Pros:Nothing they so called upgraded me in to a Mercedes minivan which was ugly and not fun to ride in
Cons:I was charged for a scratch on the car which I didn’t do I took videos and pictures when I dropped it off I got to Rome and they charged me 1300! Which my rental was only 245 I’m beyond PO!

Cons:subject: Contract no. 72967895 o. Complain To whom it may concern: I made an reservation with #43733087us6 for 3 days for the amount the of $75 on a small car (reservation is attached) . Upon our arrival Budget agent: " do you want to upgrade the car". we replied: No. we have already booked 4 door Citroen according to our reservation. Budget agent: " No. you have 2 door car with manual transmission. and if you want to upgrade must pay 8Euro per day". and she insiste. we had to accepted. Because, at that time I had no other option. so we by force agreed to upgrade the car to a 4 door small car for 8 euro per day extra. Budget agent: also convinced us to get extra insurance to cover our 1000 euro deductible for total of 28 euro for 3 days. we asked her: then how much would be the total. Budget agent: 65 euro(3 days rent incl. tax) + 24 euro(car upgrade) + 28 euro(ins. coverage for 1000 euro deductible) = 117 euro with tax around 130 euro she said. On Jan 18th before we returning the car we fill up the car with gas. But, at the returning point the budget agent said; According to our calculation 5 more liter gas must be added into your bill. we were very surprised by the final bill of euro 278.49 and he told us to go to the office inside the terminal. so we went in and there was a Budget agent who did not know anything about the contract and even a conversion of the currency from Dollar to euro and said that he must investigate and will let us know soon. no news until now, It is very clear in our contract which is attached , please be inform that i am not approving any charges to my citi bank card until we settle the matter. Pros:Gas mileage was good
Cons:There is no option for 6 passengers that is reasonable. You either get a 5 passenger car or have to jump to a large van that seats 8. There are plenty of cars out there that seat 6 or 7 that are much more suited for driving in Italy
Cons:Returned car with minor scratches. Charged $1,000.
Pros:Convenient location to pick up and drop off
Cons:There were so many hidden fees including location fee and road fees. My two day 70 euro rental somehow turned into 220 euro after i was pretty much forced to take the full coverage.
Pros:check in and out was quick. the inner city branch is closed at early afternoon so i had to wait a while for the opening.
Pros:The car was ok.
Cons:The car was not clean and full of scratches and bumps. There was a small bump in the rear door that was not marked in the check list.
Pros:The automatic car was ready when we arrived in Palermo. The bus to the car rental location was available. The car was clean, ran well.
Cons:When we went to the car, there was a dent on the side and scrapes on the front of the car. We had to go back to get an official to document the damages to avoid charges when we returned the car. The final price was over $80 more than what was originally quoted. This did include the cost of a full tank of gas. We also had to pay for a taxi to get to the airport from the car rental facility after returning the car because there was no shuttle immediately available.
Pros:Nothing.
Cons:the rent a car was closed, I simply can't get the car!!!!
