Easy, once I found it.
Pros: Returning the vehicle was very quick and easy once I found the right place to do it.
Cons: The "rental car return" signs left me in a parking lot with no attendant, sign, or other indication what to do. I found a random parking spot and made my way over to the terminal building, where I found an agent at the desk (who then handled things very quickly and smoothly).

Fast friendly service
Pros: Obtaining car (including standing in line to signing paperwork) took no more than 7 minutes! Fastest car rental process ever! Also the agent was friendly, even at 11pm! I would absolutely rent from them again.

Pleased with the vehicle
Pros: We needed a large SUV for the family vacation. The only option was a Ford Expedition EL. The vehicle was clean and ran very well.
Cons: Price was a little high
