They denied renting and did not accept the rental cover insurance that Kayak provided. I think I was duped by Kayak, Rental Cover and Enterprise where they charged me the insurance which the rental company did not accept and I did not get the car nor the refund on the insurance.Reviewed Jul 4 2026

Car was not what I booked to hire, it was a cheaper downgraded car that I could have hired for £25 less. There was no option to change car or explanation why change of car. I drove past drop off area and saw lots of cars sitting there. Its Norwich, I wouldn't think were 15 bookings that weekend. Car shook when it went about 60mph so I don't think it was that safe and there was no form for me to fill out if there was an issue. Would not book again.
