Easy of location. The breakfast was terrible if you like real food or anything resembling real food.
check in was easy, awesome view on 9th floor, bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The shower had very good pressure and breakfast was great. We got a call shortly after arriving to see if everything was satisfactory. there were no towels in the room so my husband went to the front desk to ask for some and they said they would bring some up and they never did. We had to dry off with hand towels and eventually went to the pool and got some from there. It was the 4th of July and it was packed which was expected, but one of the two elevators was broke so it took forever to get to and from our room. checking out took an hour because we ended up using the stairs due to the one elevator being so overly packed and stopping at each floor.
Huge jacuzzi tub in king suite was wonderful. Breakfast is always great. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. This is our go to place to stay on Branson.
We liked the view. There were ants in our room. We used the pull out couch. The mattress pad was dirty and there was no other bedding in the room for the spare. we called the front desk at 9:30PM. The staff brought just one sheet and no pillow case.
There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms. There was always a long wait to get into an elevator cramped with people. Parking was down a huge hill with tons of stairs. The hot water never stayed on. The warmth would only last a few seconds at a time. Then it would be minutes before it was warm again.
Breakfast was Great. Staff were Great. Nothing
Liked the cleanliness and decor Beds were comfortable, breakfast had a nice little selection. Only negative is that they sectioned off an area on the 9th floor where you get complimentary breakfast, it was the very best view Therefore we had to sit where you couldn't see a good view What a waste. Those were the best tables in the house but sectioned off with yellow tape
trying to get into the hotel we were told to come back in an hr after driving 10 hrs to get there and then when we came back in an hr we were told to come back in another hour. the first lady was extremity rude when she spoke with us. the second lady was nice the first lady also was rude to my father when he asked her a question. I will NEVER stay there again when i pay for something i expect to have polite service it really isn't that hard to check someone in and out no need to be crabby you are in customer service, and if you don't like to serve the public leave. also the elevators were super slow and we just walked up the 5 flights of stairs to our room. breakfast was on the top floor so again slow elevator and walk back down.
The only good part was the in-room jacuzzi. It seemed new and worked well. Noisy hallway. Kept waking up to noisy heating/AC unit. Bed was horrible...felt several springs. Towels were torn and odd smelling. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, but old and depressing...needs a remodel. Workout room had only cardio...free weights anyone? Breakfast was awful...rubbery eggs, stale cereal. Just about the worst coffee I've ever had. We also stayed at Chateau on the Lake and Hilton Promenade. There is no comparison. Those two are SO much better, the Hilton being our favorite of the three.
Rooms appeared clean. Good access to the rest of Branson. Elevator situation is horrible. Staff does not police guests so it's frequently loud and overwhelming.
Great location on the strip; close to shopping, restaurants, etc.. Hotel looks orderly and modern compared to some other smaller hotels in the area. Clean rooms; what you would expect from a Radisson experience in larger metro areas. Nice to experience this kind of hotel in Branson. Parking lot is on a hill and very steep - be careful getting in and out, and if it's in the winter or icy/snowy, park behind the hotel instead to avoid problems.
Price (thru Kayak) Very noisy...people running around above us. Also, parking is sometimes hard to find in the lot.
Sleep number beds. Size of the pool.
SMOKEY We have stayed at Radisson several times over past 15 years and have always have had a good expierence. This time was still okay, but we could smell smoke. We are both alergic to smoke and are more sensitive than most. Not a high level but enough we both were plugged up by morning. Seemed stronger near bathroom area. Possibly someone smoking in room nearby or coming through shared exhaust vents. We didnt complain because it was only 2 nights and the first time weve had any problem with the Radisson. We will try them again--great location for us.
It was in a great location and the lobby area looked great! - Room was dirty - Stains on the sheets and furniture - Room had a VERY bad odor to it. - Room was a lot smaller than other hotels in the Branson area. It was not what I was excepting for the price I had to pay. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are cheaper and have a better room to offer.
Had a room on the 9th floor, a suite for $128 plus. Very nice. We had a problem with toilet late at night and they were on it within ten minutes! All hotel staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Nice bistro and bar on location. Location location location. And no service ( shuttle) to get around. Too far out of town to walk to places. Expensive from airport to hotel.
Our rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent. We felt very safe. The beds were a bit hard and the bathroom was tiny.
Clean Nice Staff Comfortable
The staff was friendly and helpful . The hot breakfast was great, the scramble eggs superb..just like Mom had fixed them. The location was was central to everything we wanted to do in Branson on the 76 strip and Silver Dollar City , too! And it was right across the street from the Tanger Discont shopping Mall where we went shopping. It was just a great weekend at Branson and the folks at the Grand View inn have sure got it together for a wonderful place to stay. We plan to stay there again. H.T. Naugher This is a small thing..if they could leave a couple more coffee envelopes for the coffee maker (one cup maker) it would be a little more handy. But it wasn't a problem, I just went down stairs and got a cup of coffee for my wife took it back to our room and whe she got ready we went down for their great hot breakfast. H.T. Naugher
Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly upon checking in.Rooms were very quiet. Took 20 min. to check in because they said computers crashed and lost my reservation made 5 months ago. Resurfacing parking lot and could never find a place to park in front or rear.
