, wonderful breakfast buffet, ocean view room. Hallways and stairways were cluttered with trash bags and could have been cleaner.
Everything is done to perfection throughout the facility. The resort is wonderfully clean, the rooms are well appointed, the food is superb, etc. The bed was lumpy!
Walk out sliding door to the beach You could barely turn around in the bathroom.
Everything was nice. The people, the food, the beach.. I went there with my boyfriend for a weekend and we had the best time.
The staff was very helpful and organized. The facilities were great. The hotel offered every commendation outside at the pools and beach as well as inside the hotel. Overall I would defiantly come to this resort.
The views are gorgeous. Perfect location with all the amenities. The July 5th Lobster bake was spectacular. At times the staff was hard to understand. We were not aware that you could reserve Oceanfront sitting on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas were packed in. It's so nice to have the beach service bring the chairs.
There was a Banquet going on the second night which the attendees got completely out of control and had no respect for other guests staying on the resort. Got no sleep and was completely shaken up by the whole ordeal! Front desk apologized for the incident and offered another nights stay at a future date.
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Check-in was too late. It was difficult to get ready for a wedding that took place at the resort. We had to travel to Mashpee for the church ceremony for 2:30 pm. We didn't get into the room until nearly 2:20, after I repeatedly returned to front desk. They said they would notify us by phone but that did not happen.
Close enough to destinations, but far enough away from the noise of cars and people. The staff were super friendly and helpful while providing a relaxed atmosphere.
Friendly efficient staff, good complementary breakfast, night time quiet curfew imposed
Comfortable room made stay enjoyable
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. On the day we arrived we found that our reservation somehow was not in their system. We booked through Kayak and Get a Room. We had our reservation printed out and they gave us a room to stay in until they could get it straightened out. I was a little upset thinking we might have to go home as we were there to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary. They called us in a short time to tell us we could have the room for the original 3 days that we had booked to start with. The location of the motel is great not too far from downtown. They serve a great breakfast and have a nice outside pool. I would stay there again.
Room was good size. Nice pool, very nice surroundings. Hated that they use plastic plates at Breakfast. Terrible carbon footprint there. Disgraceful.
Excellent comfort, pleasant staff Nothing
Good breakfast. Swimming pool. Walking distance from city centre. Noisy A/C system. No control: it is either off or full blast. Can't be used while in the room.
Warm and courteous welcome. Nice and well maintained garden.
We enjoyed our stay - very beautiful buildings and grounds. Only could stay one night but would definitely stay here again. Very close to the water, information center and nice shops.
convenient for visiting Plymouth, very friendly staff first floor rooms are noisy (noise from above)
The grounds were very well maintained... nice landscaping. Location was good, within easy walking distance of Plymouth attractions and shopping. Enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the rate.
Have stayed here several times over the years. Rooms are well kept and seem fairly new. The staff is great. The breakfast is a big bonus. Saves time in the morning so you don't have to look for someplace to eat before heading out for the day. We were visiting friends there and they came to the hotel to meet us before the parade started. They were nice enough to let our friends and their disabled daughter in a wheel chair wait in the lobby while my wife and I got ready in our room. The night light in the bathroom was a nice touch. I hate waking up in a pitch black hotel room and have to turn on the light to use the bathroom. Another nice touch was the cleaning staff left a bag of fresh towels on our door. We always leave our do not disturb sign out so if we needed fresh towels they were on the door. Free WiFi was ok.
One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Not many frills but excellent place to stay. N/a
Furnishings were high quality, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent food. They needed more servers in their resterant.
Facilities are kept very clean. Close to Falmouth village. Road noise, slamming doors, crying babies.
Great value. Clean and friendly staff. Unusual but at 3pm desk manager said would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours til room was ready. We made the reservation the day before. Took our cell number and called us about 4:30. Have stayed there at least a half a dozen times and would go back again.
Pool was very, very clean and the air temp in the pool area was comfortable. Large enough to do short laps. Was really impressed by the service of the gentleman at the front desk. Nice location in Falmouth. I certainly got more than I paid for.
Door wouldn't unlock when entering room was not cleaned properly between days of our stay
The location was perfect to walk to the local restaurants and shops. There is a great bike path behind the hotel that takes you directly to the beach. It was ideal for a morning walk or jog.
Clean, updated décor and bedding was great. We travel as a family of four and stay in hotels 3-4 times a year on Cape Code and the Inn on the Square was by far the best place we've stayed yet for the cost. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. Parking was not close. Had to drop the family and luggage off, go park and walk quite a distance to and from the building.
