Pros: The staff is fabulous. Everyone there is kind and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They keep it very clean and the decor is beautiful. We are so glad we found this hotel. It’s our go to in Branson. It is located right on 76 which can get busy but it’s very close to routes that can move you around the traffic. It’s super. Not far from Tanger Outlet and even better it’s right by Andy’s Frozen Custard.

Cons: The room was very small, the bathroom ceiling leaked water onto the floor (and us if you walked underneath it too slowly) the entire time we were there.. we wound up leaving a towel so we wouldn't slip on the puddle that was constantly forming.

Pros: We rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath room for 6 adults on this trip for 2 nights. We had no idea this would be 3 apartments joined together. It was a great surprise. Each room had it’s own living area with tv, kitchen, and bathroom. The two smaller apartments joined a third apartment that had a larger kitchen and living room with a larger table for 6 people. It was so perfect we already want to go back.

Cons: The condo was very dirty. The shower floor was black and didn’t drain well. Everything was covered in dirt and dust. The pull out sofa bed had crumbs and dirty napkins in it. When the sofa was made into a bed you had to climb over it to get out of the unit because it touched the tv table. The write up said that there would be a balcony but there wasn’t one in our unit.

Cons: It was just a simple motel with your typical old motel covers and smell. Had a small hole in the ceiling. There was other poeples hair in the bed and on the pillow. The sheets and covers seemed to be the same as when they opened the motel. I think if the covers would have not felt so used and uncomfortable, the other things wouldn't have even mattered to me.

Cons: Rather old & a little run down. We did not know it was a motel. The pics online do not show the ‘south tower’ which are motel rooms which is where our room was located. I had stayed here once before in the main tower & looked at the pics online so I had only seen the nice HOTEL rooms with tall ceilings & nice furniture, fixtures, etc. However, the MOTEL room we stayed in with 8 ft tall ceilings was clean but didn’t smell very clean, had older fixtures, furniture, air unit, etc. It was ‘okay’, but more the equivalent of a Best Western ($89/night) motel than what we were expecting a hotel & the price being a deal at $119/night. Super tiny bathroom/shower area with shower ceiling only about 6.5-7.0 ft tall.

Cons: When we checked in I told the gentleman at the desk I had a service dog at that point he asked me if I wanted to upgrade for $10 more the room was on the ground floor that was about the only upgrade. When we walked in the room and had a very stuffy smell. In the floors around the base molding were dirty. The breakfast was awful sure didn’t match the pictures on the Internet the French toast was cut into little pieces and cold the gravy tasted like paste and the biscuits tasted like raw dough. From the smell of the room I feel like this is where they put all the dogs whether they be service dogs or not and then they charge you $10 more per night telling you it is an upgrade. The people that roomed over us ran across the room and then noisy quite late into the night. This was not an upgrade this was just a room where they put people with service dogs and charge them $10 more.

Gave up and went somewhere to buy breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast was not filled at 9am, they were out of most if the food and no one in sight to fill it. They left cleaning products in our room which was amusing until I realized they also didn't replace our towels after they took the dirty ones. The beds were super firm, not comfortable at all.

Cons: The dresser in our room was broken and one of the drawers wasn’t even usable. My son found trash in the floor next to the bed when we checked in. The lady at the front desk lacked customer service skills and came off very short and rude. I stood at her desk for several minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then when I told her I reserved online she looked at me like I was an idiot. Instead of just asking me my name and info she said “I’ve had a lot of those today” like I should have just known all the info to give her. Then when I told her I had a pet she rudely said “you have a pet?!” And acted frustrated with me. However, when we came across cleaning and maintenance staff during our stay they were very kind and helpful. The front desk lady and the quality of our room was enough to make us not want to return.

Cons: Purchased 2 rooms. Arrived at rooms - neither room had heat. 43 outside. Room 1 didn’t even have knobs to turn on heat. Used knobs from room 2 to turn on heat in room 1 after we plugged up the unit. Room 1 heat came on, room 2 just blew cold air. Called front desk they would send someone up. Man showed up and supposedly fixed heat. Looked for TV remote, none to be found in either room. Would have called front desk but there is no phone in rooms either. Went by front desk they explained that guests steal the remotes and would send someone up. TV room 1 didn’t even have any electrical cords to plug it up, they found cords and remote for room 1. Had to bring a new TV and remote to room 2. Sheets look like someone had slept in them. Even bed ruffle was extremely wrinkled-like they had just pulled them out of a basket and put on bed. Had to get someone to come back and attempt to fix heat in room 2. Worked off and on all night. Cool in room in morning. Ran water in bathtub for over 10 minutes. Lukewarm at best. No hot water. All of this for $98 per room per night.

