Pros: Quaint comfortable good breakfast and great hosts
Pros: Meg and Dave were very accommodating with special requests.
Pros: The hosts made you feel at home.
Cons: Everything was perfect.very nice stay and very nice hosts! No complaints
Pros: We had a great stay at Meg’s and Dave‘s B&B. They are so nice and gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast was delicious and we could choose, what we wanted to eat. The keepers gave us tips for the next day of our trip. We really recommend a stay at their house.
Pros: It’s a very quaint home filled with character and charm. The owners/staff are friendly, attentive and accommodating. Delightful freshly made breakfast of your choice.
Cons: Not a dislike but by booking sort of last minute ended up with third floor room and facilities. Stairs are snug.
Pros: Very friendly, lovely rooms and great French toast!
Pros: Trusting and accommodating hosts. Beautiful home. Delicious breakfast. Quiet neighborhood.
Pros: Owners very nice. Great breakfast.
Pros: The host was the nicest person possible. He was extremely helpful and even went the extra mile to extend a power cord to the parking lot to help charge my car. The property itself is a real home and the host will make you feel very comfortable as a guest in his home. The rooms are setup in older style furniture to give a full old world feel which me and my wife loved. Although this wasn’t a fancy place this was one of the nicest overall B&B experience for me and my wife.
Cons: You do get a private bathroom but the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. It wasn’t a big deal for us since we lived many years in a city apartment with no attached bathroom.
Pros: Quaint & clean
Cons: Not a thing

Pros: I didn’t realize there would be a kitchen area and was really pleased to have a bigger-sized fridge than typically found in a hotel room. My husband and I also liked that the bathroom was right next to the bed like in a master suite.
Cons: 1. The light fixture above the desk didn’t work. 2. Adding a USB port next to the bedside would have been nice.
Pros: My room was stinky. It smelled like mold or mildew and this made it very difficult for me to be comfortable.
Cons: Smelly room
Pros: Staff were very nice. They did what they could to remedy the disgusting problems.
Cons: Smelly, dirty room, trash overflowing with old food and old dirty diapers.
Pros: The view
Cons: Electricity was out for the day of our visit
Cons: Heater was loud every Time it came on, would wake up to it . had to keep it on because of weather outside. Woke up in the morning to brown water in the tub and sink. Couldn't even brush out teeth nevermimd take a shower!! Front desk never even notify us of any issues. Unprofessional to say the least.
Pros: Very good breakfast selections for continental. Wait staff was fabulous! Room was very nice with full size fridge and huge closet and lots of storage. A plus was the cranberry bog out back. Lovely!! I would definitely recommend this hotel. They have several restaurants in the parking lot
Pros: The hotel breakfast was good. The location is central to Cape Cod, Plymouth, and Boston. Also enjoyed having the 99 Restaurant close by for evening meals.
Cons: Dirty dish found in the dishwasher in the kitchenette
Pros: Kitchen was helpful
Cons: Very small room
Pros: The staff was always very pleasant friendly and accommodating. Good selection at breakfast. Very clean and well-maintained property.
Cons: There were never enough towels in the pool area. We always had to ask the front desk to restock no matter what time of day we went to the pool.
With a stay at Inn on Onset Bay in East Wareham, you'll be near the beach, a 3-minute walk from Shell Point Beach and a 3-minute drive from Water Wizz. Featured amenities include luggage storage and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: owner very accommodating, room clean, great location for my visit.
Cons: everything was great
Pros: Great location and the staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating.
Pros: The view in the room we stayed in was amazing! It overlooked the beach. The beach was a one minute walking distance from the inn. The owners of the inn were very accommodating to us during our stay.
Pros: Location location location. Hosts were very accommodating with a room switch.
Cons: Needed a few minor cosmetic repairs.
Pros: Nice view of Ocean. Good coffee. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Room was very small. Had to take turns walking around the bed. No fridge in room.
Pros: We were given a room with an exquisite waterfront view by the staff. So relaxing after a long day. The room was very well put together. We had the king size room with auto fireplace (no heat but gorgeous and calming). The bed was very comfortable, the white linens in the bathroom were very thick and plush. They even had a black face cloth labeled make up remover. There was a local restaurant a five minute walk away. The food was delicious. We were able to store our leftovers in the fridge and reheat with the microwave. The view of the sun rising over the water cinched it for me. There is a glass table and two wicker chairs on a small deck outside the room door. That view in the evening and the morning was worth the trip.
Pros: Close to everything
Pros: The room, staff and view.
Cons: Ants eating an open candy bar. Old, noisy air conditioning unit. The rate for room was too high. Loud traffic on the road out front of room.
Pros: Cute place. Beach across the street. Walking distance to a few restaurants
Cons: No in room coffee. Outdoor lights too bright. Came through blinds until quite late.
