Fast service. Vehicle was very nice. The only suggestion I have is maybe extending the office hours to close at 6pm instead of 5pm as it would be beneficial to the customers that get off work at 5pm.Reviewed Jun 6 2023

They would it honor what we booked our reservation for and we’re trying to charge 3 times the amount. The worker would not tell us why it was so much more. She just said “it’s just what the computer gave me” and couldn’t give us any sort of reasoning except that it was additional fees, but she couldn’t tell us what the fees were. We ended up not even picking up the rental because we were not willing to pay 3 times what we booked for with no explanation at all.Reviewed Jun 6 2023

Horrible experience. Was given a pick-up to drive because they were out of the class I rented. How could I have rented a car that wasn’t available? Then had to pay more just to get a sedan that I rented originally. Total BS. In addition, I waited an hour behind 3 people. There was only one person at the desk. Worst experience ever. Our experience was not good. We didn't get the vehicle that we reserved (which was reserved for a specific requirement). A customer checked in beside us with no reservation but was given the type of vehicle that we reserved (an SUV) and we were given a car after waiting an extra 20 minutes. The windshield was dangerously filthy with the sunshine glare! Our first stop had to be a service station to clean the inside of the windshield. Our experience with budget could have been better in the following areas; the van we rented was dirty when we received it. The van needed new shocks/struts and was a very bumpy and unpleasant ride. The van needed an alignment and was pulling to the right the entire time we were driving which made for a very unpleasant and difficult driving situation. We were not very happy with the quality of the vehicle and sincerely hope no one else has to have the experience we did. Hopefully this helps in making things easier and smoother for people renting forward. Thanks so much.Reviewed Jun 5 2023

I requested a mid-sized SUV. I got a Mazda station wagon. It had horrible blind spots! It had zero horsepower, I almost got hit getting on the highway! Before all that, I stood in the hot garage for 45 minutes in a line waiting for someone to get the car. The worker was so busy getting his belongings together to put on his motorcycle, finding cars for those in the hot garage waiting….wasn’t his priority. Two times they said one thing and did another. Overall was left feeling like they cared more to nickel and dime the customer than the actual customer. When signing up for the fuel prepay option, they had a sign that showed the price per gallon would be $3.56/gallon and they also verbally confirmed this pricing. But upon returning the vehicle, I noticed that the paperwork said it was $3.68/gallon. It was my fault for not reading more carefully, but they had just said one thing and then immediately printed another. Further, when returning the vehicle I called ahead saying I wouldn't be able to make it to them by their closing time (1pm on Sundays - very inconvenient), they said it's ok to return the next day, they'll just add an additional rental day, which I thought was fair. I explicitly asked if there are other fees associated with this, and they said no, just the additional day. When I returned the vehicle I get the bill and they added an extension fee and a late return fee. After pointing this out, they agreed to waive the extension fee but kept the late fee (but why is there a late fee when you return on the day you extended to?). The vehicle itself was fine. Would just like some accountability for the statements you make to customers.Reviewed Jun 5 2023