There was some confusion regarding our reservation. For the inconvenience, Harbor View gave us a significant complimentary upgrade to one of their "Captain's Cottages"! Impeccable First Class Customer Service. N/A
Overall this was a beautiful hotel with on site restaurant. Rooms were lavishly furnished in beautiful white duvets and the color tones of the rooms truly gave it that Cape Cod feel. We were snowed in for the weekend and it was the perfect hotel for a quiet snowy weekend. Close to the downtown area, about a 7 minute walk away where we enjoyed unique cuisine experiences. Can't wait to return in not so snowy weather!
Very comfortable beds, generics supply of towels, clean comfortable rooms, quiet and restful. Breakfast and lunch restaurant on premises. Good food and service. Really all was fine. Location perfect for my purposes.
Clean. Comfy bed & pillow. No elevator
The location and general room layout was great. I enjoyed the restaurant, but was impressed most with the bar & lounge. Very comfortable & freindly. My room had a broken hair dryer, and after asking twice to have it fixed or replaced, I gave up. Never did get it fixed.
This hotel was located close to a lot of things that you could walk to. The staff was friendly and it was clean, no surprises. I would call it more of a hotel than an inn, was surprised how big it was when we got there. No complaints other than it was a little pricey.
staff were very pleasant and friendly. we had to call to have the toilet cleaned when we arrived, but it was found out to be the purple cleaner that had dried in streaks under the seat and rim. It was not a pleasant site on arrival. The rest of the room was very clean.
Renovated rooms nice. Staff tried to be accommodating concerning renovations. Renovating workman were considerate and polite. Free parking was great. Good location for walking to sights and eating on wharf. Breakfast food and staff need help.
Very comfortable with regulated mattresses beds, delicious breakfast, situated near beach and interesting things, everything was fine/
Comfortable beds. Welcoming staff. Ease of check-in/check-ou The wireless reception was non-existent in our room
My son said he felt like he was leaving home. Some people in town were rude but.... But everyone at the hotel was kind.
Easy access to the ocean and nice restaurants. Only a few floors so the rooms are spread out quite far from the elevator
After check-in, the manager met me at the room to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. This is a rare commodity in today's hotel industry.
Location is convenient to Routes 3 and 44; we had a comfortable suite room with nice (not luxurious) amenities for a Hampton Inn. Pool does not open until 9:00 AM; the bananas were brown and over ripe. They ran out of skim milk for breakfast on Thanksgiving Day. The hotel was very busy for the holiday weekend with lots of kids and dogs which should not be allowed.
The staff was extremely helpful when we had questions. The included breastfast was heartier than at other places I have stayed. The great surprise.
Nothing fancy. A clean room and decent bed. Meets your basic needs. Although I had called 3 days in advance of our trip to confirm the handicapped accessible room I had booked had a walk in shower and 2 beds; when we arrived and entered the romwe discovered the shower was not accessible to me. The staff was able to move our room but the new room had only one bed and a pullout sofa. Although not ideal it worked for the one night. I just wish that the room I booked had been available.
It was comfortable, and clean. It was also close to tourist attractionn and the beach. There was not enough childrens TV. Disney channel was pay preview.
Spacious, good location Need general "overhaul". it seems it deserves one since it looks very "tired"
Overall impression is quite good
Value Cold "hot tub"
It was clean and quiet and near to route 28. i stayed two nights and got good rest and nice shower. they were doing roof construction, and they placed me in a room right near the construction site, therefore i couldn't park near my room. i didnt mind, except for the hotel was not full, so they could have moved me somewhere else.
It was close to shops The hotel was very tired and dated.
Spacious room. We were upgraded to a king bed room at no extra charge. Breakfast was basic, but good. The hotel is tired. Our room was spacious, but only tolerably clean(dust on surfaces) and smelt musty. The musty odor lingered in our clothes after we left.. The mattress protector was too small for the bed.
It was a great loction. Very close to the ferry to Martha's Vinyard.
Not much. The room was clean but the rest of the hotel was poorly kept. The tub was in bed shape and the light switches in the room did not always work. The breakfast room was really small and the quality of the food was really low. I would not stay there again.
everything. wish they had a bathtub in our bathroom
Proximity to attractions Friendly staff Clean on the outside, nice landscaping Free WiFi Lots of tv channels Uncomfortable bed MOld in the bathroom Dirt in the bathroom cups Scratchy towels and sheets Across the street from a busy shopping center
very personal and helpful owners regarding any questions.did also internet research for us and gave us very good information and sightseeing tips.
I really only talk to one person. Room was clean and easy to get to. It was what I was looking for with my son in law and 9 year old grandson. A little more than I wanted to pay, but it was the 4th of July week-end. Overall it was great and enjoyed the pool. Jim RI
At the continental breakfast the staff was very pleasant and they were very accomodating with information about the town and surrounding areas. The room I was in was very small. If I had been with my wife, the room would have been smaller.