Located in Wareham, Mulberry Bed & Breakfast is within a 10-minute drive of Water Wizz and Shell Point Beach. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great room, very friendly, very good bed.
Pros: We loved staying in a "real" B&B I.e. A delightful cottage and host to match. We felt more like friends than paying guests. Breakfast changed every day and was always good. Beds very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
Pros: Fran was a lovely host who made sure she was available in case I needed anything. We had a lovely chat over breakfast each day, and she gave me lots of breakfast options. Not luxurious, but comfortable and peaceful, like staying with grandma. Plus, less than a mile to the town centre.
Pros: Mrs. Murphy makes her guests feel completely welcome. This is a great location and, the hostess goes out of her way to ensure that guests have all that they need.
Pros: Fran was a super hostess, going out of her way to ensure I was comfortable. Her breakfasts were so attractive & delicious. My room was clean & had a recliner to rest. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this B& B, which had easy access to the Cape.
Cons: The TV wasn't working properly, but other than that, I spent a few extra days because it was so accommodating to allow me time to visit family & friends.A treasure

Pros: The room was very large, comfortable. We were sure that because of the low numbers we were given one of the nicer rooms.
Cons: The pool was closed and we had chosen that motel for the pool. We talked to the front desk just for information. We asked if we could at least go in the hot tub. We were talking to the manager, and he was just plain rude. We considered checking out, but I had too much medical equipment to move.
Pros: food was good coffee was hot people were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Everything was fine there
Pros: Close to the Train to Christmas Town. Included breakfast which was good. Had a pool which my daughter was excited about.
Cons: Pool said it closed at 10 and it was locked before 10. Check out is 11am and they changed the key cards at 10am (there were about 5 other people locked out of their rooms at the same time we were). Things were falling apart and just generally looked gross. Only stayed there because it was 5 min away from the Train to Christmas Town. Would NOT recommend it.
Pros: The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff ensured that it stayed clean.
Cons: The evening front desk staff was unpleasant and not helpful. Breakfast was horrible. Not enough food, poor quality food. The pool although clean, was old and needs renovation.
Pros: Peter at front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, nice decor, nice patio off sliders from room. Pool and spa were really nice. Parking was easy and convenient.
Cons: It would have been nice to have had some eggs and sausage but when I arrived at breakfast 45 minutes into the opening of breakfast there wasn't anything left and it wasn't replenished having over two hours left until breakfast closed.
Pros: Good location. Good assortment of complimentary breakfast items.
Cons: Comfortor cover stained. I refused to have it on our bed! Second room smelled heavily of cleaning supplies. No one available to check out. Told to leave keys on desk.
Pros: Big, clean room. Good location. Reasonable price. Better than average free breakfast.
Pros: Loved the pool and hot tub!!! That’s why I picked this hotel. Plan on taking an overnight to quality inn once a month next winter for great get away. The tavern restaurant getting renovated so restaurant on site will be awesome!!
Cons: Pool towels could have been bit bigger
Cons: Overpriced for what it was.
Pros: I rarely leave reviews but was so surprised by the negative reviews that I felt compelled to share my own experiences. My husband & I go to Onset 2x a yr to visit my elderly uncles. We always stay @the QI in Bourne (last 5 years). The staff has always been professional and courteous. While the property could use an upgrade to modernize its facility, the amenities are sufficient because the rooms & common areas are kept clean. The bed is comfortable. The tv works! There is a frig and microwave in the room. Comparable hotels in the area are much more expensive. Staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast room is small and the offerings could use some meat & more fruit variety - but other than that, free coffee, juice, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, cereal and waffles are more than adequate. The pool & jacuzzi are clean and mgmt provides fresh towels. My tip would be to request a room on the 2nd floor facing the Bourne Bridge. This way, you get a balcony (quaint lil private brkfast spot) and a great view of the Bridge (ignore the parking lot). I always choose to stay here rather then risk the cheaper spot across the street (which has no pool) or the more expensive hotels in the area, which do not offer free breakfast. Hope this helps!
Cons: I didn't like the noisy children who commandeered the pool area, but I can't blame management for the behaviors of unruly children.
Located in Bourne, All Seasons Inn and Suites is in the historical district, within a 5-minute drive of Aptucxet Trading Post Museum and Doran Park. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Proximity to where I was coming from
Cons: Room smelled like smoke despite being a non smoking room.
Pros: There were no eggs served. Continental breakfast was disappointing. There could have been more selection. The Gardener's came in and help themselves to the juice, it scared me a little. There are several areas that need painting and attention.
Cons: Once I booked the room a local had bad things to say about this hotels past. Which made me feel uneasy about staying here. It was fine though. The beds were as hard as rocks. Everything else was okay
Pros: The front desk person was nice.