Staff was attentive, breakfast was adequate- nothing fancy. Beds were comfy. Location was great for us.
We love the location, beds are good, and we love the indoor pool. The rooms are clean but id like them to focus on cleaning the pool and hot tubs!
Great location for shops & shows Breakfast very busy, bus loads, but check front desk before you go down. Crowds Cleared in a few minutes. No problem.
Nice rooms with fridge And microwave
For the calibur of hotel facilities, there were no shampoo ornlotjons in bathroom.
Quiet and comfortable A little out of the way
Renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. Walls are thin and you could hear children running in the hallway and the breakfast crowd in the breakfast room so we couldn't sleep in.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is Great, just off the strip and easy to get to. I was a little set back on the price, just your average hotel but priced to high.
The hotel has been renovated and looks brand new. It is clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. This hotel actually exceeded our expectations after reading some of the reviews. It has a good location, 1 block off the "strip" and within walking distance to Walmart and Price Chopper grocery store. The breakfast is standard fare for this price range hotel. Nothing fancy, but adequate. The shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower should be removed and replaced with actual bars of soap and individual shampoo and conditioners. These dispensers make the hotel feel "cheap" when actually it is a very nice hotel.
Staff very friendly and room clean. Did not have any issues
The beds suck
Lovely place, great breakfast! Rooms were clean and roomy and had a frig, microwave and coffee pot. We did an online check in. They give you preferences, and we checked one bed. Got a response that there were none, and so chose the preference of a view. They gave us 212 which is on the road side, BELOW the level of the parking lot. There couldn't be a worse view. I did go out and ask for a change, and they moved us across the hall to 219 which indeed had a view. (Hotel on a hillside, by just crossing the hall we went from below ground level to a fairly expansive view. ). We learned....we will not do an online check in again.
Hotel was clean, nice little balcony, rooms were great - we had 5 adult kids traveling w us and our rooms turned out to be adjoining - bonus!! Beds were a little stiffer than at home but definately did not hinder our ability to sleep. Great stay. Great location. Wld stay again
Loved the location. Centrally located and easy to navigate to many of the attractions we visited. Everything seemed to be clean and well maintained. More attention needs to be given to the breakfast area each morning. There didn't appear to be anybody around to clean tables and refill food items when they ran out.
The location was very convenient. For the price it was VERY NICE. Breakfast wasn't the best, but what can you expect for the price.
Indoor pool and hot tub, staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had nothing for a diabetic to eat and water heater was out several hours one morning. The price was a little high I thought compared to similar places I had previously visited in Branson.
it was comfortable and was updated nicely walls were thin and didn't like walking outside to the pool
I had to have them change the sheets because they were not clean sheets on the bed when we checked in it happened 2 different times
Seemed nice at first then went down hill fast Bed bugs in room was moved to another room uncontrollable heat squealing fan motor at check out no apologies nothing
All of it was awesome. Everything within walking distance
We liked that it was close to everything. We could walk to a lot of shops, restaurants, or shows. The rooms need to be updated.
Loved the over all hotel and location. Only one staff member did not seem to want to be there, especially making waffels. All others were quite helpful!
Location! Staff was friendly and accommodating! Early check in with no questions or hesitation. Room smelled kind of musty, and carpet was sticky. Small pool. Breakfast was lacking, so we opted for breakfast elsewhere.
I liked the very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and roomy. The bathroom was very clean. The beds were comfy and enough pillows. I liked that it had coffee maker, fridge, ironing board, and hair dryer. Our stay was very relaxing which is what I was wanting for my mother and I. I loved the location of the inn. Will stay here when we come to Branson We needed more coffee packs than was provided. We also needed more toiletries.
The room was nice, and the location is great. I was not expecting the hotel to be as close to the strip as it was. For the price, I don't think it could be beat. The A/C was not turned on prior to my arrival. It took a few hours to cool the room.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was great! Close to everything but not right on the strip so not noisy. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked good. The water pressure was good but the shower head was at about 5ft.6in. (Maximum!) A tall person would have major issues with this. Also the bed had a plastic sheet on it and the rustle of it all night drove me crazy!
Getting to a room. I dropped by earlier in the day to confirm the room and to pay for it. However, before I returned that evening, they had resold the very room assigned to me! I was given another room. Thank you.
Checked in about 8pm, gentlmen at the desk was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and easy to find. the knobs for the a/c - heater was broken, could not get it to turn on. Managed to get thru the night and when I reported it in the morning to the front desk they did not seem to care.
The friendly service. The overwhelming aim to please attitude.
It is a very clean hotel room and staff is always friendly. Have stayed at the Green Gables two years in a row.
Very pleased! Will be glad to stay again!
Good outdoor swimming pool. Nice helpful lady at front desk.
The tv and mini fridge was updated. It had a jetted tub. Everything seemed to be pretty clean. The employee was very nice and if we would have needed anything he would have done his best to help us. There was a restaurant in the same parking lot. Also, if you're a pet lover, they allow pets. It was just a simple motel with your typical old motel covers and smell. Had a small hole in the ceiling. There was other poeples hair in the bed and on the pillow. The sheets and covers seemed to be the same as when they opened the motel. I think if the covers would have not felt so used and uncomfortable, the other things wouldn't have even mattered to me.