Hospitality Bigger room
Excellent continental breakfast provided - homemade blueberry muffins. Very clean, comfortable room - 2 queen beds & good bathroom.
a nice quiet area not too far from the beach which is great & the staff was very friendly.
We came for a wedding and decided to make a weekend of it. Our room was very nice, with a king sized bed and big bathroom, and the pool was great. The garden (where the wedding was held) was pretty-- though not as big or extravagant as I was expecting. The food at the reception and at the one breakfast we ate there was very good. We didn't even look at the spa so I can't comment on that. We had a nice stay overall. The only real negative was the strong smell of garbage coming from the trash area in the back of the Inn, which we had to walk past every time we went into the parking lot. All three days of our stay the smell was present. Another thing that surprised us was how thin the walls are between the rooms (we were in room 19); we could hear the man next to us clearing his throat and bumping into the wall between us a couple of times. For an expensive hotel I wouldn't have expected that.
Good location. Friendly staff. Clean, housekeeping staff did a great job every day. Lobby is nicely decorated and we'll kept. Beds were just okay, not anything special. There were some minor issues needing maintenance in the room (a broken drawer handle, loose shower knob). Asked for a cot/rollaway which we were told was no problem, and then never got it; they were all given away despite our earlier request. Several of the outlets in the room ran off of the light switches which was a real inconvenience.
Convenient location off the highway and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast.
The hotel is conviently located right off the iner state. Would have been nice if closer to the town center, however it was easy to get there. The room was what I expected, clean, and comfortable.
A wonderful hotel with everything available, a very professional and friendly staff and the omlet, fruit (the best!!) , juice and all was great... nothing!!
Chef Kimmarie is the a fantastic employee and provides utmost customer satisfaction Nothing!
Great stay. Great staff. Michael Cotter
Room was as advertised, very clean, bed was comfortable, TV selection good. Restaurant was very clean and well stocked. Location was very good for access to higways and tourist areas in Plymouth. Convenience of attached mall helped with shopping. pillows were too soft and I did not like the fact that I payed over $150 for one night and had to pay $10 for breakfast. Most hotels have a light breakfast offering for free and perhaps a charge for omlets etc. I ate light, with oatmeal and and a bagel and payed $5 for that. I believe customers are confused about what is "free" and what is at charge
So convenient and the staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.
Friendly staff/owner. Great price for the location. Small bathroom, but doable. Location great. Walking distance to downtown. Free parking
Love going to mom and pop hotels! It was decorated very cute and it was immaculate.
Lovingly preserved and maintained 60s motel in the beating heart of a great little town. The Smithsonian should kick in to fund this place. And the flowers! And great restaurants an easy walk away! The Pickle Jar! Anejo! Don't hesitate. Stay here. That we only had one night to spend there. It's the perfect stopover before a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, or before proceeding further out the Cape.
Everything was within walking distance. Clean, pleasant and quant.
Location There is a road between the Seaside Inn and the beach. But if you are prepared to accept this, the desirable features outweigh this.
Great price for off season; friendly, accomodating staff. Room was clean, beds were comfy. micro-fridge a plus!

Location was perfect.
Proximity to beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly.
Even though the room is dated and small, it is very clean and the staff does a nice job keeping the grounds clean Only glaring issues I could find was with the TV. It was a MAJOR one.. seriously they need to angle the TV about 5-8 degree downward so that is is view-able. Seriously laying in bed you can barely make out the picture. Not sure what they where thinking
1) Location 2) Cleanliness 3) Value
This is a well maintained inn next to Nantucket Sound. No

Great location! Loved being next to the British Beer Company!

Friendliness and proximity to the beach. Nope
Value for money. Clean and friendly staff.
There were friendly staff at the desk when I arrived. They wouldn't let me make my own waffles, something I enjoy at all other places I stay
OK hotel, nice and clean room. Close to highway, short driving distance to Plymouth historical sites.
Proximity to Plimoth Plantation (they also sell discount tickets) Swimming Pool
Beds comfortable, friendly staff, ggod location, refreshments available all day could not get online link, staff not particularly helpful with this problem
Front desk very helpful and friendly.Breakfast very good, could make eating area a bit larger.Convenient location to downtown Plymouth and surrounding attractions.
Very comfortable room and helpful staff made this a very pleasant stay. No
The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is on a main road, but we found the room very quiet. Our experience at this hotel was a very positive one.
The location of the Hotel is very good, the proximity to Plymouth makes it a great place to stay. The rooms are standard, but very clean. The beds were comfortable. We arrived shortly before the regular 3pm check-in time and the lady at the front desk pointed out that checkin time, did not show any flexibility but had us come back after 3pm.
It was conveniently located for our needs, driving up from Cape Cod to Boston, with quick access to main highways. The room was clean and roomy and bright. The reception staff were particularly helpful.