The bed was some hard 5" cheap matress on very squeaky bedsprings. Pros: The staff was wonderful but the day we checked in the cleaning staff walked out. It took us six hours to get our first two rooms. We had booked and paid for four room but some of our family didn’t arrive until the day after we checked in. When they arrived we found out the hotel had resold our two rooms! Eventually we were given two other rooms free of charge. Again I want to emphasize how wonderful the staff was. Had it not been for them the trip would have been a disaster!

Pros: The lifeguards in the water park were amazing! They are well-trained and constantly moving and checking all areas. They are vigilant about watching smaller children going down the large slides.
The location is good too. Easy access to the strip.

Cons: Well...check in was at 4pm. We stood in a very long line for around 45 minutes to be told our room were not ready at 430pm. So was told to back to the end of the line and they might be ready by the time we make it back to the front. Not ok. Lots of other people having the same issue and one lady didnt even have a room available after booking on an outside agency. Several people cancelled rooms. The staff was very nice and I'm sure were treated very badly that day for being shirt staffed. So I appreciate everything they did to stay calm and try to accommodate all the angry frustrated people. The rooms were fairly clean. We had two towels for a room that sleeps 6 people! We tried to get more and had to make several trips to get enough for everyone to have their own towels. Then we ended up washing our own towels, ridding ourselves of the hassle of trying to get more towels. The kids loved the waterpark. But you have to have a photo I'd to get towels...which just ended up being another hassle! Definitely wont stay here again. Location is great but there are many hotels in the general location so location is not an exclusion to make me stay again.

Cons: It is an older hotel in need of an update. The walls had primed spots in several places as if they had been repaired and waiting on fresh paint. The A/C unit had a musty smell when operating. Fortunately, the weather was cool enough that we didn't need it on very much. My family has allergies and had symptoms when the A/C was on.
There are no towels in the pool area. Also, if you are staying in the Atrium, you have to walk across an asphalt parking lot to access the water park.

Cons: The indoor pool and water park were shut down for the weekend. Staff member told me the 'lady who makes breakfast up and quit on us so there's no breakfast today, sorry.' Beds weren't very comfortable. It seemed like they were short staffed and everyone seemed very frazzled.

Cons: Roach, air conditioner leaked both nights & soaked carpet. Had to climb into bed. Maintenance repaired & broke again. Had to do a back bend to wash hair. Beds seemed 30 years old as old as the hotel. Breakfast poor. Rooms dirty. Had a smell. Felt icky.

Cons: The door to our room wouldn't lock so we had to take our things with us every time we left. It was dirty! Dirty used towel hanging in the bathroom. Hair in the sink. Pillows flat. Nobody cleaned our room. We ran out of toilet paper and the office is closed at night. Will never stay here again!

Cons: The carpet was so dirty that my wife's socks became black. Beds bad. Room not clean. No-one on duty during night not at breakfast. Poor breakfast. Let me say that they were in the process of updating, so it will hopefully get better.

Cons: Quite unclean. Bathroom floor gross and sticky. Walls stained and dirty. No maid service for our entire stay. Never came in to even change our trash. Breakfast was not presented in a clean environment so we ended up eating out each morning, which was an unexpected extra expense. Staff was kind and courteous, but one unfortunate person we had to complete a transaction with for show tix was clearly suffering flu symptoms, so I didn’t like sharing a pen, handing her my debit card, or receiving paper tix from her. Went immediately to wash in lobby bathroom. It was also dirty and had no towels.

Cons: There is no one on duty after 10PM, the room had an actual key we had to keep track of. Once in the room it smelled and the carpet felt sticky and wet! The shower and bathroom was dirty, dirty towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. No water in pool.

Cons: The location could've been a little better. It was a little further down the strip than I thought. The shower head was too low for my husband. Every morning he had to squat down a little bit to get his hair washed. Also, the walls were a little thin, so we could hear the couple arguing next door. Granted they weren't trying to be quiet, but we were worroed about disturbing others if we turned the tv up too loud.
