I was allowed to book a car at locations that did not have cars available. It was inconvenient and time consuming to call multiple rental locations myself before finally settling on a location that had cars available, but at a much higher price.Reviewed May 25 2023

Pick up took an hour.....two inexperienced ladies were having a hard time. The two ladies who were in front of me when I arrived were still there an hour later.....no car. A manager came in, thankfully, and took over my transaction and made it infinitely better. Wish I had gotten his name...in Minneapolis, short, dark hair, early 50's from New Jersey....thanks to whoever he is. Otherwise car was fine, drop off was excellent.Reviewed May 25 2023
