At the desk, the attendant did not ask if we wanted to purchase the gas option, he just put it on the bill and told us to sign. It was not clear. He also did not tell us how much it would cost, and did not tell us how much the toll additional fee would cost. I said no to the protection but did not understand when he said the others. As far as the car, he did give us a Jeep which I was very excited about.Reviewed Feb 18 2026

There was some discrepancy with the voucher - everything should have been covered, and reality ( we were charged a bit extra at the end). Also, there was a push to buy insurance when doing the pre-check-in online, which we weren’t able to opt out of until arrival.Reviewed Feb 18 2026
