Cons: I wish that I had known that Budget will no longer take Allianz should something had happen to the vehicle beyond my control. The website may have but I didn't see where the website notified potential customers of this.
Wonderful Experience
Pros: New car (16,000 miles). Clean, comfortable. Car was excellent.
Cons: Had touch screen but we finally figured out how to use it.
Cons: I went thru the process online and got conformation for the rental then an hour two or later got a phone call saying they were no rentals available
Rude customer service
Cons: We got to the counter and ended up walking away and renting from Enterprise. There was no one visible when we arrived and waited over 7min, then when he did come out grom the back he was rude and treated us as an inconvenience. We ended up walking away and going elsewhere.
