Pros:The bathroom was large with an equally large shower which was great! And the drain worked. Many hotels do not keep their plumbing in great shape which leads to flooded tubs or shower enclosures while showering. This was the first in a long time that was perfect.
Cons:It was out of their control but local pubs had loud amplified music that was open to the street which was easily heard inside the rooms. The hotel provided ear plugs.
Pros:Friendly Staff, great location. Walking distance to the Ferry, food, & Mannette Bridge. Secure underground parking.
Pros:The breakfast was okay and the location was good for ferry access.
Cons:Our first room smelled like bad body odor. Called front desk and they transferred me to a different double queen room which also smelled bad. The second room's bathroom was dirty and did not have bathtub , just a shower. I had my 6 year old with me, so the no tub would not work. Instead of giving us a King bed room, which the attendant said she couldn't do because we reserved our room through a online third party, we resorted back to the original stinky room. The attendant said the room stunk because they have a lot of government workers that stay extended times. Really though, that is a terrible reason to have stinky rooms. My sister's room stunk as well. Will not be staying here again.
