Car could have been cleaner but it ran perfectly all week. Rental guy tried pushing his insurance on us and told us your insurance wasn’t good. Rental guy wouldn’t let me add additional drivers for free like you promised. He didn’t give us a key, but sent us out to wander around looking for a girl in a red shirt. The return lot had construction and no signs telling us where to park the car so we had to go inside and wait in line.Reviewed Apr 5 2026

I was charged another 250 dollars at the counter, not explained to why. Days later told it was a deposit and returned the car on time with the required gas and no damage and still 5 days later haven’t received my deposit return…. Went through kayak then was switched to another company. None of them had worked with budget at all, so I had to pick from the cars that were left. The poor kid behind the counter tried to help as best as he could for the situation he was handed.Reviewed Apr 4 2026

I reserved a car for last Monday. When I arrived at AGS, there were no cars. I was told that having a reservation does not mean that a car would be available!! The agent told me there would not be any cars until Wednesday. I had to take a taxi to my hotel and find other transportation for the rest of my trip.Reviewed Apr 4 2026
