Personnel at the Budget booth were great; friendly, talkative, and good-humored. We actually got an upgrade from a VE Jetta to a fairly new Kia Sorrento gratis.

Pros:Quick and easy to understand instructions for rentals. Very informative. Beth showed us the car we would be using, so that we wouldn’t get confused and she also offered the best choice for us, since there are some age restrictions. She also gave us unlimited mileage which was a huge bonus for us! We will be booking with Budget again soon! Thanks Beth!

I booked through Kayak and upon arrival at my destination they informed me they didn't accept the payment type I carry. “If you had booked through our website you would have known that.” I was really frustrated and thankful another company had me covered and even price-matched so I wasn't bent over a barrel due to the situation.
