Easy pickup and dropoff. Vehicle drove nice. Vehicle was not cleaned prior to our pickup, so that was disappointing. There was broken glass behind the driver's seat; It looked like a window was probably broken and clean up was not at all thorough. Price was good and we were able to book last minute. Overall it was great. This is the second vehicle we have rented from Budget from Waterloo Airport that has not been cleaned prior to our renting.Reviewed Mar 27 2026

Waited in the terminal for almost two hours while they fumbled with my registration and told me I would have to call the people I made a reservation with because they couldn’t just help me. It finally worked but get this the lost damage waiver doesn’t cover a popped tire so all around not a very worthwhile experience will not be using Budget ever againReviewed Mar 27 2026

Left behind a pair of glasses in the car. Went the next day to try to retrieve them. Manager refused to let staff check if glasses had been left behind and insisted that we submit an online claim. Online system to submit claim malfunctioned many times before being able to submit the claim. Also, when we called customer service, we were asked to go directly to the rental counter at the airport.Reviewed Mar 27 2026

Well first they wash the car and did not dry it off so I had water spot on the windows and side view mirrors and even though I could figure out some of the car in and out I had to get someone help on other thing like working the screen to get the light to come on but all in all nice experienceReviewed Mar 26 2026

Upon arrival to pick up my rental car there was only two attendants working at the budget counter with extremely long line. Which I find that very unacceptable. The car had a very nasty smell on the inside It smelled musty like the sunroof had been left open and the car had gotten wet on the inside. It is impossible to get a hold of somebody there at the local budget office at the Indianapolis airport which that is totally frustrating. I love something behind in the car and I have reported it and still have not heard anything back from them. I will not be renting from there again.Reviewed Mar 26 2026
