Pros: Room newly renovated. Very comfortable.
Pros: My favorite stay on this trip! Highly recommend.
Cons: No problems.
Pros: Great clean place
Cons: It was all good
Pros: Room had been remodeled and they had paid attention to detail. The bathroom door was painted as well as the ceiling. (Several hotels don't replace or at least paint the bathroom door and some don't repair water damage on the ceiling. ) We were very impressed with this motel. The manager even called our room to see if we needed anything. Good restaurant next door too.
Pros: I've been staying there since 1976. It has gotten better over time. New owners have maintained the facility. I usually get my best rest there! I plan to continuing staying there each time I'm in town...
Cons: Walls are not sound proof, but that's because of the time it was built...
Pros: I like Brownsville and I love the staff at Sunrise Inn. Always greeted with a smile.
Pros: Location walk to nice restaurant beside unusual Littlefield
Cons: Not very update rather shabby
Pros: Sunrise Inn was an older hotel. The kind that you park right in front of your door. But it was clean, looks like freshly painted.. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends !!
Pros: The room has been TOTALLY remodeled. I have been here Several times before. Although it was a smoking room, it did not smell of smoke. I was pleasantly surprised!

Pros: Inexpensive stop between memphis an nashville
Cons: No breakfast for miles
Pros: When I couldn't get the air conditioner to work, the woman at the desk came and made it work.
Cons: Filthy, run-down dump. There were bugs....they looked like some kind of termite, a winged ant type of thing. I didn't wake up with bites, but still.
Pros: It was good location to interstate
Pros: It was peaceful.
Cons: I waited for over 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. We dingged the bell multiple times within the time. I called 2 times while waiting and finally the 2nd call someone came to the desk.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros: The bed spread was not clean. Other than that, the room was fine. I liked the floor covering—non carpet.
Cons: The bedspread had a stain on it. There was no view other than the parking lot.
Pros: Beds were clean and well -made. Coffee machine! Shampoo, conditioner & soaps provided without having to ask. Got a room on the first floor as requested. Very quiet.
Cons: Mattress too soft
Pros: Liked that we could pull up to the door of our room The staff was very nice
Cons: Shower wasn’t great Continental breakfast was so so
Pros: Staff very helpful.
Cons: The hotel right next door was half the price. It was just booked

Pros: The location and the quality-price ratio.
Cons: The microwaves/refrigerators were very dirty on our way to and back. Also I cleaned some food stains on the walls. the rooms were traffic noisy on the way back.
Pros: Good location. Served our purpose.
Cons: Not as clean as expected. There was a greasy paper in the microwave in one room, and the microwave in the other room had not been cleaned.
Pros: I did not eat breakfast.
Cons: I don't eat breakfast.
Cons: The smell in the room
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: There was no breakfast. No coffee pot in room. The desk clerk checks you in and out through the glass partition without access to the lobby. The room was repainted but in a horribly garish blue color. The price was cheap but overall unpleasant experience where I felt more like an inconvenience than a guest.

Pros: Very basic
Cons: Light bulb out. Nest of spiders just hatched and killed about 20 on walls. Person reported this to acted like he had no interest.
Pros: Location was fine with restaurants close by with convenient parking
Cons: Light bulb missing from lamp at desk, table lamp on night stand was unpluged from extension cord which was trapped under wood bed frame on oppsite side of bed. Upon retrieving extension cord it had been chewed on by a dog, this exposed wires in several places, took to office for quick exchange. The extension cord was pluged into wall outlet posing a hazard.
Pros: The property is clean and if you are traveling there are plenty of fast food locations in walking distance. There is some grass and a picnic table outside to eat at. The room has a microwave and a fridge.
Cons: I would have given the property a perfect score except I had a handicapped room and the shower is not a walk in one. Nor are there any handle bars to get in and out of the tub, and it seemed higher than a standard tub, so the person coming with me was unable to shower. When we got here the front desk was sitting in the lobby and was slow getting up and did not want to enter my alternate credit card (the person I came with wanted to pay and she used hers instead of the one I reserved reservation under.) I think the room may have been more costly due to it being a handicapped room. Beds were not that comfortable.
Pros: The room was clean and everything was OK
Cons: No working ice machine
Pros: Great location. You've got several different options to eat from and all within walking distance. You're 5 minutes drive from downtown Brownsville. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were super friendly and down to earth. Definitely would want to stay there again on my next trip up there.
Cons: Not enough towels
Pros: They had a great breakfast , rooms were very nice , maids were nice as well.
Cons: The lady that works the night shift was very rude and uncompassionate. She was not friendly at all.
Cons: A bunch of people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Cable tv was out because they didn't pay their bill. So no tv.
Pros: Everything was great but my room had a lot of little spiders