Cons: The pool was condemned by the local health department. The room smelled musty. The wall ac unit was dirty and loud. The bed skirts were threadbare. The mini-fridge smelled like something had died in it. There were at least 4different smokers right outside my room at different times.
Pros: The location
Cons: The room smelled like mold (air conditioner condensation leaking on the rug-soaked), the clean towels were stained, stained rug and dirt on the mattress. I called the front desk and all I got was sorry we are sold out and can't move you.
Cons: The stairs to second floor were horrendous !
Pros: Did not have the breakfast.
Pros: Front desk gentleman was very hospitable and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate...typical cereals bagels cream cheese, juice, coffee, yogurt etc. breakfast room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Old and run down, Parking in back not safe!!!! Didn't look anything like the pictures. Glass dirty!! Mattress not comfortable.
Cons: terrible Hotel, so overpriced. Stay away from it
Pros: This is the worst hotel, I plainer my trip with my friends at 4th of July to this hotel more then one month early to have fun with our kids in the pool and when we got there the pool was closed and they didn’t email anyone to say that everyone was angry because no one couldn’t find any other hotel because it was a bigger holiday and it forced as to stay there or go back home. Terrible hotel.
Cons: Nothing it was the worst the pool was closed the refrigerator was broken and the bathroom light was working well it was dark inside the bathroom
Pros: Staff friendly
Cons: Pool had been closed by board of health. Musty odor in rooms
Pros: George, from the country Georgia, was very kind and helpful. He deserves a raise.
Cons: I was not informed that the pool was closed! I had my 83 year old mother with me and she was hoping to swim, as it’s the only exercise she is capable of. The conseire said that an email was sent, I checked and no email was sent telling us that the pool was closed. Highly disappointed. Upon entering our room, I saw a crumpled up paper bag, a used bandaid on the floor and the bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain has mold on it and there was pubic hair on the bottom of the tub. I took pictures to report the conditions to the Better Business Bureau. I would like a complete refund. I paid $230 for one night! This hotel with hole in bathroom door, chipped paint, garbage on floor, moldy shower curtain, keys that didn’t work, awful smell, etc., is what you’d expect from$60/ night. The management needs to spend $ to make this place more appealing.
Located in Bourne, Eastern Inn is a 4-minute drive from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and 7 minutes from Water Wizz. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The room was clean and the a/c worked
Cons: No breakfast despite saying it’s included in the reservation. Hope is dated but secure and clean. Bed could use some updating.
Pros: The room was an ok size and had AC.
Cons: The bottom sheets had nasty stains all over them, (I have photos). Right off the bat they argued with me over the price. The taxes changed since I booked the room. That’s not my problem, I reserved a room at this price. I had to call booking.com and waited 30 mins on hold to have them talk to the manager of the hotel. They finally said I could pay the price it was when I reserved it. When I went to pay, the manager was complaining that he was going to have to pay the tax difference. I really didn’t care if he had too or not, again not my problem. No amenities available here. On a positive note, Dunkin’ Donuts was in walking distance behind the hotel.
Cons: Noisy old carpeting no breakfast
Pros: Near beach and canal
Cons: Not very friendly, fire exit locked. No coffee pot in coffee maker.
Pros: Old motel, adequately refurbished.
Cons: Bare minimum facilities
Pros: The women at the desk called her boss to refund my stay after one night. I booked because it said floor level. Not true . Steep stairs. Offered a different room. Long walk. I am disabled. Not feeling well with the heat. I am a senior. I have to express that the young woman working was offering to carry my bags. Get me anything. I wish I could remember her name. She had the most vibrant red hair and a kind heart.
Cons: The hall way was a.disaster. Carpet gross. Old rooms not being used with filthy windows. There was no safety latch.on door. The same door was opened with an old fashioned regular type key.
Cons: No hot water and shower didn’t work
Pros: the locations was good
Cons: Security. Someone knocked loudly on our door at 1AM and when i peered through the shade, he was leaning out of sight and had one foot outside the exit door which was next to our room. The exit door was a stairway outside of the building then went behind the building. The individual looked like he was about to do something against the law. Not a safe location.
Cons: Unattractive setting and building. The “office” is a booth adjacent to the parking lot. The room was reasonably clean. The stairs to the second floor were difficult to climb with luggage. We did not stay for breakfast. I would not call this an inn rather a poor quality motel. Rooms were unattractive and smelled bad. Towels were thread bare and toilet paper of the poorest quality. No tissues or hair dryer provided. Price was 175 dollars per night. Unbelievable!
Pros: Location was the best part
Cons: Bathroom was moldy, tv didn't work, lock on door didn't work.
