Pros:
The drop off was not easy at all. Was able to pick a time slot to drop off the car at 6pm not knowing the location actually closed at 4pm. Staff did not tell us the procedures for the after hours drop off. My husband went all the way there, then had to come back and we had to call the Enterprise help line to have them tell us how to drop off the car after hours.Cons:

I LOVED my rental, an expidition max. Delightful to drive.Cons:
The car wasn’t ready on time. Securing my rental investment loved a call the day before, to ensure that I did, in fact, want what I’d reserved. And then, when I arrived, on time for my rental, it wasn’t there, it wasn’t in transit, and I had to wait 1.5 hours to be transported to a different location to get a suitable vehicle.2.0 Poor

Cons:
There was a horrible beeping sound anytime another car came near you. I know it's a safety thing to alert the driver but damn I wish I could turn it off. Drove me nuts for a month. If I cant see the 18wheeler rt next to me then I shouldn't be driving in the first place10.0 Wonderful

Having a vehicle where I was sent to pick up, rather then showing up there and being sent to another because they didn’t have any atm. Not being overcharged 100$ when my pick up was supposed to be 107$ and was charged 200$. The vehicle was not clean inside or out trash and weed bags, giving the car a nasty weed smell. The gas tank was 3/4 full I returned it full. Over just not a good rent. I would like to be contacted about getting a refund or at least the amount I overpaid. I have pictures of what I was supposed to pay and bank statements of what I over paid.10.0 Wonderful

Tried a local pick-up/drop-off at nearby hotel instead of airport. this turned out to be convenient and straight forward. Given a recent negative rental experience with another company, the terms and ease of doing business was appreciated. The mini-van we rented was in good condition and fit our 6 plus luggage.6.0 Okay