No smoking wings as well as no smoking in all common areas. The pool was nice although there were some unsupervised kids (not the hotel's responsibility). Nice room, quiet, convenient to activities, restaurants, and interstate. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful location..Quiet...excellent breakfast..Great pool..very nice staff..Wonderful pillows(all 4 of them)..good price for Branson
Most of the people were nice the front desk was very helpful there was one lady with the breakfast staff that was very HATEFUL and RUDE.The breakfast was horrible stale biscuits, the gravy was horrible. They didn't have very much seating in the breakfast area. The beds were comfortable and they gave you plenty of pillows. The location was great you weren't in the heart of Branson so you didn't have all the traffic. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked nice and clean.Plus the rooms were nice and clean. We would stay here again.
We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and came back for the second stay and we were not disapointed. The rooms and hotel in general is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Good service. The breakfast is very nice also. It is well deversified, with make your own waffles, ceral, rolls and toast, boiled eggs, biskets and gravey, plus many other items. The ladies that take care of the breakfast take good care of the area and have the items refreshed. I will stay there again
I travel to Branson on business several times a year. The Comfort Inn At thousand Hills is centrally located, and it is one of the cleanest and best maintained hotels in the area. I rarely eat hotel breakfasts, so I can't comment on their breakfast bar.
VERY clean rooms! The customer service was wonderful, they can get all of your tickets to shows and attraction there at the gift shop. The location was wonderful, just about 1 1/2 blocks from the main strip, easy location to everything and great driving directions from the staff. Quiet rooms, even though that close to the strip, no noise at night. Definately going to recommend this hotel to anyone that visits Branson in the future.
We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Hotel was conveniently located, nice pool and hot tub (except kids kept getting in, even though sign plainly stated 14 and under not allowed) not able to relax. First room was very noisy due to a/c. but was moved quickly to another room. Rooms and entire hotel clean. X in gift shop very helpful. Staff not as out-going as I expected, but friendly and polite. Convenient parking. Breakfast was awful, stale biscuits and cereal. Did have waffles you make yourself, boiled eggs, etc. Overall, may stay again, clean and comfortable and felt safe.
We have stayed at several places in Branson, and this may become our place to stay in the Winter. With a great pool, comfortable beds, and a good hot breakfast we were very happy with our stay.
Rooms and hotel were VERY clean. The cusomer service from the time we walked in the door was excellent. They were very accomodating. You can get your show tickets at the hotel. It was nice staying just 1 1/2 blocks off the strip for a quieter stay and less traffic at night. Pool area was very family friendly and well kept. This was a great hotel and well worth a visit.
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms , nice pool, & good breakfast. It is off the busy main road on the yellow route, and very handy to attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay here. It is on the yellow route about 1 block from the strip, behind the grand palace. So EASY to get into and out of. Staff was excellent. Did not charge for late check out. Rooms were clean w/ easy access from parking lot. Will be our hotel of choice from now on to Branson.
My family and I made a quick road trip to Branson. We were only going to be in a hotel for a few hours, so I looked for the most economical (read: cheapest) option. For the money, the Econolodge is not a bad option. However, there were a few cleanliness issues. We found a hair on top of our bedsheets and another hair on the toilet seat. The bathroom, wasn't necessarily dirty, but the lighting was poor and it made it feel dirty. I would stay there again, however, my wife does not share that opinion.
The rooms were clean and the location was perfect. The price was a real eye catcher too!
Very nice, clean motel. EconoLodge needs to ask for special accomodations for travelers with infants. They gave us was a 3rd floor room and we had to haul our baby and her carseat up two flights of stairs to get there. It was terrible doing that every time we wanted to go somewhere. Not even a ramp available to use the stroller. Other than that, our stay was great!
Our stay at the Econo Lodge in Branson was fair at best. The pool was nice, but the area surrounding the pool was dirty and the lounge chairs provided were in poor shape. The hot tub was out of service and had about a foot of green water standing in it. The room was very clean, but the bed was incredibly hard and the sheets were pretty rough. The towels provided were like using sandpaper to dry off with. On our last day at the Econo Lodge a large bug crawled up the sink, which is not something anyone ever wants to experience.
Very pleasant experience. This was a great room for the money. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.
Econo Lodge is a great place to stay while visiting the Branson area. We loved the central location that is close to the ''76 strip'', but is on an alternate travel route that makes access easy. I did not see any major problems with this hotel. It was well maintained and updated. The hotel was very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to answer questions about the Branson area.
This place was clean! Nice showers. Water is softened. Environmental systems worked as expected. . Continental breakfast was impressive with 3 choices of fresh fruit, 3 different juices, very good coffee, waffles, muffins and yes - donuts. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. You actually felt they were concerned about making our stay with them enjoyable. Value is here and we
average room but very clean. managers are very nice & friendly. good average breakfast w/room. easy access to shows & main strip..
We enjoyed our stay in Branson, the staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean, with a great location. Wouls stay again..