Pros: liked the location
Cons: didn't like after the first night room wasn't made up. came back from where we were for the day for shower and no water said it would be fixed 1 to 2hrs not fixed till next day. We were showing livestock shower pretty important. Will not be staying at this location again. For over 3oo dollars really not a great value
Pros: convenient location
Cons: dirty room and hotel overall, run down, empty vending machines, musky smell in room
Pros: Nothing!! It was dirty everything was gross the clothes we wore there were immediately washed, and then shower!
Cons: Building was old but it good repair and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful
Pros: The owners are charging too much for this very budget accommodation
Cons: The bathroom had used shared soap, shampoo etc and poor quality towels
Pros: Accessible location, putting you about as close to Cape Cod as possible without actually being on the other side of the bridge, and likely paying more money. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: It could have been cleaner. The room and sheets were fine, albeit with a bit of an odor. The bathroom was dingy and questionable to begin with. In the morning I noticed the shower had 2 or 3 dozen drain flies or fruit flies in it. It made it that much more uncomfortable. Thankfully I was alone. I wouldn't expect a wife or family to deal with it well.
Pros: Perfect location for fishing
Cons: Needed more pillows
Pros: Rustic and clean bare bones room. Fishing across the street. Owner and staff super friendly.
Pros: The staff is so friendly.
Pros: the staff - very friendly, nice and accommodating.... also, don't intrude on your privacy - thank you !
Cons: no internet
Pros: The price is what caught our attention , the front desk was very helpful and it was easy to find off of the road, small but adequate parking.... The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The problem with this facility is that it hasn't been updated since , who knows when, the room was clean but the musty smell was overwhelming , I opened the windows and cranked the A.C. and it seemed to help.
Pros: Easy to find and very nice to fish , the canal is to close !
Cons: All is good .
With a stay at The Atlantic Motel in East Wareham, you'll be by the ocean, within a 15-minute drive of Edaville and Water Wizz. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location
Cons: First night couldn't match price from internet because the employee didn't not know how to use computer. The office was very uninviting, dark ,dingy and the smell almost mad u want to throw up. The room was also dirty I went in and cleaned it befor unpacking. changed and put on my own sheets.the heater worked when it wanted to and smelt when it did blow out. I went and got a space heater because the bathroom was overly cold I also put a old blanket down just to walk in there so I didn't have to feel the floor.
Cons: The lamps in the room didn't work. The temperature control knob on the AC was missing. The dresser in the room was a dilapidated desk that was missing knobs.
Cons: Needs to be updated.
Pros: No breakfast. Convenient location to highway.
Cons: Bait and switch. 3 king size beds available when I signed up the day before arrival. Reservation confirmed king size beds On arrival "none available". Parking lot 1/2 full when I arrived in the evening.
Pros: Fast service WiFi easy get into. Cable tv in hd
Cons: Sheets look old and too cold smoke outside need smoking rooms
Pros: The staff was informative and very friendly, very kind. Warm greeting
Cons: The bathtub was not clean
Cons: We lost power for 2.5 hours and TV never worked. Room smelled and had stained blankets.
Pros: Breakfast, none exsistsnt! No Soada,! or snacks,,,,,,,,,.on Property,, "" had to Get coffee pack""??? At ,Office"""'...
Cons: The Snow! On Sunday Feb ,18...,, ,But it is "", WINTER TIME IN NEW, ENGLAND""". LUV!,YA,,.////////
Pros: I like the fact the room had a refridgerator/freezer as well as a microwave. While I didn't use the oven ... it's nice to know I had that option. I had dinner with a friend and was able to safely store the leftovers. The room was very well maintained and quite comfortable.
Cons: The location of the hotel is right by a busy road exiting the highway. When the place was first built, I'm sure it was very quiet but now ... there is a TON of traffic right outside the door ... loud bikes and trucks. I suppose that's the price you pay for easy access.
Cons: Air conditioner/heater was too loud. No tissues in room. could not control TV volume with remote.
Pros: Big shower and comfy bed.
Pros: The location was great, right off the highway. We stayed there because it was a Friday night and we were checking into a rented house the next day.
Cons: We stayed one night and paid $180. Absolutely outrageous. The room smelled of smoke even though the room was advertised as "non smoking". The air conditioner barely blew out any cool air. We had to keep the door open (even though it was 90 out with high humidity) just to get some air in the room. The pool looked nice but was under lock and key. You had to get the owner each time you wanted to swim.
With a stay at Rosewood Motel in East Wareham, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Water Wizz and Shell Point Beach. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The room was clean and cozy
Pros: This was just a basic Motel to sleep and take a shower. No extras, no frills, just basic bed with sheets and one pillow per person. The comforter had a burn hole in it and the room reeked of a smoker. It was an hour and half from PTown.
Pros: Staff friendly and concerned for a good experience.
