Pros. 1. The view: I had the room with Danube River facing Parliament; 2. There is a back door that you can access (exit and enter) using your room key card. This leads you directly to the steps towards the Castle area. Near to the main Metro (Batthyany square), bus and tram lines. 3. The staff at the coffee house/ restaurant (lobby floor) are really friendly and make you feel at home. 4. Wi-Fi speed is good. There are plenty of socket Outlet points for laptop, tablet, phone, iPad, power banks .... And hair dryer! The design of the hotel is well thought-out. Well done!
Cons. 1. Buffet Breakfast spread: would have expected more for a 4/5 star hotel. 2. The main road from (Batthyány Square) although is lighted up. But there are 'funny characters' and drunks lurking and appearing at darker corners and adjoining smaller streets at night. 3. The underground metro is also full of 'drunks' and homeless screaming and begging for money.
Pros. This Hotel was fantastic! Perfect! Walking distance to the bridge and a Hop/On-Off Bus Stop. The view was amazing! The staff was very helpful in providing information about ATM's, restaurants, etc
