We stayed at Dockers Inn because they are pet friendly. We picked up a 9-week old puppy from a local breeder and needed a pet friendly motel. Staff was friendly to us and wanted to meet the puppy. The room was a bit dark. Lighting could be improved.
Proximity to the strip was good. Parking convenient and close to shows, restaurants and such. Apartment size frig in room was handy. People were nice. Door appeared to have been damaged in the past. It latched securely but there's s visible gap all along the bottom half. I liked the idea of soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower. However it wasn't until I got in and all wet I discovered the dispensers are not operational. Breakfast was meh. Biscuits were awful and limp French toast not much better. Gave up and went somewhere to buy breakfast.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice Breakfast each moring to start your day. Too many areas for smokers. Not a great smell and you had to walk past several areas on the ground floor. If you stayed on the upper levels it wasn't too bad.
Adequate. Beds comfortable clean. Breakfast typical carbs except the breakfast staff was very rude. Overall reasonable cost and clean Clean
hot breakfast included with many options
Dockers Inn is located close to all the fun in Branson and yet it is quiet. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds were great. I have stayed anywhere with a more friendly or caring staff. Wonderful experience.
The property was nicely appointed and well-maintained.We had no problems, the location is great, and the staff was friendly. Although I was there for a conference, my family was very comfortable there and we enjoyed our stay very much.
We got a massive villa for $90 a night. It could easily fit 4 people. It has a bedroom, a living area, and a kitchenette. It also was really clean and generally pleasing. The only thing that I didn't like was that it was far from the stip!
Loved the space, really got more than we expected. Exceptional value with full kitchen, dining table, living room & bedroom/bath in each unit. One was a bit larger with private balcony. Would highly recommend & if in Branson again will be the place to stay. We had an A & B unit that each had a door off a private main entrance to the two units, would have liked a way to keep those doors open, since there was still a locking exterior door. But everything else was great.
very clean and friendly staff
Good location! Close to many activities, shopping, etc There was a family in the room above ours.. So every morning and every night even late we could hear stomping around above us. Got woke up from sleep several times!
My wife and I booked this hotel on Kayak. Upon arrival the staff informed us that our reservation had been upgraded. We were given a themed room with a hot tub. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was quick to respond to request for extra linens. Breakfast was very thing all the other reviews said it was. My wife and I would stay there again even without the upgrade and we would recommend it to our family and friends.
Close to Silver Dollar City and other activities, such as; Showboat-Branson Belle and entertainment. We had difficulty finding parking during the evenings, breakfast was not good, and the maids did not clean our room or make the bed when requested.
Our room had a golf theme with the artist signature of 1994. Even had a non working golf clock. It had a blue jacuzzi with gold fixtures. Obviously, this decor hasn't been changed in the last 20 yrs. while taking a shower, the floor was so soft, I was afraid the floor would give way. It had an overall old, musty and uncared for vibe. The blankets felt like horse hair. We were going to stay 2 nights, but ended up leaving after 1 night. I couldn't wait to come home and shower the grungy feeling off!
very quite, clean, everyone nice, great breakfast. this was a short visit. rooms was dark, but ok for this time.
Me and my friend had a good time. The breakfast was wonderful! I only stayed there for one night but still had a great time!
There was not enough parking space . I think they had 2 or 3 big groups in that week-end.
Nice rooms, friendly staff. Clean. We were right by one of the indoor pools so it was humid and smelled like chlorine abd cleaning supplies. Breakfast could have been better. We enjoyed the stay though and would stay again if we could request a room farthe from the pools and make other breakfast plans.
Everyone was really nice. Liked that the pool areas were open till midnight. Want allot of parking spaces
We had three days reservations but couldn't get away the first day. We e-mailed a change in reservations but the price went fron $144 for three nights to $159 for two nights. It would have been cheaper to just not show up the first night. On top of that I got sick eating their breakfast. Would never recommend Stone Castle to my worst enemy.
Very inexpensive. Staff are all extremely friendly, good hard-working people. Like almost all other Brandon hotels it sits on a very steep hill so there were only a couple of parking spots where my bike wouldn't fall over when putting it on the side stand.
Beds were uncomfortable and could use to be updated a little
location bed was old and very uncomfortable you could almost feel the springs, walls very thin, show head very low and i am only 5.3 so that says a lot. i felt like it was almost a pay by the hour hotel. the check in staff was OK. check out staff was horrible they didn't ask how are stay was or anything just thank you. didn't even look me in the eye. I would not recommend this place to anyone
Good deal,40 bucks for 2 queen beds is a good deal...breakfast was pretty good too. Beds were a little ghetto but for 40 bucks not bad
The hotel is old but everything worked and it smelled clean. Great place to lay your head which is all we wanted it for. Price can't be beat!
