Cons:we went to budget even though we reserved a car they didnt have any car on hand. we had to take taxi
They didn’t acknowledge the price listed in Kayak, they had a-lot of hidden fees. And required almost 12,000 pesos hold on card. Apart from the insurance and rental fee.
Personnel was very smart and gentle.

Cons:I arrived just after pick up time and was met by a rude staff member informing me that they have no cars today. After explaining that I had a reservation he just replied; "it doesn't matter there are no car today". So I had to walk around the other rental places and had to pay more.
Cons:No car available. The sales guy also refused to wear also refused to wear A mask. It was unbelievable