Easy check in, large beds No late check out
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms. Need some updates
The facility was clean, the staff was nice The breakfast that was set out was awful. The biscuits were cold and grainy, there was very little offered. This was the worst breakfast we have ever recieved at a hotel that offered free breakfast. They need to rethink how and what they serve or not serve anything at all. Also breakfast was only served for two hours instead of the customary three hours.
Breakfast was awesome!!! Kids too loved the food served there. The room was neatly made Swimming pool for guests Play area for Kids Free coffee anytime Walkable distance to attactions Courteous and friendly staff Though it was cleaned, as the building looks old, corridor and the strairs does not give a look of a nice hotel to stay. But once you enter the room, you feel no difference. Smaller rooms. No exhaust fans in attached bathrooms Not enough plug points to charge your phone / camera
Breakfast was good it was quiet and cozy Everything was ok
Pillow top mattress There was bugs in our bed. We had to move rooms
Location, clean room Items came up missing after maid service. Parking is awful. And no pool.
Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly hotel staff ! More time to stay and enjoy Branson, Mo.
The location was great for being on the strip. Directly across from Hollywood wax museum. Breakfast was decent. Friendly staff comfy beds. Good size room we had a double queen. Both rooms were very clean. Love that they provided a black make up towel. We had two double queen rooms booked at the same time for same price one room had fridge and microwave and the other didn't.
People were nice room was clean and the shower was great. The parking was bad ans there was no pool.
Rooms were very nice for the value. The staff was very friendly and nice
Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. Not a lot of hot water, hard to find ice machine and breakfast room
The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Was a one night stay- and was a good value for that. A little dated and the drain in the tub did not work.
The owners were fabulous-they are there serving breakfast & anxious to help in any way. the hotel was older but extremely clean.
Room was very clean and freshly painted. Housekeeping was excellent with clean towels and toiletries replaced daily. This hotel does not guilt you into reusing towels and soaps to help save the environment (and help cut their costs. This is an older hotel with no elevators. It has outside steps only and outside entrances with dated actual key entrance doors to the rooms. Buildings are separate and breakfast is in another building.

Price Bath room floor looked dirty
Location Room was dirty. Hair in shower, sink leaked
This was the cleanest place I've ever stayed! The staff were very nice and helpful. And the location was great! We were close to the strip but didn't have all the traffic. The continental breakfast was much better than anticipated! No
When we arrived and the staff was very friendly. When we entered our room we found the Bible opened to Psalms 119 and a note from our housekeeper that said 'God Bless You' with a :) The room was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay!We will stay here again!
Location was awesome, bed was very comfortable Can't think of anything
The owner was great. The hotel was very clean but not fancy The hotel wasn't really a 3 star
Clean, neat, good breakfast, Fantastic staff, discount tickets for some things available at the motel.
The staff was excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. Locatioin was easy to get to and easy to find. They did offer Wi-fi.which I did not use. The indoor pool was clean and user friendly. Did not care for the breakfast, there was no bacon or sausage. Other wise it was fine .
Location Great,Everything you need is there and can't beat the price. Staff did a great job taking care of the rooms. Nothing
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay here every time we go to Branson.
Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I wish they had a ice machine on each floor. Had trouble hooking up to their internet.
I loved that it was so close to the Titanic museum. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!! Pool was supposed to be heated, but it wasnt. It was cold in there. Room had a little musky smell when we first got there.
Beds were VERY comfy!!!! Rooms were great size. Bathroom a little small, but hey its a bathroom!!! Kids loved the pool area. Breakfast was sub-par. Wish they offered more of a variety. Didnt like having a key to get into room, would have liked a card instead (just me being picky). Watch where you park so you dont have to take the stairs
No hot tub. Breakfast was pretty basic and exactly the same every day.
The family-run atmosphere. The breakfast service!
Great place to stay. Conveniently located to many attractions. Great service, very clean.
My family stayed here over spring break. It was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and the pool area was very clean and comfortable. Very good place for a mid-scale motel.
The motel is a little older property but fairly well maintained. It is very well located in Branson. Can get to just about everywhere fairly easily. Room and bathroom were clean which was the most important thing to us.
The stay at this Best Western was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the pillows are wonderful. Used the laundry facilities while we were there and that room was also clean and machines were in excellent condition.(Not dirty). Due to an advanced commitment, we had to leave this motel and stay at another one( bad experience) but checked back into this hotel when we got a chance. Will definitely stay there again.
it was the best stay ever right in the middel of a bunch oof good stuff first time staying there
We thought that this was a hotel, it is not - it is a motel. We also thought it would be far west on the strip, but you must be on 76 to access it - you can't from back roads. This makes left turns difficult. The room was clean, the pools were nice, and the breakfast was good. But it still is an expensive motel!
My husband and I brought our 2 girls here for a nice weekend. We had not stayed her before, we had stayed at a different hotel (won't mention the name). We wanted something better with an indoor pool and indoor access. The girls loved the pool andit was very clean. Rooms were a good size, and beds comfortable. But we didn't spend much time indoors, however the time spent there was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. We might stay again.
My husband and I, along with our 2 college-age children, stayed here on a very busy July 4 holiday. The rooms were very clean, very comfy, and very quiet. The shower was tall enough for my 6'6' son. The desk staff were really nice and answered all my questions about local fireworks festivities. Discount tickets to local attractions were easy to purchase in the gift shop, which also had great prices on souvenirs. Breakfast was better than most, and the steakhouse next door was quite satisfactory. Did not use the pools, but they were clean. Good location. All in all, very pleased & will stay here again!
I stayed here last summer for five nights... my two daughters loved the pool. Breakfast is good and room is clean. We are returning in a few days and I am definatley staying here:-)
We usually stay in our RV so we were not particularly looking forward to staying in a motel. This Best Western made it very OK. The place was clean without that motel smell, the staff was helpful, it was quiet and the location was great, along with the complimentary breakfast. If not in our RV, we will stay here again.
THIS IS WHAT I EXPECT IN A MOTEL. CLEAN, VERY CLEAN, MY ROOM WAS COMPLETELY UPDATED WITH A NICE SIZE FRIG FUNCTIONAL TV NICE LINENS CLEAN CARPET AND MODERN BATH AND DRESSING AREA. IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH BRANSON TAKE MY WORD THIS IS THE PERFECT CENTRAL LOCATION. WHEN I RETURN I'LL STAY HERE. THE BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS ALSO BETTER THAN MOST.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Branson.
The water park was fun and the kids liked it. was not asked if I preferred a tower room or not, the room we were booked into we had to park on one side and carry all of our stuff to the opposite side, the room was tiny with NO WIFI (it's 2015 who doesn't have wifi). The quality of the room I would have expected it to be at most $39.95!! The pool staff at night was WAY underpar in now way shape or form would I have felt confident having them around in an emergency.
Convenient location. No WIFI! What hotel in 2015 does not have WIFI? None = free, per use, per room charge... none, no equipment. If you stood in parking lot could steal it from place next door. Shower had lowest head I've ever seen. 6'3" male had to shower on knees to get water on head. 12 yr old (under 5') had to stoop. A/C unit count regulations room it was either hot or freezing no in between. Water "park" was the reason for booking, over half the stuff was closed while we were there. Why have two water slides if one is always going to be closed. it appeared the only reason that things were closed because of a lack of staffing. the toddler splashing area was closed our entire stay.
Staff is great! Rooms are very clean. Awesome check time at 1:00. The free evening dessert along with the free breakfast(full) is wonderful!!! We have stayed here twice and have no doubt that we will return.
Snacks at night
very clean and reasonable no
Room was clean, great size. Beds were comfy. AC worked great - almost to great!!! Breakfast was delicious!!! I totally enjoyed my stay!!!
1) Breakfast selection was good. 2) It's near to most of the places we wanted to cover. 3) Rooms where neater and the staffs where friendly enough. 1) It didn't have microwave in the room.
Super clean! I stayed at doubletree and comfort suites.... Not nearly as clean as Branson's Best! Best breakfast around. Room was SUPER CLEAN!!!!! Pretty normal otherwise. Loved it! No!
We enjoyed it all No

Check-in was a breeze Just our ID and vehicle info. The room was 1 of only 6 executive kings consisted of a sitting area with loveseat. A large bathroom, The room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Cobbler and ice cream at night. On the yellow route.
Rooms was VERY clean and the free breakfast was really good. Also the free desert bar at night was wonderful Air Conditioner did not cool down too much
Good location to Hershey Park. Quiet stay. Average continental breakfast. After finding a pair of dirty socks in the bed at 11at night to tired to complain that evening, slept outside of bed. Next morning the hotel clerk was notified and stated he would inform the manager. Never heard from manager. The room was thoroughly cleaned the following day.
